All the kids just want to goof off, and be on their cell phones. The place is dirty and the bathrooms are horrendous. I'm visiting from CA and will never eat here again. Management turns their backs on the problems, and doesn't seem to care. Too many young kids on their first job. The fries are limp and soggy - not crisp. Ate my first five guys burger tonight and was very pleased! I had been craving a good burger and this place hit the spot We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers with two Cajun fries. First impression was the dining area is pretty small inside. Very clean restaurant inside and very friendly staff. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and on the menu it does not say two patties but it had 2. I guess they just assume you should know that? Burger was okay and the large fries were way too much for 2 of us to share. They fill a large cup with fries and dump alot more into the bag which makes the bag greasy. It was just ok in my opinion and I don't know that I would go out of the way to return. I honestly think Brown Bag Burger in Prescott is way better. read more

Oh my gosh. If I keep eating here I will not be able to fit in my jeep!! The food is amazing. The burgers are so good and so perfectly cooked and seasoned. The big, long list of free goodies that you can get on them really makes them a great value and a delicious meal. I love to get mine without a bun so I can smother it in cheese, mushrooms, onions, pickles, and anything else that sounds good to me that day. The fries are delicious and unlimited refills on my beverage makes this a great meal. The employees are very friendly and helpful and I never feel like they are rushing me or impatient if I am browsing the condiments. A great value and a great meal. The perfect combination. read more

This was my first time eating 5 Guys Burgers and it blew my mind. Here's why: Anyone familiar with burger joints in Prescott, AZ knows there can only be one when it comes to jaw-dropping quality & quantity... Brown Bag Burger. The prices there, however, are kind of high. Out of left field comes 5 Guys with quality, fair quantity, and cost-effectiveness. Not to mention their amazing and near-perfection fries served regular or with Cajun seasoning (on the fries or on the side). Burgers can be served regular (two patties) or 'little' (one patty) plain, with cheese, with bacon, or with cheese and bacon. The fries are cut and made fresh cooked to the point that the inside is mildly soft (like the ones that people make at home in a frying pan). There are hot dogs and veggie sandwiches but I have not tried any of them. The only bad news is that In-N-Out Burger, a few blocks away, may suffer a hit in their business (I love In-N-Out). The other bad news is that the parking lot for 5 Guys is shared with the recently opened Trader Joe's and, as you can imagine, parking can be a warzone. If you are allergic to peanuts, do not eat at 5 Guys. In case you do not notice the 30 or so boxes of peanuts in the restaurant, I am telling you that they fry with peanut oil, give complimentary peanuts to customers, and anything they prepare there has probably touched a peanut. read more

Wife had to have them remake her's , since they slopped bbq sauce over the entire hamburger, making a complete mess of it. A greasy mess of overpriced food in a brown paper sack, not impressed. My wife and I have not been to Five Guys in a few years. As we just visited again two things spring to mind.... Probably the best fries out there and you get a small ton of them. As for the burger , I do believe it's a little plain and a little pricey for what you get. Not bad mind you , just so so ok. When my wife and I visit any food place , we look for A wow factor. I went for lunch today for my first 5G experience and the food was so good it reminded me of the family run burger shop back home. The owner was working multiple positions and still had the awareness to come around and work the till next to a swamped employee.
