We did a kiosk order and the restaurant was busy, so the manager came out and gave everyone waiting free fountain drinks.

Let me start by saying I haven't eaten at Taco Bell since I was a kid. The exceptional service I received tonight alone makes me want to try it out more often. The drive thru service was a pleasant human experience brought to me by a staff member named Gary. He assisted me with figuring out what I wanted to order & suggested some of his personal favorites which made me buy way more than I intended lol. Despite long lines him & the other male associate (I didn't catch his name sorry) got FRESH food out in a timely manner with smiles on their faces. I'd pass 100 restaurants to come back to this one because of them. read more

Horrible service!! We waited 22 minutes to get our order. We had to go up to the counter to ask about our food and the lady behind the counter didn't bother to call out our name. Just made the food and left it on a counter beyond the customers reach!?! When we asked her if she could call our name next time because we waited over 20 minutes for food that has been sitting on the counter getting cold, she got sassy and said she was busy!?! From what I could see she was just standing there not bothering to ask if we needed anything. You see people waiting and you do nothing! No "can I help you?""Do you need any help?" Nothing! Don't come to this location within an HOUR of closing. I work late & have never been served within 30mins of closing. They act like you're bothering them & will turn off the lights just at the drive thru so they don't have to talk to you. I've had to switch my mobile order twice. read more

Food was actually pretty good considering. Had to use the bathroom- but it's locked. I get this. Not overly friendly here. Cockroach on the floor. Bugs happen, but not cleaning up is worse. Ew. I wanna give a shout out to a staff member of the Taco BELL on Sardis Road. Her name was Natasia. I must say her infectious smile and smooth demeanor was awesome. The line during the lunch hour was pretty long and time consuming but as soon as I arrived to the window, her greeting & smile was infectious. She could have been frustrated and flustered after dealing with the long line but she wasn't. She was concerned with my comfort & care...very patient with me while getting my order...Thank you Taco BELL for restoring my faith in experiencing good customer service. Natasia was AWESOME! Let me start by saying that the bar is set low for fast food in general. You get what you pay for kind of thing. I would have to say that they need to just shut this location down. Not even sure why they spent the money to rebuild the building, outside of being a shiny turd. The land would have benefited more of being a parking lot than a Taco Bell. Extremely slow. The employees act like they dont even want to be there and it shows. Food is mediocre at best. Beware of this location. read more

Sat at the drive-thru for 2 minutes before giving up and going inside. Worker copped an attitude with me for just trying to order.

We ordered nacho fries and they gave us regular fries and we ordered a burrito and they didn't even put meat in it awful.

I don't know who owns this Taco Bell franchise, but they should be in there trying to figure out what they need to do to get it to operate faster. I just waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru and ordered only four items. I don't know if staff had called out or if they are just short staffed but the fact is there should be a sense of urgency to help customers so that they don't have to wait so long. There was absolutely no sense of urgency to get the customers their food. In fact, there were about 3 cars behind me waiting to get their food and another 5 cars that had been waiting to have their order taken. Another couple of cars left due to the long wait in the drive thru. Now, the silver lining with my visit is that the food was on pare with what I was expecting. It was warm and tasty. How long can it possibly take to make 2 tacos and a burrito! Unbelievable wait time in a drive thru I shouldn't have my car in park for 10 minutes. It's not even like it's teenagers in the back making the food it's ADULTS. Both my tacos were extremely greasy and seemingly man handled and they made my burrito wrong! At least you can't mess up chips and cheese. They need a manager that cares in there! Wouldn't be surprised if some of the employees are intoxicated back there! read more

Ordered at kiosk and paid with card intending to eat at restaurant. Noticed 4-5 people in dining area waiting for food. Drive through backed up. Manager/cook leaves sick. Was told 2 other people were out. Took nearly an hour to get food. Couldn't get refund due to no manager on duty. Needs complete overhaul of management and staff. Let me start with the "Good"......the food tastes good. That is about the extent of the good. Ever since this location rebuilt and reopened, it has been horrible service. I usually go inside to order and use the kiosk. Without exaggeration, out of the 4 times that I have been there since they reopened, I have waited a minimum of 10 minutes each time. Other than a few, the customer service and professionalism is absolutely horrible. For example, tonight, there were 4 workers behind the counter and only 1 was truly working (making food). The rest were doing other things. Then when I did get my food, there was no sort of apology for the wait, no "thank you", nothing. He just called my name and handed me the bag. Even when I said thank you, I got no response. Maybe the owner needs to read these comments, if they even care. read more

