They no longer have meximelt on menu that used to be 2.99. They try charge me 9.00 to make it!!! Charge me all side items instead ringing up regular taco. I ask for a manager explaining it was Biennale 2.99. She is very very very rude to me and did not come up with a solution and told me it is what it is!!! Rude she should not y be a manner manager. What's this place go down hill and it will because of her!!!! Remember, meximelt used to be a very tiny burrito and was 2.99. And to charge me 9.00. This is the 4 time I've tried stopping here since they closed the location on ball and walker its always packed with high school kids with lines out the door to get food. I am surprised as the next person that I am giving a TACO BELL of all places 4 stars. Granted I was only in there for maybe 30 minutes tops because I was hungry and waiting for the bus but this Taco Bell has forever changed my opinion of Taco Bells. Now let me explain that I went to this TB a few times during my senior year when I finished class early and had to wait for the school bus, and it was like any other fast food place only with rickety chairs. Of course, once i graduated I didn't come back until this summer because I had summer school and was waiting for another bus, yet again. I was blown away, they changed the TB so much. Have you seen those commercials they've had lately with the $2 meal? Yeah, they have worked long and hard to renovate this place and reconstruct their image; I thought I walked into the wrong place because it was so pimped out and looked really nice (it had those new modern looks). So ambiance definitely earned it a star or two. Then there's the $2 meal which, is a really good deal and I could actually consider it a filling meal. I believe I ordered the gordita and was left quite satisfied, but of course I'm a short girl so anyone whose quite tall or a guy will probably want to order two meals; it comes with a medium size drink and a small bag of chips. So i highly recommend this place for a cheap meal, in a (surprisingly) nice establishment, with fair portions. read more

Service is non-existent at this location. The company is cutting back on staff so when you walk in expect to encounter a video order screen that occasionally works and doesn't allow special orders. If the order screen is cranky the few drones working behind the counter cheerfully ignore you. We are done with this place. Del Taco is just up the street. Recommend you go there instead. read more

I live about a block from this Taco Bell. 4 of the last 5 times I have gotten food from here ( and I don't come here very often) they have messed the order up. This time it was the chicken chalupa's. They for got them: I go back and stand at the counter for about 4-5 minutes before anyone comes to help me. I explain the situation and she is nice enough to offer to remake them. I sit down and watch them cont to make drive thru orders. After another 5 minutes or so they finally come out with my chalupa's. The last time I didn't get a burrito. I go back and the work tells me that he remembers making them. I tell him I wouldn't drive back if I would of gotten my food. I will not be going back to this Taco Bell. read more

I don't always go to Taco Bell, it's more of a last option place to get food. This location is the closest in my city. I love their Crunchwrap Supremes, very delicious and filling. Service is great not a problem with it! Naishalee has a wonderful attitude and a sweet voice. The drive thru might be a bit slow around 10p with other cars, but I understand that they close soon so there aren't many workers. Other than that, great experience. read more

When I need a quick, cheap fix for Mexican food Taco Bell comes through. I still prefer Del Taco for this fix, but Taco Bell was in a more convenient location this time. I ordered a volcano taco and a cheesy potato burrito. The volcano taco has a nice bite to it. The burrito is huge and tastes ok. Top it off with some fire sauce and life is good. Maybe I'm just unlucky but MANY times I have been stuck in this drive thru line for FOREVER. It's like they are short handed regularly or something. Sure a drive thru is gonna have a hiccup once in awhile and you'll have to wait a few minutes but it seems like everytime I'm there lately they are apologizing to me for the wait. Not like I'm pointing it out when I'm at the window. They just know they are super laggers. Sometimes the speaker people sound like they want to kill themselves too.
