What can I say about Taco Bell that hasn't already been said about....Taco Bell? This location is newer, and the staff is always friendly, although the food service can sometimes be a little slow. But maybe I think that because any time I go to Taco Bell I am either drunk, hangry, or drunk and hangry. Most of the time I go through the drive-thru at this particular Taco Bell (probably not something I should mention after spilling the beans in the previous paragraph), and they haven't screwed up an order as far as I can remember. REally torn on this one. Want to give it a 4 or even possibly a 5. I got the Naked Wild Chicken Chalupa as I had seen the commercial that morning and had to try it that day. I saw this Taco Bell has gotten pretty bad reviews but did not matter. I was going to have my Chalupa. I got there and it was really a fast order. We sat and the place was pretty clean and organized. The only problem was that the staff was just soooo slack and loud not even caring about any people in the establishment. They were seated and chatting with friends in the middle of the restaurant. I think they were all employees. It was kind of weird. Nobody was telling them to be quiet. There were only my table and a person by themselves quietly eating but during the entire meal they kept it up. I had promised my daughter a Chalupa as well so when finished I went up to get a to go order. Thankfully the drive thru and kitchen people saw me and tried to get the attention to the cashier that was still busy talking and did not hear. The person I assume was manager did come up to the register but really did not do much. The cashier finally saw and came over and took the order and we again quickly got served. The folks preparing the food were apparently fantastic. The food was fantastic. But this is a good example of the inmates running the asylum. I hope the management gets hold of this store because it is a good location, and the food was prepared well and very fast. Just need to make sure that employees know who the customer is and pays more attention. I highly recommend the Chicken Chalupa! Going to have another one soon. Might even go back to this store and see if the employer sees this and does something about that front staff. read more

Arrived at 10:30 a.m. and asked if they still had breakfast available. She stated no they are on lunch. I asked what time does your breakfast end and she said I don't know. I said oh okay you don't know what hours your breakfast runs through? She said I don't know. I told her I would go elsewhere. As I left the parking lot I noticed that there was no one at the window and the person who was talking to me was outside with what I assumed to be her boyfriend. She had the headset on and look at me as I drove away. Rude drive thru. They got the order wrong and then blamed us. Manager was literally eating a fried chicken leg while working register.

I refuse to go to the Taco Bell on Sam Rittenberg because their manager was completely rude to me and my family on multiple occasions. After months of going without my boyfriend and I decided to give this location a chance. We stopped by after our night shift ended around 12:45 am. Taco Bell is open until 1 am and is literally right next door to my work so we headed over and sat in line behind 2 others for 20 minutes. Turns out the employees working that shift wanted to run down the clock instead of taking their last 3 orders. I was frustrated but I know not nearly as frustrated as the man at the speaker at 12:45 waiting 20 minutes for someone to take his order. Nobody answered the POS system and shortly after 1:00 am hit they turned off all lights inside the restaurant. If your stores hours state what time you're open until, it would be nice for the employees to know their shift doesn't end until AFTER closing hours. Disappointed but not surprised read more

You can easily go sit down at a Mexican restaurant and enjoy a couple margaritas in the amout if time you'll spend here! When I pulled in tonight there were 5 cars in front of me, and it took well over 30 minutes to get through. I would've bailed, but I was trapped there in the drive thru line. I've only been to this location once and I'm not sure I'd go back. We went in for breakfast and there were only a few customers between the drive thru and dining room. Yet despite the slow morning, our food took forever! They must not get much business because the ladies working kept loudly complaining about all the guests and how busy it was. To be honest this Taco Bell is really lacking in satisfaction of taking anything seriously. The Savannah highway Taco Bell is better and more fast,efficient and effective to customers than this location. Just went to the Taco Bell on St. Andrews Blvd....the cashier was too busy texting on her phone to greet me. I had to ask her if she was ready to take my order. Then, she had an ear piece connected to her phone & she was talking on it the entire time she was taking my order. I was so frustrated that I didn't realize until they brought my food out that she got half of my order wrong (apparently she never heard me say "no tomato" for several items) & she completely missed the other half. The guy that brought my food over took my 2nd order (since she missed half of my food) & all he had to say was "I got you" until he saw my son duck under the hand rail & then he proceeded to correct my son & tell him not to do that because he could "bust his head open." I was standing right there! I'm his mother. If he was doing something wrong, I will correct him, which I would have done had I been given a chance but he beat me to it. SO UNORGANIZED & DISGUSTING! When they took my order the girl didn't even know what I was talking about when I said nachos bell grande. She asked me if I wanted the potatoes. She kept wiping her nose and coughing without covering her mouth. The people in the kitchen are all loud and yelling and everyone in the restaurant can hear them. A guy came in and said he was missing food and they told him he wasn't. Then the girl at the cash register completely ignored the customer she was currently taking care of and jumped into the conversation of the missing food asking if they were trying to blame her. I asked about there being no sweet tea and they ignored me. Another customer asked about sweet tea and the girls in the front didn't even realize they were out. They had to check and see if it was being made. Not a single employee was smiling or inviting. I saw a customer walk up to the register and say 'how are you today?' My experience lately at this store has not been a good one. The order is never correct. The staff is not on top of the situation. With only the drive through open, when you are at the window your order should be the one people are concerned with. When I got home and opened the bag, I found the lidded containers in the bag had been placed lid side down, and also one of the food items and the requested mild sauce were missing from the bag. It took close to 20 minutes to get served, the order was wrong in the bag but correct on the receipt. This should not happen. 4 items paid for, 4 items should be in the bag. The store does not answer their phone. Why have a phone number listed on the receipt if no one answers it? Taco Bell used to be the best Fast Food stores in the area. Too bad this is no longer true. Please check your employees work, the order given with the bagged order, answer the store phones in a timely manner, and be friendly and polite to the customers. No stars as it was a very poor experience and I was unable to get hold of anyone at the store or company to express my displeasure. 25 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE-THRU ON A THURSDAY AFTERNOON. There's no exit once you're in the drive-thru line so myself & all of the other cars were stuck waiting. Once at the window, I asked "is there a reason it's taking 20 minutes?" and the cashier (Quintasia) just said "yes" and was about to walk away, I then had to ask "WHY?!", she reluctantly said that they were "very under-staffed". You could see the other employees standing behind her, talking & literally doing nothing. After 5 minutes of waiting AT the window, she asked (almost laughing) "do you just want your money back? it's going to be another 5 minutes". I should have received my money back AND my order complimentary. They didn't seem to be understaffed- simply lazy. Somehow they managed to get my order together in a few minutes instead of the 5 she claimed it would take. All the while I'm STILL at the drive-thru window with cars lining up around the building. I was never asked if I wanted any sauce, and my nacho chips were STALE. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. This happened last week and I'm still annoyed with it. read more
