I love Taco Bell, I have eaten so much of it, I should likely have stock in the company by now, if I don't I am going to be greatly disappointed. As "Fast Food" goes its hard to beat The Bell, yummie, fast, decently priced. The staff on the whole is pretty nice, sure they' re courteous even while working at a feverous pace to fill our bellies. Yes, I've had a few bad interactions, incorrect change (Once) a messed up order ( ever once in a while) but things happen and when I've had to contact management they have always kindly corrected the issue swiftly, which I greatly appreciate. I have found over the years, that most times when your courteous understanding of the shortfalls of human nature, they mostly respond in kind. This is the worse place to get a quick bite. The staff are too rude and obnoxious. This is what happens when there is no consequences for bad workers. The manager (one of them) came out of the office hollering and cursing about an employee that has already left. When I say cursing, I mean cursing dropping the f-bomb about the employee multiple times. The employee in the front register couldn't take an order right. She kept messing up and making excuses about having "a blonde moment" yelling it across the back to the manager the one that came out cursing and hollering. There was someone working on the drink machine and when my husband went to the counter to let someone know, the cashier said, "oh, I should have told you. Sorry, I'm having 'a blonde moment'". This was just uncalled for and completely rude in trying to be "funny" because she kept messing up. I have gotten old moldy lemon cake and when I called it in they told me they were closed and nothing could be done. I still went back to give it another try, but I really think they should either fire the current staff and get a whole new crew or just shut down. This is not a place any one should go into. Just because it's located in a small town that everyone knows everyone doesn't mean the ones who come in to give the establishment business should endure the rudeness and straight disrespect for coworkers and patrons. When I asked who owned or was it a corporate store the one staff had no idea and said, "she had no access to that information, but her manager did" I told her that was the one that was being rude and cursing about the other staff. She had nothing to say, she couldn't even believe that had happen since she had just clocked in not to long before I asked. The other is the lie that was told about my husband being rude and yelling. There is one key fact in this straight lie...... My husband cannot speak very loud at all due to a medical injury. He can barely be heard or understood by others if they can not hear due to loud surroundings like inside the restaurant is usually. STAY AWAY! zero stars. extremely unprofessional I am a door dasher and every time without fail they take 15 min to get the order out. ALWAYS have a guy working the register who's old and has a cane he can bearly get around let alone listen or maybe hear your correct order. the manager woman is pure chaos. she makes the atmosphere and clearly other workers stressed. I am a visitor to the Chino Valley community and with my 2 visits i have dealt with horrible service and horrible food. Chips were so stale that i wasn't able to eat my nachos. When I ordered (2) bean & cheese burritos with no red sauce with onions i received the following. See picture I was buying dinner for others in my family and they too were disgusted with their food. To add insult to injury, the lack of disrespect to customers and when you politely correct them they laugh at you, the entire shift laughed. Cook, manager & cashier. I went into this Taco Bell expecting the worst as it has a 2 star rating. I saw some mad lady walk out as I was going in. But I believe she just didn't know what she was doing. I went in and the cashier was super sweet! And she made us laugh. Also, the food came out in under 5 minutes. My girlfriend and I agree it was the best taco-bell we have ever been to. My quesadillas were cooked perfectly, had the perfect amount of creamy sauce and were cut normally for a change. My girlfriend said her tacos were amazing. I would definitely recommend this taco-bell to anyone in the area! Amazing. read more

This Taco Bell is the absolute worst I've ever been to. I've given them a few chances but today was the final straw, the tacos were stale and only half full of fillings (a cheesy gordita crunch should be full, considering the price). Same with the burritos and nachos. The employees mumble into the microphone and take forever to cook and have gotten multiple orders wrong. Overall this location is just severely disappointing, which is odd considering the KFC half is usually pretty good. Steer clear of this Taco Bell and go to the one in Prescott next to Fry's, that store is great. One star because zero isn't an option. read more

Just a bunch of idiots working here every time a customer walked in. They got all disappointed because they had to work. What a bunch of lazy, entitled people please do yourself a favor and fire everybody there. They did not want to take anybody's order. People wanted to have nacho fries and they said they were out. They just didn't want to make more, it was only 8 o'clock in the evening and they already trying to close the doors. I was the owner I would be pissed off. The food tasted like absolute dog food. They took absolutely no care and thea presenting the food they give to the people. This place really needs to be checked out by the county health department. read more

Terrible!!! Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, and I love Taco Bell! If you eat anything there, plan on spending time in the bathroom later! I've been living in Chino for over 3 years and I was warned about this place by many people when I moved here. I believe they changed ownership about a year ago, and it's still bad! I keep going back periodically to see if it has gotten any better, but no change. Last time I went I ordered 3 plain tacos (thinking that would be safe). I swear I have the hardest time finding any good Mexican food in this town! I decided to try this place out for dinner take out style. I ordered the tamale combo and my husband got the burrito and cheese enchilada combo. Not really anything to write home about. Very Bland I had to doctor it up when I got home. My husband basically said his dinner would make a turd... I also ordered a side of chips with salsa. I asked the girl that took my order if I needed to get salsa from their so-called salsa bar. She said that it comes with pico de gallo. Basically the chips were super stale and the pico de gallo was poured all over the chips. Which caused the chips to become very soggy by the time we got home to eat them. I have never ever had chips and salsa served that way. Come on who does that?! I did get some salsa from their salsa bar but just decided to toss it. The more I thought about how dirty the salsa bar was and unkept with bits and pieces from other Salsa's slapped around made me wonder how many dirty hands we're all over that bar and how long has it been out and not kept up fresh. I also have come to the realization that in the state of Arizona restaurants are not liable to post their health department score grading in public View. I find that extremely scary! Okay i am not really going to say anything about the food, it is fast food so you get what you pay for. The service was good and we got our food in a timely manner. What gives this store a 1 star is that it is so dirty. I mean food all over the tables, trash over flowing, and some kind of smell. We went in and it was not busy, tables were not full. Plenty of people working but the whole time we sat there for about 30 mins nobody wipe any tables and the floor needed to be sweep really bad. I feel funny writing review for Taco Bell! It tastes like every Taco Bell, but I want to give credit where credit is due, should a Mgr. check in on reviews....they are always very fast & incredibly friendly. I just wish they'd print up fliers of the menu to throw in the bag or something, for next time. The car hasn't fully stopped before "can I take your order?". Have now eaten here 2 times. The staff is way friendly and the food is well prepared. I do wish they would just give me a number rather then ask for my name but that's my only BEEF. I was honestly shocked because I am use to the ghetto Long Beach CA Taco Bells I use to go to which was like a Russian Roulette of horror. This place is well run and I will be back.
