Came and got 2 cookie skillets and chocolate lava cake. The to go server had a lot of attitude. We waited about 30 minutes and never got a text or call saying it was done and then the cookies and cake were frozen and when asked to have it microwaved they said no. If it was frozen why did it take so long to come out? And after eating it there was plastic in the cookies. read more

ALWAYS FREEZING COLD!!! Why do they keep it soooo cold in there?! We've never had a bad server. All have been great. The food, not so much. Once again, my salad was more watery dressing than anything. I looked at my husband and said "I should have known better, you can wring this out like a wet washcloth".....we've decided we just won't be back. Ease up on the watery dressings and fix the broken A/C already! Even the staff says they won't fix the freezing cold problem. Why? Use to eat here all the time but will not be going back after my last two visits. Last two times we had to wait and I specified high chair. Both times they waited till the finally sat us before it was an issue. First time they claimed they were all out and the second time they sat us they said they couldn't put a high chair by that table. Service here has gone way down hill. Our first time there, very pleased. Customer service was friendly and competent. Our burgers were totally A+++++ and everyone seemed to be very happy. You can play video games on a table top screen while you wait for your food AND you can pay for your food that way as well. Upon being seated the waiter proceeds to tell us everything they do not have. No pasta, no pork. The restaurant is by a large supermarket. One would think they would pay retail at the supermarket for ingredients as opposed to telling customers they could not serve them items on the menu. Ordered the chick strips. It was supposed to be 6 strips however showed up as 1 large glob they just dumped out of the fryer. They didn't even take the time to shake the fryer separating the strips. When i asked for the check the waiter inquired if I was paying cash or credit card. When I asked why he stated he needed to know so he could bring it up a tabletop computer. Never again read more

We chose the SW eggrolls (always a fav) , boneless buffalo wings ( good but not memorable ), and the cheesesteak sliders ( delicious and memorable). The wait service was very good, but the waitress had to go to the bartender three times to get our drink order. We watched the bartendress chatting for 10-15 minutes before she took the time to make our drinks. For a while we swore off this chili's. We had grown accustomed to dining with our four children and it was tradition several times a month for special occasions (good grades/behavior). The kids loved it because the servers always gave the kids a tabletop "ziosk". Eventually beginning of 2018 we came in for a birthday and the hostess was super rude and said they don't give more than one Ziosk per table. Then the next time we came thy did. Then the next time they didn't. It was confusing and frustrating, so we stopped coming. Towards the middle of 2018 we decided to give it a try again. It was a great experience. Since this is a chain you should already know what to expect. It is reliably good. I have ordered many things here over the years and am usually happy. Burgers, fajitas, chicken tenders. Always yummy. Getting your steak cooked the way you like is sometime harder though. If it's undercooked and you send it back expect it to be overlooked when you get it back. I couldn't give 5 stars because they no longer have paradise pie for dessert. It was the best ever. Extra credit to the last waiter that I had that found the ingredients and had it made just for me. UPDATE: I mentioned the lack of paradise pie to my most recent waitress, Beth, and she diligently searched the back to find one for me. So we haven't been to a Chili's in 10 years due to location. We came here since we just moved to the Lake. We have a large family and grandpa was in town. The waitress apparently was not pleased when my FIL asked for a table for 11 w 7 kids. We nearly left but another waitress convinced my FIL it wasn't an issue ( I missed this drama as I was walking in). The complaining waitress ended up being our server. She was excellent and over compensated for her earlier shock. Our drinks were kept full and she gave us extra chips and salsa. I was very pleased with her service and was surprised to learn about her experience earlier with my FIL but did dock a star for that. I look forward to visiting again. read more

On our Saturday 12/14 visit we encountered numerous problems. First we were told there were no booths only to find there were some not being used. After we were seated the waitress, an older lady named Beth, did not seem interested in serving us. However she did manage to have a conversation of at least 5 minutes with the table behind us about shopping while we were waiting to give our order. The table did not initiate the conversation, it was started by the waitress. She gave that table her complete attention. After that long discussion she finally came over to take our order. While taking our order I observed she was constantly looking around, clearly less interested in taking our order than the things around her. When we finally received our order it was obvious it had sat in the window for awhile since my fries were cold on top but hot farther down. Same with my lady friend's meal. She also took forever to remove our empty plates. Then when we were close to being done my lady friend asked for a to go box and bag. The bag the waitress brought was soaked! How she could not have seen the wetness is beyond me! When we were ready to pay we once again encountered the same problem we had while waiting to place our order. Our waitress again initiated a lengthy conversation of at least 5 minutes with another nearby table while my lady friend was trying to attract her attention to get our check. You can check your surveillance to verify everything I am saying. At the end of our meal we noticed that she did not offer us to go drinks like she did to everyone around us. We were drinking soda, so there was no reason we were not asked. All during the meal we noticed she paid far more attention to the tables around us than to us. She said the right words but from her body language and inflection it was obvious she did not want to be waiting on us. Could it possibly have been we are an interracial couple while everyone around us was Caucasian??? Also during the meal I found it curious that our waitress removed the Zoosk pay terminal from our table. This was not done from any table around us, so was she doing this knowing we would be leaving her a bad rating after paying? This also kept me from receiving credit for our frequent customer rewards. This is a pretty great chilis. The servers and staff are really friendly and attentive. They actually care about customer service. If your food is wrong or taking too long, they are on it. The food itself is pretty average for a chilis, but thats not a bad thing if you like decent tex- mex. Just keep in mind, this is not a steakhouse, so their steaks are not the greatest.
