    Some thing to ponder
    Tina S.

I was in a hurry and I needed to grab some dinner. The girl at the counter was extremely friendly and quick to take my order. The food was quick to be delivered. That is where the goodness stopped. The tacos were so greasy, my stomach hurt for the rest of the evening. .... Taco Bell please take the time to drain the grease.....

I have had several encounters with the middle aged, heavier set woman who usually works the window. She is very rude and snippy!

Same great food (and mission to help animals), new name! We came out for a last-minute weeknight…read moredate night and it was a great change of pace. Service was fast and friendly- the man taking our order offered decent recommendations! The mac and cheese bites were the perfect blend of crispy and creamy - just be sure to let them cool off first! My husband got the Chicago Dog, and it received his Chicagoland native stamp of approval. The Classic Smash burger with the single patty was the perfect amount for me. (I'd recommend a double burger for only $2 more if you are feeling hungry though.) The fries were also hot and done perfectly. Overall, this is a fantastic addition to Columbia- a great spot to stop for lunch or dinner, a couple of drinks, or a football game.

Disappointed overall but would give one more try for other menu items…read more I'll describe my food as ordered. *The lobster roll IS NOT A LOBSTER ROLL. They should clarify that it's the PAWZ version of lobster roll and add a description. It's looks like Ham salad on a bun. Completely pulverized meat specks mixed with who knows what. I very seriously doubt it has much lobster in it. I ordered to go and didn't feel like running back. Had I been dining in, I would have immediately sent it back. Presentation was a 0/10, flavor 2/10. The homemade slaw is bland, in large pieces and onion heavy. Also a 0/10. To add insult, this was an almost $20 sandwich. *The Fish Tacos, again, I am doubting what was served. The fish was more gray than flaky white, but they were far better than the lobster roll. Presentation was a 8/10. Flavor was a 6/10, because the fish wasn't super fresh, and certainly didn't appear to be flaky white mahi. The street corn was a 1/10 and served refrigerator cold and that in itself didn't fit the dish. *The chicken sandwich was good. The best of the 3. Presentation was a 5/10 because the put a sauced and sloppy lettuce & tomato on it. The heat of transport softened it all and it was a mess when you open the container. Toppings should be on the side. The flavor was a 10/10. The fries were just fries. All in all with a tip it was $56 and not great. The service was 10/10. The man taking orders & serving was very polite. The restaurant was clean, and their outdoor patio looked like it would be enjoyable. I think I'll stick to their land food and give one more try for a burger and maybe the beef street tacos. Solely because of the kind service & proximity to my house.

Always enjoy my annual visit to Miller's on Main in Columbia! I believe they just recently redid…read morethe interior with new seating and tables, and I gotta say I'm a big fan of the new seats. You can tell they're still pretty new but dang are they comfy. The booths and lighting also got a makeover, I think, so everything looks really nice on the interior. Our service was very good, with our server consistently checking up on us and keeping our drinks refilled. Oftentimes she would come by and refill or give us more sauce without even needing to ask which is always nice! For the food, had to get the pretzel bites again this year (didn't get a photo sadly), but they were amazing as always and the cheese sauce was the perfect temp and flavor to go along with the crisp, soft, and slightly sweet pretzel bite dough. For my entree, I went with the NY steak sandwich with a side of onion rings & horseradish sauce. I'm more of a fan of steak sandwiches that have cut meat rather than a full slab/steak, so despite this one being a full steak it was still pretty good. The bread was buttery and crispy, the provel cheese added an STL metro feel to it, and the horseradish sauce, although not very creamy, was a very nice addition (had to request it on the side). The onion rings were just okay; I thought they didn't have too much flavor but they were pretty crunchy which was nice and matched the expected style when looking at them. I would've liked some more flavor from the onion rings and maybe a veggie addition or something to the steak sandwich, but overall the food was pretty good this year. I will definitely be back again, hopefully before next year!

Coming to this Columbia, Illinois hot spot and enjoying the atmosphere you can see why. Be prepared to seeing it totally packed on the weekends. I wanted to see the two bartenders I personally consider the stars of the venue Abigail and Kassidy. As beautiful and talented as you obviously see they are it's their guest service and personalities win the day. Two sweeter and more genuine individuals I challenge you to find anywhere. I'm going to be 100% honest I actually do get nervous coming into see them. It's hard to imagine seeing two angels on Earth. All the girls rock and provide premier service. I lived in St Louis for 14 years and I must say this would definitely be my spot if I still lived in the area. With Abigail and Kassidy it's like coming back and seeing friends I've known. I get that impression it's their style with all guest. I travel the country and these two are my two favorites anywhere. I'd highly recommend if you're a first timer you request them. They're hard working and get their business done. And tip the well!!! They deserve it. Thank you. Michael J Beal Clearwater, Florida.