Worst renovation. The workers here I feel bad for. Whoever designed this new taco bell should be fired. The drive thru sucks, horrible layout, we wait 10-20 minutes in the drive thru. And then another 5-10 for the food. Mobile app ordering is also Fkn pointless at this tacobell. Been to this Taco Bell a couple times in the past few years. It was always a long line (being trapped in line), tacos stuck to the paper, and being ignored inside to order. I live right down the road and tacos usually stuck to the paper. THEY HAVE IMPROVED! Faster and my food is much better. Not sure about the waiting lines outside. The few times I've been back, it's been good. When I go inside someone speaks right away. I like the new management team! Keep it up! read more

So I wanted Taco Bell after a hard day at work. This one is on the way home so I stopped in. Not a big line. It was about 9 pm. As I'm ordering the food after each item the girl kept saying "is that it?" "Is that it?". I ordered like 7 items so you could imagine this got very frustrating after like the 3rd one. She never went back over my order to see if it was right, just gave me my total and that was it. When I got up to the window she took my card and disappeared for like 3-4 minutes. Now the swipe machine is right next to the window so I'm not sure where she went with the card, but I didn't like it. She finally came back with the card and gave it back and shut the window pretty forcefully. So I waited and waited and waited. Finally she came back with a bag and gave it to me and didn't say a word. I said thank you, have a nice day and the response I got was a window shut in my face. I understand it's Taco Bell and I shouldn't expect too much from them but a little customer service can go a long way. You are the one that chose to work there so work there with some pride. Treat people the way you want to be treated and treat their food the same way. I will more than likely never go to this Taco Bell again and I will advise all the people I know to never go here either until this place is fixed. Whoever owns this Taco Bell please fix it and fix it soon. Better training and a professional training would be nice. I asked for no sour cream still got it on my burrito so I didn't even eat it, barely any meat on the hard shell taco. I asked for sauce at the window and didn't get a single pack of it. The slush was basically water...., it was terrible. Last time I came my chalupa was literally flipped upside down in the bag with all the topping out of the shell at the bottom. Workers are horrible. I waited 25 minutes for an online order. 15 minutes at the window. One of the 2 workers was just sitting on the counter on her phone. This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever encountered, but it's near my neighborhood and I work late.. so, I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, hoping they get their act together. It's rare that they get my order right. I often have to remind the person in the drive-thru to give me my drink or my change. And they regularly run out of ingredients or menu items. Last week they were out of beef. BEEF?!? Do you know how much of the Taco Bell menu contains beef? Most of it. And sometimes they are 'closed' hours early. The lights are on and employees are still inside, but they aren't open for business. I can only assume the staff is waiting to clock out at 2:00 AM, but they no longer want to do any work. Taco Bell used to be my go-to place... but now that my metabolism has come to a screeching halt, the trips to Taco Bell are few and far between. Luckily the closest TB to my house closed down a couple months ago, so this location is the "closest" which means a haul just to get there. This location does have a pretty decent drive thru. Sometimes it backs up, but it's usually quick (except the one time I got there and they said they had run out of tortillas which basically reduced the menu to two things). Luck for them they are merged with a Pizza Hut in this location so I went with pizza instead. As far as facilities go, this building has been here forever! I remember when it was the only thing over here and the Wally World behind it did not exist. They have since remodeled to keep up with the times, but the bones of the building are the same. If there is anything to be said about character of a building, I guess thats probably one thing this place has going for it. read more

Every time I visit this particular Taco Bell there is always some sort of issue especially in the morning. Why even attempt to serve breakfast if you have so many issues doing so. 10 minutes to acknowledge someone for their order or always some lame excuse like we have an oil leak or this is not working. I went here to grab a quick snack for my husband. I don't like to eat meat often so I didn't order anything. My husband always orders a #7. I couldn't even tell you what that consisted of because I never ask lol. What he wants, I'll gladly give him. This location is always super fast and super friendly. I never go inside. As dicey as fast food can be sometimes, I have never experienced such incompetence from a fast food restaurant as this. Half the items are never available, the drink machine is often out of several options (like all diet drinks for example) and that's if you can actually get service. Drive in is often a cluster in which you are lucky if you get what you paid for and actually going in is a whole other mess. Often, the doors are locked despite the hours posted on the outside. Whether due to employees or other reasons (once saw a group of people in there sitting as if they were in church but door was locked) this place is poorly run and all employees, managers should be fired and whoever owns the place should be relieved of his franchise. One night I found plastic in my food. When I called the place to talk to the manager a employee answered the phone and then called for a manger and I heard someone say who the H*** is this. Someone came and said it worked the other day, and that the store manager informed some employees that they will accept it. But then some other guy came out was dead set they didn't take it.
