Taco Bell is not the Taco Bell of old. Unfortunately they are incredibly slow and the cost is close to a sit down restaurant. There always seems to be at least one mistake on our order. Also dislike how the crunchy tacos are soft on the bottom by the time they get to your mouth. read more

This Taco Bell has really gone down Hill. Last two times we've ordered from here, we've spent over $30 and we're being charged outrageous prices, while their ripping us off on the beef as well as the sour cream, that's actually gone beyond sour. A chilupa supreme is supposed to have beef in it,the worker's obviously don't comprehend it, because it was stuffed full of lettuce, tomatoes and cheese, one spot with a dab of beef,small spot of sour cream. Soft taco supreme was the exact same way. Taco Bell should really step up and give the customers what were paying for. read more

This location by far is the dirtiest one. There's always trash on the tables, the bathrooms are dirty napkins use silverware it's disgusting. Walked in tonight and it was no different. After working a 12 hour day I just wanted to grab something quick there was four people in a group in front of me after they ordered their food the cashier high-fived the customer walked away and started making food. I have no idea what that was about I decided to leave at that point this was at 6 PM on a Monday night. read more

Welcome to the dirtiest Taco Bell I have ever been to. The building is new, but the staff could care less. The food tastes the same as the other Taco Bells. On this visit in the middle of the day on a Saturday the place was trashed. The cans were full, trash on the floor, tables with food trays on them and customers were wiping tables to sit at with handfuls of napkins and water from the machine. read more

This taco bell is the worst, i got a pack of Cinnamon delights, i got them and they were frozen in the middle i took them back and they claimed they were suppose to be like that even after i showed them how frozen they were, don't go here it's worth making a trip to osage beach than going here. read more

For a fast food place, they really are one of the worst in the area. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes, even in the drive thru, for your food. The staff is too busy on their phones to care about getting food prepared. Go the the camdenton location if you really want taco bell. read more

Friendly service. Somewhat fast but not always. Food is usually the way I ordered it. Occasionally I've had to go back to have something done correctly. They really need a new ordering deal on the outside and new headphones on the staff so maybe things can get heard and said clearly enough. read more

We order through the drive through for a quick meal. We were handed our food by a manager who said nothing, she just handed the food out and shut the window. We got a couple of miles down the road and realized two soft tacos were missing so turned around and went back in. The manager at the window was just standing there when I walked in, she looked at me holding my receipt and instead of asking if she could help with something she turned around and started messing with some lids and let a cook step away from his station to deal with me. The young man that was a cook that I delt with was very polite, I will say. But he was the only one and I spoke with 3 team members. He gave me the fixed tacos and apologized and I went on my way. I got out to my car and opened the taco to feed my son and seen it had lettuce on it and we ordered it with no lettuce (this was also on the receipt) so I had to go back in and correct it again. The manager working the window saw me come back in again and turned away again and let the same cook ask if I needed something else, again. I told him the problem and he went to fix it and then I asked the manager at the window if she was a manager and if she was, why was she having her cook help me when she has seen me come in twice. Her answer was "I'm working." So I suppose there was no one but the cook to work the front counter. The female cook with the tattoo on the back of her neck brought me the fixed taco and was very rude. She sat my bag down and said "here" rolled her eyes and walked away. I tried to say something else and she yelled "THANK YOU" in a very sarcastic tone. She was also rolling her eyes and giving me dirty looks throughout my conversation with the 2nd manager I spoke to. I asked to speak to the 2nd manager and she "acted" like she cared and said they will get talked to. At that point I asked what could be done for me, the upset customer who has had to spend 15 minutes in taco Bell when it was just supposed to be a quick bite through the drive through. She didn't have an answer so I asked for a refund. She told me she would refund the $3 for my soft tacos but not for the rest of my food that was now sitting in the car, 15-20 minutes old and cold. On top of all that, when I got back out to the car and tried our drinks, two of the three were no good. It taste like the pop machine had run out. So there was another $5 wasted. I work hard for my money so when I spend it somewhere I expect some kind of decent quality and some kind of respect from the business. This was definitely not the case here. I spoke respectfully to them, but they were just defensive and flat out rude.. As a business owner Im shocked these workers haven't run this taco Bell to the ground. I intend on finding out the owner of this taco Bell and sharing my experience with them so they know what kind of employees they have running customers off. read more

Only a one because there isn't a NONE. This particular Taco Bell....ALWAYS IS DIRTY, ALWAYS SUCKS! Today takes the cake though. The drive thru line was absolutely packed and not moving whatsoever so my husband decided to go inside. After a half an hour and he still had not come out with the food, I got out of the car and tried to go inside where he was in line WAITING STILL for the food he ordered and ...can you believe this???....the friggin door was locked!!! They weren't letting anyone else in! REALLY!!!??? It's a filthy, hard to park type of parking lot, and the employees? Well let's just say I hope the grease from their hair didn't get in the food!
