I have been eating at this Taco Bell for many years. I noticed their level of service and unfortunately the freshness and quality of their food had taken a turn for the worst. Like a fool I stopped by to get food for my family including my one year old grand daughter. She can really only eat the potatoes. The ones they gave me had to be the crusty bottom of the barrel potatoes. It appears they have no standards for freshness. Maybe they serve food until it's gone and not like other restaurants that have a time limit on freshness. The real problem occurred when I called to report it. I was appalled at the way a person that identified herself as Savanna, who sounded like a child on the phone talked to me!! I have never been so insulted in my entire life!! I asked for her supervisors name and she refused to tell me. Her excuse was the good ole "your food was prepared by a trainee". Yeah right. I've heard that many times. She told me she didn't appreciate me calling there being rude telling her I was pissed off about my order. I told the child I never used the term "pissed off" and I was offended someone her age had the audacity to be so disrespectful to me and speaking to be in an extremely condescending manner! I apologized to her for bothering her about messing up my order and I vowed I would not trouble them again to prepare food for my family then once again she informed me that I was rude. It appears no one over there has a clue what customer service or satisfaction means. SMH read more

This isn't the best Taco Bell I've been to. After we ordered I realize I haven't received my drink yet and I'm waiting in the drive thru at the window staring at the guy who doesn't even greet me or tell me "Thanks! Have a good day!" so... Finally after flirting with some other girl working there, he opens the window and looks at me. I say, "I never got my drink..." and chuckle. And he's like... Ooooh. Then he hands me the drink and closes the window. I'm like so much for "my bad" or "I'm sorry about that!" it's like he was in his own world... At least my food was all there! Worst Taco Bell EVER!!!!!! We waited more than 10 minutes in front of the drive thru window. When we finally got our order, the tacos' paper wraps where almost open and there was meat everywhere inside the bag. They forgot to give us a side of chips and guacamole, so my husband parked the car and went inside the restaurant to ask for them. The employees were a lot of teenagers joking around and acting fool inside the kitchen. When my husband explained that we were missing the chips and guacamole, one of them started arguing with him and said she was sure she put them inside the bag. He was about to ask for the manager, but she finally gave him the chips with a very bad attitude. Horrible experience! read more

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in DFW! There was a long line in the drive thru so I went in to order my food. Ordered a few taco's and it took over 30 minutes to get my order. Bad service , bad management , employees in the back standing around talking while customers are waiting. Please close this location. It makes Taco Bell look bad ! read more

Make sure you bring some sort of entertainment, like a movie, Netflix, etc... it takes about an hour to get through the drive-thru before you actually get your food. If you're starving, this is not the place for you as you may die of huger before getting your food. read more

Typical Taco Bell fare here, but considering I frequent this location during lunch hour, I thought I would write a quick review on it. This restaurant is usually swamped around lunch time, but there is one girl who works here that keeps the line moving, and is always on top of everything, without ever seeming flustered or agitated. Usually when I am in a drive-thru line this long, I somewhat expected the attendant to be rude or detached and for the service to be pretty sub-par. This girl's name is Tiffani. I always get a straw and napkins, she always asks if I need sauce, and she is always very polite. I don't have high expectations usually for fast food chains... but I am impressed with her composure every single time. She somehow keeps this massive amount of customers flowing and never mixes up the order. Great job girl! I know it's tough... read more

Absolutely the worst taco bell I've ever been to. The food is usually ok, but they are the slowest place in town. Yes, you could go to a regular dine in place like Chile's, Cotton patch cafe, Fridays, Chicago pizza, and literally it would take the same amount of time. If you get stuck in their line on a slow day (most of the time actually, I don't know why, but I keep giving them more chances hoping that maybe management has changed) it can absolutely take 20-30 minutes to make it to the window.. And that's not even with a huge line, I'm talking 5 min+ per car. Maybe they need more employees or maybe they need to fire the ones they have.. But I hope they read these reviews some day and do something. read more

We've been to Taco Bells between Savannah, GA and Waco, TX, and Savannah, GA and Dallas, TX (both the Northern and Southern routes), and the one in Cedar Hill, TX is by far the worst. I will never go there again. We went inside to eat, and placed our order. There were 2 in line in front of us, and 3 cars in line outside. We placed our order, the Toasted Cheddar Chalupa Box, and the Chalupa box. We waited TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES for our order. Another gentleman waited 35 for his. When we FINALLY got our food, the 2 tacos on my husband's order had a very little bit of meat and cheese, no lettuce, tomatoes or sour cream. The one that came with mine was the same. We warned the gentleman who had waited longer than us, his were the same. We didn't bother getting them fixed as we were already running late, thanks to stopping there. Management or Corporate needs to step in and get things running more smoothly. I personally won't ever go there again. read more

Slow. I have waited in line for more than 25 minutes on several occasions (their drive-thru has a barrier so once you are in line you cannot leave). They are often out of stock on things, to the point where I have had to call ahead of time to see if they have some things before I even go. Last straw tonight: Price on menu didn't match price on screen for a new item. When I told the lady that there was a discrepancy, she said she could not lower the price despite the fact that it was $2 less on the menu. Asked the manager - he refused. I said, "So basically this is false advertising?" She said I could call it whatever I wanted to call it but they weren't going to match the price shown on the menu. I have had some managers in the past work with me on their many problems because they have always tried to right their wrongs in the past, but now I'm done with this location. It's just poorly managed. If they have this many problems following protocol and staying on top of things, there is no telling what's going on with the food. read more

Stopped in after bad experience at Buffalo Wings only to not get waited on with employees taking care of personal business running out after family, friends or whoever rather than putting the customer first. This place has gone down hill as well... forget the term "fast food"!!! I'll never give them my money again! read more

DO NOT go to this Taco Bell, they do not deserve your business. On the evening I posted this review, I visited this Taco Bell at 7:30pm and saw a decent sized line in the drive through but nobody in the lobby. I decided to go to the lobby, and found all the doors LOCKED. I used my phone and obtained the phone number for the store and asked why the lobby was locked. The person who answered the phone's response was that they were shorthanded. As a side note, I was there two weeks ago and spent 30 minutes in the drive through with the same reason given for the wait. I asked why there isn't a sign indicating this, and they said that's why they locked the store, and then asked who I was. I said I was an annoyed customer, who is no longer going to patronize their location. The response was "That's fine, there are thousands of Taco Bell stores across the country you can go to." That pissed me off enough that I told them I was calling corporate. As I was getting the phone number from a sign inside the door, two of them came out to "look at me" (if they're shorthanded, they interrupted things just to do that.) So they could hear me, I yelled saying that I was calling corporate and they decided open the door to argue with me. As it turned out the corporate contact phone number was closed. I would like to have a response on this situation, as the response from the employees was unprofessional, rude, and insulting. read more
