Great service, quick and perfect! Food was SO GOOD! Hot food hot, cold food cold. Refills made and dirty dishes removed promptly. Great hostess with friendly attitude. Just a very good restaurant experience on a Game Day Saturday.

You can't go wrong with a buffet of chicken & beef Fajitas with cheese enchiladas for a large group here! Service is always so quick and the buffet is monitored regularly for any replenishments needed. My favorite is the beef Fajitas and cheese enchiladas. The beef is marinated very well and juicy. The rice and beans could use some flavor, but nothing some salsa can't fix! Will be back soon :)

Fajitas are phenomenal!! Atmosphere and service are on point! If it's your first time there, please try the beef fajitas. You won't be disappointed.

    Sizzling mixed fajitas

Let's start with this is a hard review to make. I got the sizzling mixed fajitas. Sizzling? More like almost freezing. The fajitas came out room temperature at best. Rice was overcooked. Chicken was unseasoned. But the beef fajitas were really good. The portion size for $27 was very small compared to other restaurants. Tortillas were very good and they brought out more than plenty. The service was sub par. I can't blame our server too much because it is graduation weekend and he did his best to bring us everything. However, my food was last to arrive and some of our family members were finished with their food by the time I got mine. My wife got the cheese enchiladas which were very good. I can't say if I'd recommend you trying it yourself or just skip it. I'd say 2.5 stars is fair but it's really leaning more to 2. I would not come again personally.

Meh. In a state full of flavorful Mexican food, this is the "pappi blanco" of Mexican. Basic ground beef tacos, refried beans, etc. The food quality is good, with flavorful and tender steak, but it's Americanized Mexican. Looking for the safe spot to go out to eat with your family, where they have "kid friendly" options, this is the place. You want authentic? That's the food trailer down the road. The service was good, and Neely took good care of us. Overall I'd skip this place and hit any one of the multitude of authentic establishments, but you do you boo.

Great food, Great Service. It was an enjoyable experience. Accommodating for our party of 7.

Table frijoles, salsa, and chips. Always something good to eat on the menu. Recommend the lime pepper marinated grilled fajita steak that comes with Steak Lupe or Steak & Shrimp... seasoned and delicious!

This is our second time at Lupe tortilla. The first time, they had either the genie from Aladdin, magic Mike, or some other dream fulfilling person up in that kitchen. The fajitas were so good that it was better than hitting a jackpot on the slots in Vegas. So, we managed to go back again. The service is always great This time, it wasn't as dusty too. But it could be because we sat near the bar this time. We ordered the exact same stuff, ready for our dreams to come true. Instead, we were highly disappointed in the food. The chicken for the fajitas were dry. I added lime and it made it a bit better. The seasoning was like night and day compared to the first time. Neither of us really liked it, it tastes like frozen chicken put in the microwave. The steak was pretty good though. Overall the food this time wasn't as amazing but based on the first experience it could still be a 4 star. I Would not pay over $45 for this meal.

However, I will say that all the chicken tender places since Covid went from their signature large tenders to half size smaller tenders. Not sure why or why they never went back to the larger size tenders after Covid. I ordered a 3 piece and you can see how small the size of the tenders are and I remember when two of the tenders would of equaled 1 tender before Covid. The service was great, the tenders were hot and fresh since made to order and the fries were crunchy. Nothing wrong at all with the service, taste of the food, the only complaint is how tiny the tenders are now. With all that said of course I'll still go to Laynes and glad we have one in Houston by my job.

I was quite impressed with the texture, breading, and seasoning. It wasn't overly greasy and spice level hit the spot. Temperature: we dined in to experience the freshest chicken strips possible. It did not disappoint. I think I burned the roof of my mouth on the first bite but it was worth it. Presentation: nothing to praise but no complaints either. See the photo and judge for yourself. Ambiance: small and cute. Nothing nice about it but fairly clean. Staff: friendly but not over the top. The verdict: Chick-Fil-A is still #1. Then Layne's. Then Raising Cane's. Yes - in my opinion - Layne's beats Cane's. And all 3 are way better than Whataburger and Dairy Queen. Don't believe me? Try it for yourself!

The Burger house... or should I say Shack cause that's what it looks like !…read more I was in C station trying to find a good burger place. I used to live around Hempstead, Prairie view and Waller a couple years ago when I first came to Texas and it was kinda hard finding good places to eat ' I'm not gonna lie I was scouring yelp for about 30 mins before I stumbled across Burger House. I even got to the point where I asked some locals and they said Burger House was a burger staple in C station. Upon looking at the photos, it seemed like a burger that you make at the house to be candid. When I pulled up, I was like "oh wow this place look like a straight shack that's fasho." I decided to go through the drive-through & when I pulled up to the drive-through the gentleman who took my order was hella welcoming and just overall nice like he was happy I pulled up. I swear I was the highlight of my visit. I ended up getting the combo , bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink, and it was for decent price too. The burger itself was mediocre if I'm being honest, the meat lacked some seasoning, though the fries were pretty decent with a soft inside, light crisp outside. I like the fact they put the lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles on the side instead of in the burger which can make it soggy. So there was some attention to detail. The Bun though? That thang was soft on the outside and was lightly toasted on the inside, which was dope. Would I be back? If I'm being honest, just to say wasup to the gentlemen who took my order and that's about it!

We were BLOWN AWAY by the number of college students, dressed in their Sunday's best, openly praying over their food before enjoying some awesome chicken. It was SO NICE TO SEE! We ordered a family meal (20 pieces), 2 sides of fries and a chicken sandwich meal. We paid around $40. Great value! The food came out quick and arrived hot and fresh. I had a slight "issue" where I thought my chicken wasn't fully cooked and the manager reassured me that it was just breading but happily remade my sandwich to give me peace of mind. I REALLY appreciated that. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, literally leaving "not a fry left behind." The size of my chicken on the sandwich was HUGE- had to be hanging off the roll by 2" on each side! Staff were phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Love the laid back decor.
