Made a mobile order and they forgot my potato taco so I had to pull back through the drive-thru. I was annoyed at first, but the employee made things right. They admitted fault immediately, and when I got to the window, they threw in some free taco vouchers and a thing of cinnamon twists along with my missing item. (which they remade so it wasn't cold). This specific TBell earned my respect tonight. MUCH LOVE AND LIVE MAS MFS read more

Started going about a year ago. Went in on 10/2/23 for lunch. Bought and eat my lunch of a hamburger, fries, two tacos, coffee. Was very uncomfortable with employee and another female sitting there watching me eat. The employee should have been working. Will not be returning. read more

We love the potato rolled tacos with guacamole. Outstanding! The staff is friendly and efficient. Our only stop between Portland and Seattle. read more

I don't know why I expect good things from Taco Bell, as I find something disappointing almost every time. Tonight, a rather simple order...2 ground beef burrito's with onions & cheese. Pretty simple I thought. I have learned over the years to always check the bag and make sure everything you ordered is actually there. It is inevitable that something is always missed. Well, that was not the case tonight as my bag contained 2 burritos. You aren't really expecting the need to rip open each burrito and check the contents. So back at the hotel...first, my buritto is pretty tasty, but darn, where is the cheese, onion...and sauce? Second burrito is equally as tasty...with equal contents...no cheese, no onion, and no sauce. Pretty simple order...typical Taco Bell. read more

Fast drive threw experience, but this lady asked if we wanted hot sauce with our drinks

Best taco bell I've ever been to. Super fast and great customer service. I love the new touch screens with Apple Pay! Also the bathroom smells like pineapple! So great! 15/10 would recommend to a friend. read more

Extremely disappointed! Went and bought a sausage crunch wrap for breakfast. After a couple of bites, I called and said, hey, you forgot to put sausage in my crunch wrap and he said, no we didn't, we don't do sausage patties anymore we use sausage crumble instead now. Really! I didn't taste sausage at all! read more

Never had the right things you asked for in the bag always give the wrong order or not everything you asked for. Horrible customer service horrible establishment. read more

So I went there today and they messed up my order for the 3rd time this week. I left and then checked my bag just to make sure I had everything. I went back because they forgot my combo and then the elderly lady with the short brown bob, in a very rude tone, asked me to pull my mask up that was under my nose but there were 2 people behind me without masks on. Anyway, When she handed me my combo, they walked away very fast so they couldn't have any commentary on what happened. Before that, my friend went back up to the counter to ask for another taco. She waited between like 5-10 minutes. The elderly lady came back with an attitude and said "do you need something?" I come here a lot and the customer service has progressively gotten worse. Don't really see myself coming back to this location anytime soon. read more

It is super frustrating to pull into a newly renovated restaurant and not have a baby changing table. They also have 1 restroom per gender and I had to wait in a long line just to take my kid outside and change her in the car. read more

Probably the worst Taco Bell in terms of what you get for the money. They really skimp on the ingredients. This is a franchise, not a corporate Taco Bell. There's often times a big difference, both in price and quality. So I try and avoid this place. But my wife occasionally wants to eat here, so we do, only VERY occasionally. If you can choose another Taco Bell, do it. read more

Man fuck this place. Second time I go in there on the way to work to get spend my money---you guys SUCK!!!! No one at the counter when I get in. All employees dancing to the music in the back. Then the lady comes up to the counter and stares at me! You want my fucking money?? After a stare down she finally feels it necessary to ask me-can I help you. Then she cant keep her mouth closed. Kinda like the tweekers do. Very NICE look inside-but fuck you customer service, so fuck you, you won't get anymore of my money---- read more

The staff are amazing and the food is the most consistent I've ever had at a Taco Bell. Corporate better give them a raise or I'll raise hell! read more

This is, without a doubt, the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been in. When we stopped in for a quick dinner, the store was nearly empty. There were 8 people working, and it took about 30 minutes to get our food. 30 minutes. At fast food. There was one guy who was working on everything, and he was doing great, but the whole place was a disorganized mess. Maybe they don't have to try too hard since this location is mostly people stopping in on their way from Portland to the Puget Sound, but I think it was unacceptable. Next time we drive through the area, we will absolutely go somewhere else. read more

I live 20 minutes away, asked for them to check it, they said everything was in there and when I get home I have 11 items out of 13... thanks for the waste of time and money.... it wasn't even slow, hardly any cars in the drive thru and what I saw that probably was the reason it went wrong was multiple people doing 1 thing, ok nly one person needs to be putting food together so there isn't a mix up. I worked for fast foods and in my experience multiple people doing 1 things ends in disaster. read more

