zero. they said the lobby closed at 330am that's why they were taking so long but I got there BEFORE 330 around 315 & they took 50 minutes & there was only 2 orders & like one person in the drive through. the whole time. got videos of them on their phones messing around, laughing plus there was at least 7 of them back there. & I said something because it's ridiculous and one of the younger kids with dreads was so disrespectful said he was gonna spit in my drink after I told them I needed it & forgot part of the stuff I ordered. the manager, I think, said she would handle it but then proceeded to defend the worker as if I was in the wrong. then he opened the door for me and was telling me to leave calling me names, being so disrespectful. bunch of lazy people working there. I am a DoorDash delivery person, formerly an IT manager at a fortune 100 insurance company. I'm 59 years old. I was in the Taco Bell on 25th street in Columbus, Indiana. I have never seen a restaurant this filthy & disgusting. I have now refused to pick up food at this location for DoorDash because I would never in good conscience present this food to someone to eat. I feel that this location should be SHUT DOWN until it can be brought to acceptable standard. read more

Ordered a Deluxe craving box, got a regular burrito instead of a beefy 5 layer burrito, they did not give me the taco that comes with the box, the burrito was only beans, no beef, and the chalupa was cold. From 2 other orders they did not give us 1 taco each. Burrito on another order was mostly beans too. Money wasted for incomplete, badly made food. read more

The more I try to eat at this restaurant the more disappointed I am after every service. The food is always messed up no matter how simple the order is. The amount of times I have tried to order a Baja blast freeze and never got it because the machine is "down" has been too many times to count. Takes way too long especially in the drive thru. You might wanna put a weeks vacation into work if you think it's worth waiting for the food in the drive thru. I would give this place a -5 if I could. I try to go to this Taco Bell due to it being so close to my work. When I go, I order the same stuff over and over again. I usually get a beefy 5 layer burrito and nachos and a drink. Also during my lunch break, there are usually at most 2 cars ahead of me...I have waited as long as 45 minutes to get my food, continuously. I would have loved to just get out of line, but there is a fence that doesn't allow you to leave the line. My own job told me to stop going there for lunch because I spend over all of my lunch break in line for a burrito and nachos. Never worth it. read more

Probably the worst Taco Bell in existence. Come during school lunch and you'll leave with lung cancer. Sometimes it's randomly closed for hours at a time for no apparent reason. They have staffing problems all the time to where they only have the drive thru open. I live very close to this one, and I still frequently drive to the one across town just so I won't have to deal with this one. It's also probably faster to drive to the one across town than to go through this drive thru. Without being next to a high school, a Taco Bell of this caliber of terrible would never have come into existence. read more

Josh S. is correct. Unfortunately they are not corporate owned but they're a franchise. However, besides that; they seem to always manage to recover and generally take care if their customers. I have been there day to day and mist of the time I get awesome service. The older lady that works nights ( I won't mention her name, but most people know who I'm talking about) is one of the most customer friendly reps that I have ever met at any fast food restaurant in the area. The only reason that I would not go there would be of course if they didn't exist. Nonetheless, its there and as long I get the service that I am accustomed to at that location, I will always be a grateful customer. Thanks for the opportunity to say my peace. read more

I would rate this place with a Zero Star however, the one time actually ordering food from here it was all hot and tasted good. The bad thing is that the last three visits here they claimed they were unable to make any food due to lack of product. Once they actually claimed to have run out of tortillas and lettuce. We were eager to have us some Taco Bell. I went, only to find that the doors were locked and a sign directed people to go to the drive thru. I thought "won't be too bad, as there are only two ahead of me at the speaker". 15 minutes later, I am NOT any closer to the speaker.....OMG. We have had issues at this one before, from slowness to no food----Seriously, you're in the food business and you run out of supplies?!? WTF? We won't be back to this location. Nearly every time I go to this TB location, my order is wrong, and there is usually a ten-fifteen minute wait time. I know that human nature make is to make mistakes, and that's okay - no one is perfect! However, it's very aggravating when I'm in a hurry, or when I'm hungry. Every now and then wouldn't bother me, but it happens VERY often. Altogether, the taste is good, when they remember to hold the sour cream. read more

Just terrible. They're always understaffed and they screw up orders constantly. Half the time I go there they've run out of common materials, like beef or beans.
