It's a solid Taco Bell. No major issues with the place. The drive through can take a while at times but it's not a huge deal. The line is shorter than other places in Burlington. Every time I have been here for the last 6 years of me eating here.. has not been a welcoming experience. I'm done. The staff is usually always rude and unaccomodating. Today was the last straw when they told us we would have to go through the drivethru a second time to pick up a mobile order. (Our car had 1 mobile order for pickup and wanted to place a second order). We thought this was crazy since there was already a long line behind us. The younger girl on the speaker was rude and wanted nothing more than to send us away, forgetting 2 tacos too. Either DO Breakfast or DON'T Do Breakfast. I work 5 minutes away, and think the Breakfast Burrito is Very Good (When you do it). For the last month or so it has been a "Coin Flip" as to IF you're open for Breakfast or not?? One day you are, the next day you're not, the next day you are, the next day you're not. If your CLOSED, put a Sign Up or something. The lights are on and you make people sit in the Drive-Thru waiting for someone that never comes. This particular morning (more than 1 time this has happened), I sit waiting with 2 or 3 vehicles behind me, calling the store to have someone answer, and the person inside the store says "We're Closed, and not doing Breakfast today", then PUT A SIGN ON THE DRIVE THRU or Something. VERY Frustrating when you advertise Daily Breakfast and it's a Daily Decision as to whether or not you're going to do it. read more

I waited over 45 minutes for 2 burritos & a taco. (Crazy to wait that long, but I kept thinking- how bad can this wait really be?!) They were understaffed & kept apologizing & although I feel for the workers that actually showed up to do their jobs- they failed to warn incoming customers that the wait was 20-40 minutes! You have to let people know if you are 40 minutes behind on orders!! I was offered no refund. Much time was wasted on orders of people who had already left & instead of offering the unclaimed food to everyone waiting- they allowed one woman to fill 2 bags full of unclaimed food. No free anything. People next to me said there is usually a long wait (& I see another reviewer had same problem.) Absolutely crazy! I'm blame myself for not bailing 10 minutes in, but it was like a bad movie that I had to see to the end! I would have loved to fill out the survey, but they couldn't seem bothered to return my copy of the receipt I brought up to counter to check on my food after 40 minutes. I will not be back. There used to be awesome management and super friendly staff a year or so ago. Now it's ran by negligent employees. Mostly manager. I would expect the kind of poor service you would see in like Racine or the lower areas of Milwaukee. Orders are just thrown together sloppy. They constantly miss items. It's Taco Bell so it's never the best Mexican in the world it's fast food but tonight Tom helped us out in drive thru. It was taking a minute but he talked to my kids through the window and was telling them jokes and just keeping them entertained while we waited. It was amazing. I go there at least once a week. It's Taco Bell. There's no secret about their food, it's pretty much the same. But the service for a fast food restaurant is actually pretty flipping good. They also have your food on the counter ready for you almost instantly after you order it. Also...they have DR. PEPPER!!!--a must for fast food restaurants. They give a military discount and even bring around a tray full of condiments from time to time if you forgot your Fire Packets. read more

This is the only Taco Bell near my apartment so I am forced to use this location if I want Taco Bell. The last 3 times I went there they were out of what I wanted. First time I ordered the new flatbread steak and they were out of the steak. Next time I ordered there new taco wrap box and they were out of the sauce that is used. Finally I went again and was handed two warm soda's with no ice. When I questioned the cashier they stated the ice machine was broken.
