One thing in particular about this location if you happen to be a Mountain Dew fan. This ONE LOCATION has the absolute best Mountain Dew in town. Never would I have previously considered writing a review on a chain, fast-food establishment. The food is usually unremarkable and formulaic. I go there when options are limited and I expect their food to be exactly what is found at every other location- edible but uninteresting. What set apart this location, and what made them worthy of a Yelp review, was their SERVICE. I have a limited diet that includes me being unable to eat dairy products. When I explained by order (basically remove any cheese or sour cream or ranch and add guacamole instead), I was met with EXCEPTIONAL service. Not only did a supervisor specifically address me- confirming my needs for the order but when my companion and I received our food, another employee, a young lady, made sure we knew how the items are labeled so we wouldn't get the items mixed up (we both had bean burritos, two normal, two special). They got it right and made me it clear that they cared about getting it right. The service I received when they only had a few minutes of dedication was better than the places with a full wait staff where I pay triple for tacos and burritos. Seriously, well done. Thank you Taco Bell @ Harvey in College Station. You are an exception to the dreary fast-food reputation. The staff here deserves special recognition. I'll be coming back, often. Normally I wouldnt review a fast food place for the fact that its simply cheap fast food. The customer service though is some of the best that I have received while going through a drive thru. They are always super friendly or at the very least simply courteous and attentive.I have gotten random compliments such as "I love your shirt!" "What a great smile, have a great day", which at times are the best things to hear. Taco bell is great cheap fast food.
