This Taco bell is close to my house and it's one of my favorite place to swing by for some Tacos, the service is fast and the foods are good as always, I especially love the tables and the view. A remnant of the staffs may be a little not nice according to some people but most of them are friendly and I would totally recommend this place for every meal. read more

I hit the drive thru later at night about once a week and have been consistently impressed with the friendliness of the employees here. They are polite without sounding fake, they have never messed up my order, and always do the little things like including the correct hot sauce and napkins. Okay where do I start. Who doesn't love Taco Bell? Great food to spice it up every now and then. But... for the past couple times my girlfriend and I have went, our order is NEVER right. I've ordered the Quesorito box twice now, only to get a normal bland Burrito... I guess I'll never get to try what the buzz is all about. As for her chicken quesadilla, well dog food smells and tastes better. What a disappointment. The employee working even talked me into the Quesorito box... but didn't even give it to me! My fiance and I love going to this taco bell after a long day of studying at school. Their food is delicious and in a great spot for the store. I love getting the crunchwraps and I'm never disappointed my fiance enjoys changing it up and also has never been disappointed. We have been to several different taco bells and non of them compare to this one. read more

Today my boyfriends card was stolen by a drive through employee and they spent over $300 at the target across the street. When we called the Taco Bell and asked to speak to a manager, she said it "wasn't her problem". I am disgusted by the immaturity of the employee who stole his card, and the attitude of the "manager" who refused to help us. I assume she is the one who stole the card, so we will be contacting them again tomorrow. We will not go to this Taco Bell again. read more

Late night ...early a.m. this drivethru service is DEVINE! omg the employees are very hardworking and it shows.. They are always happy even when u can tell they are in over theirheads busy!... Place is always clean. They recently redid the drivethru ...I thought nooo...but it just makes the service faster and I dont mind hoping in line when it's long bc it goes fast-thanks to the employees.. We have been coming to this place for over 6 years, I would have said it's the best place until couple of months ago. The food and service in dine-in have gone downhill. Wait times are long. I was surprised to see the guy preparing the food counting how many potatoes he puts in the burrito instead of going by a cupful or handful. Every Thursday is family night at my home. We always select a local restaurant to get take out. We decided to go to the TB drive thru. I got to the drive thru and was greeted by Nick. Nick took my order. I ordered 4 cravings deals. I was ready to add more to my order but Nick said there was something wrong the card machine and I couldn't go over $25. I thought this was odd, but went with it. I proceeded with my second order, which came up to $24. Then I told him I had a third order. He then said I couldn't place a third order because of a policy which only allows a car to place two orders. I thought this was ridiculous, because I came to the drive thru with the intent to place one order but I couldn't because a faulty credit machine. When I got to the drive thru, I asked him to hear my perspective as to why I thought he was being incredibly unreasonable. He said it's policy and then stated he had a line and asked if I wanted any sauces then walked away. He did not attempt to reconcile the issue. The young lady proceeded to give me my food. I asked her if I could please speak to her manager one more time. Nick came back and I said, you're very rude, I want your bosses number. He said he had a line again and said I could call the store number with any complaints. He slammed the drive thru window in my face and walked away. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. He made me feel singled out and discriminated against. I truly feel like he was lying about the $25 limit as well. I do not understand why he felt it was ok to treat me the way he did and react the way he did. I am astonished someone like him is in a management role. My wife has been mildly addicted to the Mexican pizza since she was in college. We stopped here a couple of weeks ago and, according to my wife, this place makes The Best & Cheesiest Mexican Pizza ever!!! The people are friendly as well. They don't act like this is just a stop along the way until they become famous. Never get the right order! Disappointed every time. Pay for extra sour cream never get the sour cream. Order soft tacos get hard tacos. It's like 9/10 times the order has been significantly wrong. I went here the other day around 11:30 at night and the two workers had locked the door..even though they weren't closed. We were glad though because the interior looked absolutely disgusting. We went through the drive-through and they were very quick in getting our order to us- it was practically immediate. The order was right and they gave us everything we needed (napkins, straws, etc.) without us even having to ask.
