Was craving a burger and hadn't had five guys in a while. I was not disappointed. I came an hour prior to closing. I ordered my food online and the process was simple and easy. It took about 5-10 minutes from the time of placing my order for it to be picked up. They don't cook the fries until you come in to get your food. When i arrived, there were no customers just a few workers cleaning up for the night. I was greeted once i came into the door. The young man that was making my food made my fries right away and i waited about 5 minutes for my fries to finish cooking. My burger was cooked to perfection. It was seasoned well, with the right amount of toppings. The bread wasn't soggy and overly wet. Those Cajun fries were absolutely delicious. The inside was clean and well organized. The workers were sweeping and wiping down all surfaces. There's plenty of tables for seating and also an outdoor patio for the warmer days. read more

Horrible customer service literally asked for a strawberry shake with whipped cream. Waited 10 minutes a crew of 5 people and no one in the building . No one working on the milkshake machine for the only order they had in the building.. I had to walk up and ask them for my order again Once I got the order it was incorrect ... A vanilla milkshake... I normally love five guys and recently moved to the area so hoped to try a new location today. Unfortunately I was met by the rude and ready to go home manager SAM. The tall Caucasian male. I was greeted by the lovely lady with dreads cleaning the lobby with a smile, however at the counter received a " sup" with a frown. Then was asked what do I want, when i looked up to menu to view the toppings. Apparently he does this with all the people who come in between 9-10pm.. I arrived 9:16. I decided to leave, would rather give other businesses my money. However I sat after and each patron who arrived received a hands thrown up and an eye roll. Even as I left out the young lady was even confused we were leaving, " you all aren't hungry ? ", it's a shame the employees are more welcoming than the " manager " who's the cashier at night. read more

Disappointing visit. Hadn't been to this location before and was planning on eating there. Got missed at the register for a few minutes, placed out order to realize that it was crazy hot inside. AC not working maybe? Was so hot that before out food was ready my wife felt I'll and wanted to go. Grabbed the food and had to sit in the car AC until she felt ok to ride home. Not sure how their folks stand it, maybe that explains some of the grouchy expressions and attitude when we were there. Love 5 Guys, but will probably skip this location in the future. read more

Ordered a hamburger and regular fries $18!! The prices have went up, but the burger has gotten smaller... unacceptable!!! Taste was ok but not how I remember it being ( they use to have the best burgers. I would have done better eating at McDevils ; I mean McDonalds ). Not worth the $18 and the wait. Hubby and I had been shopping and shopping makes you hungry! We didn't want to take too much time to eat, we had lots to do. I spotted a Five Guys! I'll admit it, I love Five Guys. I've never had a bad meal at any of them. First time here and it was consistent like the others. Great hamburger and best fries in the world! They now have milkshakes, but we didn't get one. Hubby really likes their hot dogs too and the peanuts. I just stick to my plain hamburger and fries. I'm a purist when it comes to hamburgers and fries. My motto; keep it simple! I ordered a double cheeseburger and a large order of fries. I paid for my food and went home. I relaxed and opened the hamburger to cut in half for another meal later. I was immediately aware something was wrong. They didn't put any meat on the sandwich (a bun, lettuce, tomatoes and onions) I returned to the location on 790 North New Ballas Road for an explanation. I got attitude and anger. I asked to get another burger, with meat ... I realized that the attitude and anger may have them doing something to my burger. I told them to cancel it, I wanted a refund. I went to five guys because I was hardcore craving a burger. I was expecting to spend maybe ten or eleven dollars there but after taxes it came out to eighteen dollars. I ordered a cheeseburger and a small fry for reference, no drink. For eighteen dollars I'd expect restaurant quality food not fast food. I don't really understand why five guys thinks they can charge as much for a burger and fries as a decent sit down restaurant. Restaurant itself was clean and service was quick so 2 stars instead of 1. Will not be coming back unless they cut their prices to be more reasonable. read more

The service was horrible. Placed a pick up order that said it would be ready in less than 15 minutes. It took about 15 minutes to get there. I go in no one greeted basically ignore until i said something first. I ended waiting another 25 minutes for my food. The online app is great, but when you place an order and go to pick it up, it's chaos! Half the time they don't even know that you place the order, and the other half part of the order missing. Took him to 5 guys and he's been a regular ever since... until he had dental surgery and couldn't have a burger for 7 months!! He was in such agony!!
