I don't know why I expect good things from Taco Bell, as I find something disappointing almost every time. Tonight, a rather simple order...2 ground beef burrito's with onions & cheese. Pretty simple I thought. I have learned over the years to always check the bag and make sure everything you ordered is actually there. It is inevitable that something is always missed. Well, that was not the case tonight as my bag contained 2 burritos. You aren't really expecting the need to rip open each burrito and check the contents. So back at the hotel...first, my buritto is pretty tasty, but darn, where is the cheese, onion...and sauce? So I went there today and they messed up my order for the 3rd time this week. I left and then checked my bag just to make sure I had everything. I went back because they forgot my combo and then the elderly lady with the short brown bob, in a very rude tone, asked me to pull my mask up that was under my nose but there were 2 people behind me without masks on. Anyway, When she handed me my combo, they walked away very fast so they couldn't have any commentary on what happened. Before that, my friend went back up to the counter to ask for another taco. She waited between like 5-10 minutes. The elderly lady came back with an attitude and said "do you need something?" I come here a lot and the customer service has progressively gotten worse. This is, without a doubt, the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been in. When we stopped in for a quick dinner, the store was nearly empty. There were 8 people working, and it took about 30 minutes to get our food. 30 minutes. At fast food. There was one guy who was working on everything, and he was doing great, but the whole place was a disorganized mess. Maybe they don't have to try too hard since this location is mostly people stopping in on their way from Portland to the Puget Sound, but I think it was unacceptable. This is a pretty standard Taco bell. You get what you'd expect. The location is nice, but they have a somewhat confusing entrance/exit only system that may trick you up the first time, at least it did me! I ended up parking across the street and walking. Staff was friendly, and the food was OK. Gave my wife and I the standard "probably need to be near a bathroom" after-party experience, but this is always expected. I don't know if it is a Taco Bell wide thing, or just an "our of the Midwest" thing, but the $2 meal deals are actually $2.89... this could be because they are giving a medium drink instead of a small. No matter if its fast food or a 5 star establishment,theres a certain standard of customer service and quality of product that should be met.This specific Taco Bell has zero consistency in both departments. The product is mediocre at best, customer service,especially the management team,is unprofessional and inexperienced. When you spend a substantial amount of money,you should at the very least, get what you paid for, if not better. When bare minimum expectations arent met that falls on the shift supervisor to make it right ! If the supervisor dishes out argumentative excuses,then multiple people are dropping the ball. This location has lacked in quality over the past few months. My food has been served below 140f now for the third time. These workers need to get they Food Card/health Card class again. So this time I go back and asked for a replacement that should had been made right this time but you guessed it. Cold again. Mind you I'm getting fries. Not veggies. There was an older woman working the register that was one of the greatest examples of an awesome employee that I have ever seen. I am not sure her role at the establishment, but the care and joy she put in to her job and making everyone feel welcome was as if she owned the place. With so many customers I'm surprised this place doesn't have more stars. I have never been disappointed with Taco Bell and this one was no different. I had a taco salad and a small burrito and both were great. Its fast food so I don't expect it to be much more than that. It is good and you get plenty for your money. Nice fresh ingredient too. 3/5/18 around 11:30 I ordered a good amount of food, one item being the new nacho fries supreme. After we left I realized that I had not received my fries. I turned around and pulled up to the window and explained what happened. She asked me if it was the order with the cravings deal and said it should be in the bag. Not knowing quite what to say or wanting to argue I sat there for a little, then she said to pull forward and she'd make me a new one. My experience was starting to get better at this point until I pulled up to the window and heard her yelling to the people in the back about how I just wanted free food and that she had already given them to me. For fast food, I give all stars. The food is typical Taco Bell food, but the customer service is so great! The employees are very polite and sweet. There is usually a line in both the restaurant and the drive thru, but goes fairly quickly. read more

This is usually a very busy restaurant when we go there and we have been there many times. We usually order the 12 pack with nacho and cool ranch. We are never disappointed. We never have to wait more than a few minutes for our food.
