Worst Taco Bell , drive thru line is always so long and slow and most of the time food is either stale tasting or cold avoid it if u can

This location is an absolute joke. Terrible service, constantly giving wrong order, food falling apart in the bag... Every time I think why not give them another chance am beyond frustrated and disappointed I wasted money. Take the extra 5 minutes and drive to another location and do t waste your time or money at this location dealing with their rude employees who obviously have no regard for their customers from the many terrible reviews. read more

I don't usually write reviews let alone for a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, but this location is pretty bad. The past three times I've been here I sat in the drive thru line for a half an hour. When I finally got my food this past time, the burrito was loose, had barely anything in it, and was extremely messy - I reached in my bag and got sauce all over my hand. Slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to! Over a half hour in the drive-thru line, really? I'll never stop here again.

If you have 30 minutes to spend in the drive thru, (it doesn't matter if there are 2 cars or 10 cars ahead of you) and you don't mind that your quesadilla is only half full with chicken, and your had shell taco is about 75% lettuce then yea....always come to this taco bell. Nice staff who works here, very polite but the service is always super slow in the drive through and they mess up my order just about every single time. I end up waiting 20+ minutes just about every time I go through the drive through. read more

I know, it's Taco Bell... So how can it be SO great?! My food is always hot and fresh. Wait times are NOT long. They are pretty much always busy, but I've waited three times as long at other fast food places for simple items! I always add this and subtract that and my food is always correct. The best thing though? The staff. These people are always SO kind. They smile, they ask how you are and they want to hear the answer. They are so sweet. I've never met a single person here who wasn't in a good mood and happy to be at work. That speaks volumes to the management and makes me experience that much better! Kudos Taco Bell!! read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. I had to repeat myself 20+ times and they still got it wrong. Every time I asked for a cheese quesadilla they tried giving everything but cheese. We asked for extra cheese sauce on the side and they didn't add it and then gave me a hard time about it at the window. We also asked for no beans on nachos and they put beans on them. I asked for extra sauce at the window and she only gave me one when I asked for 3. And then when we called to ask them to fix our order the manager answered and gave me nothing but attitude. She wouldn't listen to the problems and said I had to pay for it to be fixed and pay for the things I asked for and didn't get, then told us to come inside. When we did, she told half of us to get out and continued arguing and giving us attitude. Then after my friend explained for a fifth time what the problem was, she came out and apologized to me. I've never had this horrible of an experience and this much attitude from the MANAGER. I will never be coming back to this location. read more

Friendly suggestion, always check the purchase before leaving. Purchased 4 burritos from this location. I asked the associate for mild sauce - one would think that 4 burritos would equal at least 4 sauce packets - nope, needless to say two people weren't happy with their purchase. stay away from this location! now let me start this review by just saying that i have worked in customer service for a very long time. i never expect too much from fast food workers as i know the hard work they provide and the customers that they deal with on a daily basis. with that saying, i'm never ever rude to anyone in food service, i am always sure to be especially nice because i appreciate their service. anyhow, i visited this location on a tuesday night, the drive-thru line had about 4-5 cars but that's nothing new if you're used to taco bell drive-thrus. i ordered a nacho supreme with no beans, extra meat per usual. this was my first time visiting this location, but anytime i go to taco bell i usually order the same items. i received my food at the window, and Amber, whom was working the drive-thru seemed to be very nice. she repeated my order to make sure it was correct, which it was. i looked in my bag to make sure everything was there, and noticed there seemed to be barely any items on my nacho supreme. i don't think i have ever gone inside to take food back when my order was wrong, but this time i felt the need because i spent quite a bit of money for the few items that i had. besides, who wants to spend money and not get what they pay for? not me. i go inside and i was nice to the cashier, i simply asked her if they put extra meat on the nachos because i wanted extra meat and there didn't seem to be much meat on them. she smirked at me and said, "i am the one who made them, but i'll remake them." was that necessary? all i did was ask a simple question, i didn't even demand that they be remade. even the younger couple ahead of me just shook their head at the cashier's bad attitude, because you could tell by looking at the nachos that it just looked like just a pile of cheese, and sour cream all in the same spot! another girl named Alyssa made her way to the front register to assist me. she was very polite and asked if everything was okay, she apologized and said that it looked like there was extra meat on there, but she would add more. as soon as Alyssa went back she let everyone know that the order was wrong, the girl named Amber at the drive-thru commented and said "I ALREADY TOLD HER THAT WE PUT EXTRA MEAT ON HER FOOD". wow, just wow. i have never ever received such terrible customer service in my life. i felt like i was being attacked by their workers, why is it so hard to just fix an order? it's not like i was rude i just wanted what i made for. of course i exchanged a few words with the girl at the drive-thru for being so rude, i will never ever be back to this location ever again. learn how to provide better customer service! if someone thinks that they didn't get what they paid for, just fix it and go about your day! read more

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I normally do not do this type of thing but both experiences here have been so terrible I had to take the time to write a review. The service is close to non existent and the food was not completely cooked. The first time I came there was a line wrapped around the place for the drive through I was on my lunch so I decided to go in. I saw there was a good 11-12 people standing around waiting for food. I asked the cashier if all those people were still waiting and she told me yes. I asked how long it would be she said "not long" I said will it be longer than 15 minutes? She said no... That turned out not to be true. so I decided I couldn't wait around anymore after 25 minutes and asked the cashier for a refund. ( mind you this took another 10 minutes because she decided to step away from the register with a good 6 people still waiting in line just to place an order) I told the cashier I really needed a refund I didn't have time to wait and the manager yelled "they're gonna have to wait!" While I was waiting for my food I put my gum in my receipt and threw it away. When I went to get a refund the manager asked for my receipt (with an attitude) and I had told her I had thrown it away. She then yelled at me and told me she needed my receipt for the second time.. I then told her "it is in the trash I just told you that I am not picking it out of there. I got one thing, a quesadilla. I am drinking my pop I don't need a refund on that I just need my money for the quesadilla I can not wait any longer I'm on my lunch break" she rolled her eyes and then typed on the computer for no joke a good 5 minutes trying to figure out how to give me my refund. A week later.. Today.. I decided to give the place another try thinking maybe they were just under staffed that day and it was crazy busy. Not the case. Today I chose to go through the drive through. Waited 10 minutes just to place an order. When I got to the speaker no one answered for a good 5-10 minutes until I yelled "hello" I finally got an answer only to wait another 10 minutes in line just to get my food and when I finally got it, it was not cooked completely. So much for "fast food" I've waited a ridiculous amount of time both times I've gone. The first time I left without my food and this time I left with it tasting terrible because it was not cooked. I will NEVER go back to this Taco Bell again and I will definitely be spreading the word on how terrible it is. They need to get it together. They are terrible with costumer service and the manager is no help either. Flat out rude and do not care about the customers or clearly their job. read more

Such slow service! All they do is constantly mess up and sometimes the food bakery even looks edible. Always try to avoid this location.

For the second time in a row it was a 30 minute wait in the drive through, items not made correctly (no sour cream on taco supreme), and improperly wrapped items that just spill into the bag. I don't think I've ever seen a Taco Bell this bad. read more
