This place is so slow, i've been in the drive thru for about 20 minutes now not even exaggerating. There was only 2 cars infront of me btw. I finally got to the speaker to order and they told me to wait as i sat there for about 6 mimites waiting to take my order. once i got to the window it was another 5-10 min. there was barely anyone here when i got here and it took atleast half an hour maybe more. do not recommend if you're in a hurry! there were so many workers inside standing around doing nothing. read more

Ordering was a living nightmare, childish guy working the drive thur. Ordered two beef supreme burritos and got two bean burritos. Order was wrong so I returned, this time I went in. Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Chattanooga, Tennessee

I am sooooo fed up with the Taco Bell on hwy 58 in Chattanooga TN. You're 100% better off going to the Speedway gas station up the street and getting a snack and there's nowhere else open. Everytime I end up at this location, I swear it'll be my last, and then I make the mistake out of desperation and exhaustion again, bc the location is 2 mins from my house. We've actually been driving an extra 10 mins over the last few months to go to the Hixson or Lee Hwy location, but it was getting late and on a school night, so we were trying to be quick and were just praying it wouldn't be the usual mistake. I got my son 2 soft tacos, and a gordita crunch, and then ordered the 12 pack of cinnabon delights. I wasn't warned at the intercom, that it would take them additional time for the sweets, otherwise I would have told them nevermind. But I get to the window, as my total was $12 and some change and handed her $13. She gave me my change, NO RECEIPT, and as I was about to say something, she interrupts and tells me to pull to the front as it would take them a moment to get my cinnabon delights out. So, reluctantly, I pull up the front of the building. We wait and additional 9 mins, and then man comes out ( totally different employee), and recites what's in the bag, and let him know yes, that was what we were waiting on, and told him thanks and left. I get home, excited to get to my snack, bc I had been wanting some since last night but the line at Lee hwy was too long so I went without. I immediately pull one out, and noticed it felt a bit hard, but I didn't want to push on it bc if made correctly, the creme from the inside would ooze out. That's not what happened. I bit down, and immediately felt a pain in my back right molar.... It was hard as a rock!! Creme... What creme!?!? I grabbed another hoping it was just the one seeing as I bought the largest order of these they have available, and it was LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!! Why in the world I waited without being notified first ( if something is going to take extra time, you're supposed to notify the customer and make sure that's okay with them), all for them to give me what seemed to have been old cinnabon delights reheated by a microwave so badly that it cooked and hardened the inside of them to where it was actually IMPOSSIBLE to chew, bc you ONLY get this type of result from a microwave, or frying something 6-7 times the amount of time it's supposed to be fried. Stay away from this location, as about 90% of my visits to this one, I regret, whether it's from the staff being rude, or the food being all kinds of fked up. read more

This is the fourth time I've ordered a basic BASIC hard taco meal and EVERY SINGLE TIME they put sour cream on it. Every time. This is the last time. I'm NEVER eating at this Highway 58 EVER again. I recommend another location if you care about getting what you pay for. I'm recommending all of my friends and family to NEVER purchase form this location ever again. Filthy inside, had to ask for someone to take my order and wait was too long....considering there were no customers. Employees ignored me and acted as if they were inconvenienced to do job. Not the Taco Bell it used to be. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very friendly fellow. His customer service couldn't have been better. However, his fingernails were filthy with dirt.... he looked completely unkempt. Fortunately, he never touched our food. The kitchen crew were slow, but the order was correct. The food didn't taste as fresh as it used to. At the time of the visit, I noticed that a manager I've frequently saw for many years was not there. Perhaps, that is making a dire impact. The dining area needed to be cleaned. For the price, I was less than impressed. The meat was too salty and the portion of meat filling smaller than I recall. a lot of rudeness at this location.. I complained because I had gone thru the drive -thru the day before and got two cheese rollups --the cheese was actually frozen--so I figured they would just honor and give me two free cheese rollups today when I decided to go thru the drive thru agsan ..i got the $5,00 box and two soft tacos - same problem --cold cheese .. I called and spoke to what they said was the manager --she was very condescending and just plain rude --absolutely no customer concern coming out of her mouth .. ++ she said she remembered hearing me say that i had a problem the previous day and she said that the order I got today she made it...also they did not give me my senior discount of course , she said come back and she would make it good , but who wants to do that !! teach your people some good ol Southern courtesy and I always thought that the customer was always right --(but of course , sometimes they Aren't )...but anyway what will your business be without customers ??? The service at this location is horrendous. The line is always wrapped around the building and if you go on there's only 1 or 2 people fixing food. This is Taco Bell. I'm sure there's enough revenue to hire 1 or 2 more people to keep the line flowing. The person taking orders is always rude no matter which day I show up. Unfortunately, if I want Taco Bell, this is the location I have to go to. I think I'll start taking the long way home and go to another location. I don't recommend this location at all. read more

This is one of the worst fast food restaurant I've been. The bathrooms are nasty. There are stains all over the walls and floor and bugs are everywhere. The workers were rude and acted like they don't care about their job. When we got our food, our whole order was messed up and everything was cold. And when we went up to the counter to ask them to fix our order, the manager said said, "That's not my problem." This seems like the issue every time I go by here. So overall, this is the worst place to eat on HWY 58, I definitely don't recommend going here read more

went to this location for breakfast, my card wouldn't scan so I asked the lady at the drive-through to enter it manually and she acted like I was asking for her kidney. There was no one else in line behind me in the drive-through by the way, so there is no rush whatsoever. This Taco Bell seems to be a 25 plus minute everyday. The food is sub par and just warm. Drive thru employee was nice but it did take a long time to receive a quick meal. I will be visiting another Taco Bell from now on! read more

I stopped in to the Taco Bell on 58 today with my colleague. We had more work to do and we just had few minutes. So I said what I always say. Who wants TACOS?! This guy! So we rolled in about 1 PM and there was no one in line, but several tables of people eating. The lady at the counter took our order and it came out quickly. The order was right, but my food looked like it was... well, the presentation wasn't very good. My taco was a mess and the flour tortilla was torn and crumpled. It just looked like it was slapped together. The staff was hootin' and hollerin' in the back having a good time. I'm glad they were having a good time at work, but come on. It was a bit annoying. The staff that I dealt with was not rude, but they were short with us. The food quality was good, but the food looked like crap. It was messy and hard to eat. Bottom line, it was not the experience I usually have at Taco Bell. I would go back, but maybe not this one. read more
