My husband and I, and our friends, eat here once a year during the guys' annual golf weekend. It has become a bit of a tradition. We always get the same thing, pulled pork nachos, and this time was no exception. They were fantastic, as usual, but the best part of the evening was probably the service. Jessie J was fabulous! She was very warm and welcoming, and had a fantastic personality. And she knew her job. We never had to wait for her to attend to us.......she was just there. Wow! This was a disappointment since the reviews were pretty good. Our server didn't know the menu or the drinks. We were trying to get a bar menu or a list of beers - but it never happened. So we just had water. She barely knew the food, and couldn't answer any questions. When she did speak, we couldn't hear her! We asked her to speak up, but she sounded like a shy middle-schooler. We couldn't hear her! She missed so many opportunities for sales. The appetizers (fried mushrooms and cauliflower) were nearly inedible. The mushrooms were so heavily breaded and over fried - I could literally bang them on the table! The cauliflower was mushy and flavorless. The burgers had no flavor and the fries were mushy. See the trend here? The salad was all shoved in a small bowl - I had to take most of it out and put it into another container to be able to eat it. It was just an all around bad experience. There is a lot of good food in Cadillac Michigan. I wouldn't bother with this place unless you are going straight to the bar for a drink. We certainly won't be back. read more

This was a fun way to close out my little visit to Cadillac. The bar and seating area has a wonderful open field to it with multiple televisions. Our server did a good job of making the rounds and keeping up with everybody. She was not overly friendly but I appreciated her efficiency. The food was terrific! We ordered off of the smokehouse menu, and in my case I enjoyed my Cuban sandwich tremendously. Excellent meats, great mustard, even the pickles were perfect. My wife and I had just food there for a late lunch/early dinner. We both had the rodeo burger and oh my gosh it was amazing. The burger was cook on a charcoal grill and made with pulled pork. The fries and tater tots were made perfect. The service was a bartender/waitress and she was very kind and helpful. The only thing my wife and I agree on was a little more bbq on the pulled and a season a little better. But other than that it was a great place and the atmosphere was great also. Get the Brisket. It's awesome. The $10 meal is awesome. We didn't have a bad meal in the 4 different versions we had. It got a 4 star as they needed more wait staff. The bartender, who was good, was doing double duty for table service as a waitress. The cooks also messed up a nacho order and put it on tots instead of nachos. But they fixed it. Been told how good the burgers are, have tried twice to try them. first time went to the restaurant sat down, waitress brought menues and took our drink order. brought drinks said she would be back to take food order, after half an hour of trying to get someones attention, we finally walked out. after about a year I decided to try again , the facebook page says curb side pick up also has menues posted so we called in , or tried to order. called the number, person who answered said no cubside we'd have to come in to get it.ok. she then said give me a minute. after 10 minutes I hung up and called back, told her I was on hold for 10 minutes, she was VERY RUDE, SAID WELL WE ARE A BAR AND BUSY DO YOU WANT TO ORDER OR NOT. I swallowed my words and said yes. put my order in and she said the total for my bill. which was ALOT higher than what I figured out , but about $18 more. asked her about the prices posted on facebook, she just said well the boss raised the prices about a month ago so the prices on facebook are wrong. WELL TO ME THATS FALSE ADVERTISING. NO BURGER IS THAT GOOD TO PUT UP WITH THAT KIND OF TREATMENT. Great place a good food with a good price I would recommend this place to anyone clean and again great food

So this is a fantastic fun place. It is a group of two food trucks and an inside restaurant with a Bar. They have a whole backyard chill vibe. The food is terrific. I ordered from the smokehouse bbq food truck. The price was reasonable. The fried green beans and fried Gouda balls were terrific. My hubby got brisket tacos, and I got an original Cuban sandwich. The bbq sauce is tangy and sweet, and the portion of meat in our items was good. Just the way I like it. It's real bbq, not the fake pot roast style brisket some other places serve. This is real brisket and it was all prepared really well. Staff was super friendly and attentive. They also built a backyard area with games and tables to enjoy the outdoors. Will be back again to try the restaurant and the pizza, pasta, food truck. read more

Delicious!! Stopped in for lunch today. My family of four had the pulled pork nachos, loaded fries, loaded tots, and pulled pork mac and cheese. As soon as we got to the door, the smell called us in. Everything was so tasty. If I went back, I'd skip the mac and cheese, which was good, but not great. The rest though....yum! Our waitress was friendly and quick with refills and to check on us. I read that this was a great place so convinced my group of 4 to go. We all ordered burgers that took over 40 minutes to come out. 3 out of 4 were cold, cheese wasn't even melted. They tasted so strong like match light and we couldn't eat them. We told them we were unhappy and their response was "well that's how they are so we can't take anything off." A hidden gem... Food was absolutely fantastic. Great service at a cool place. Behind the restaurant is an arena that holds live concerts.

We made a pit stop here while traveling and we're so happy we took the risk on someplace we'd never tried before. We had the pretzels & beer cheese dip, the black & blue burger, onion rings, and the pulled pork Mac & cheese. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. We loved the look of the place but but the only negative would be the lawn furniture inside. A more comfortable chair would have been nice but not a dealbreaker. This is my boyfriend and I's favorite place to dine! The atmosphere is always great! Staff is kind, no complaints. I love the furniture and setup of the place! I do not like to eat on the picnic tables because the holes make them hard to clean, leaving sticky messes, so I just don't choose those tables! The food is AMAZING.