This is a pretty standard Taco bell. You get what you'd expect. The location is nice, but they have a somewhat confusing entrance/exit only system that may trick you up the first time, at least it did me! I ended up parking across the street and walking. Staff was friendly, and the food was OK. Gave my wife and I the standard "probably need to be near a bathroom" after-party experience, but this is always expected. I don't know if it is a Taco Bell wide thing, or just an "our of the Midwest" thing, but the $2 meal deals are actually $2.89... this could be because they are giving a medium drink instead of a small. Regardless, that is an extra $1.40 we now have to spend every time we go there. read more

Typical with standard Taco Bell food. WE were shopping at the Outlet stores and this was convenient. Getting in was a little tricky but we made it. I have a hard time giving a fast food restaurant more then 3 starts so this is what they got - the description says A-OK. read more

As I was pulling in there was a worker right outside the doors smoking a cigarette and it was alarming when she walked back in and did not wash her hands or anything. Thankfully she wasnt handling our food!!!! read more

So Neena(sp?) was awesome, and so sweet to all the customers today when I went in. She greeted everyone and asked how everything was, and if we were doing ok! I am only giving an over all 3 due to cleanliness! It smelled pretty bad in their over by the soda machine, and clearly needed a good bleaching! But our order was right and food was good. Thank you! read more

No matter if its fast food or a 5 star establishment, theres a certain standard of customer service and quality of product that should be met. This specific Taco Bell has zero consistency in both departments. The product is mediocre at best, customer service, especially the management team,is unprofessional and inexperienced. When you spend a substantial amount of money, you should at the very least, get what you paid for, if not better. When bare minimum expectations arent met that falls on the shift supervisor to make it right ! If the supervisor dishes out argumentative excuses, then multiple people are dropping the ball. Step it up Taco Bell, get your crew in line ,get rid of the employees who arent contributing to the end goal.Seems like it's time to clean house! read more

I normally wouldn't write a review of a fast food place far from home, but we frequently stop here during road trips. The staff here have hearts of gold. Seriously impressed. I am so happy to spend my $ here and hope others do too. read more

This location has lacked in quality over the past few months. My food has been served below 140f now for the third time. These workers need to get they Food Card/health Card class again. So this time I go back and asked for a replacement that should had been made right this time but you guessed it. Cold again. Mind you I'm getting fries. Not veggies. They had everything all tore up and was pre closing at 9pm. Just horrible. I will be talking with the GM in the morning about Nicholas. He was rude and the manager just sitting back laughing with other workers. What a mess. Get it together and care about the food you Serve because people can get real sick because of your negligence!! read more

There was an older woman working the register that was one of the greatest examples of an awesome employee that I have ever seen. I am not sure her role at the establishment, but the care and joy she put in to her job and making everyone feel welcome was as if she owned the place. I've never seen anyone at a Taco Bell be as thoughtful and nice as she was. For a second I thought I was at Chick-fil-A. Great service! read more

The web site says they are open until 1:00 but I called at 12:40 and there was no answered. I have trailed to people who said they went thru the drive thru at 12:45 and no one was there, or at least no one took their order. read more

Food is always decent though employees here are super rude. I have had employees drop doors in my face and scream at me. So rude!

With so many customers I'm surprised this place doesn't have more stars. I have never been disappointed with Taco Bell and this one was no different. I had a taco salad and a small burrito and both were great. Its fast food so I don't expect it to be much more than that. It is good and you get plenty for your money. Nice fresh ingredient too. I'm sure I will be back again someday. read more

I always have a picky order at taco bell mark in the drive threw always puts up with it and is so sweet about it.

3/5/18 around 11:30 I ordered a good amount of food, one item being the new nacho fries supreme. After we left I realized that I had not received my fries. I turned around and pulled up to the window and explained what happened. She asked me if it was the order with the cravings deal and said it should be in the bag. Not knowing quite what to say or wanting to argue I sat there for a little, then she said to pull forward and she'd make me a new one. My experience was starting to get better at this point until I pulled up to the window and heard her yelling to the people in the back about how I just wanted free food and that she had already given them to me. She sat there and kept saying more that I did not hear also.she had a rude look on her face and just made me uncomfortable when waiting for my food. according to my receipt her name is Virginia. It was a bad experience. If I wanted food for free why would I pick the least expensive thing? Double check your order at the window before leaving. Normally I do this but was trying to hurry because of cars behind me. read more

For fast food, I give all stars. The food is typical Taco Bell food, but the customer service is so great! The employees are very polite and sweet. There is usually a line in both the restaurant and the drive thru, but goes fairly quickly. read more

They could use more ingredients in their food, but it still tastes good. And there Verde sauce is awesome!

This is usually a very busy restaurant when we go there and we have been there many times. We usually order the 12 pack with nacho and cool ranch. We are never disappointed. We never have to wait more than a few minutes for our food. The only complaint I have is that they could sweep the floor more often but the volume of customers possibly prevents that from happening. read more
