TB. I can never leave you no matter how healthy I become. I just can't. Love this location. Wish they had later hours, because I was out late on a Friday night and 2 against 3 voted TB! Only 3 people working here and there was a couple who had been waiting for their order and a kid that walked up asking about his order because it took so long. I waited a few minutes before the drive through guy came up to take my order at the front counter, I went to the restroom and saw the couple still waiting for their order. It took 15minutes for me to get my food and I only ordered a burrito and the couple got a small order as well. Some kids came in after me and it took awhile for their order to be taken as well. It appears the drive through orders are the priority here. I've used the drive through here before and didn't have any issues so I gave an extra star for that and also to give them the benefit of doubt that maybe they were short staffed but none the less, an apology for my wait and explanation would have been nice. 15mins for fast food is not fast food and defeats the purpose of trying to get something quick and on the go so now I'm running late. read more

Wasn't expecting much...it is Taco Bell after all. I went through drive-thru and asked for extra hot sauce. As they handed me the bag I said can I have more sauce (knowing there wouldn't be enough)? Then I looked in the bag and said "Or any?" (zero sauces). The day shift manager snatched the bag from my hand and threw in 3 packets, gave me a dirty look and walked away. I don't understand why these places horde condiments, is it that hard to open a box then empty it? Anyway, the day shift manger has to be replaced if they want to keep their business open. read more

I'm an emergency overnight nurse and there's nothing quite like (on the rare occasion I get a lunch break), driving 10 minutes to taco bell only to be told they are "closed" an hour before closing. Food served with big piece of plastic bag in it! We picked up our order and came home. While eating his food my son found big piece of plastic bag in his Mexican pizza. I was very upset and called Taco Bell. They picked up after trying for the third time. I asked for the manager and explained her that we found big piece of plastic in the pizza. Not once in our conversation she said sorry. She asked me to take the pizza back so she could see what was in the food because they don't use any plastic as that's what she told me. I took it to her and she said it was piece of PLASTIC BAG. She said "no one put it in the food on purpose" and didn't apologize once. I did not ask but she gave me my money back as if she was doing me a big favor. All I wanted was her to acknowledge the fact that mistake was made and take responsibility for it. That's all. They messed up my order which I realized after we got home so I called them to let them know, the lady who picked up said to come back with the receipt and she would take care of it. If you're vegetarian and subbing beans for beef on a dish, don't expect your order to be accurate. I ordered a chalupas craving box and told them to put beans instead of beef on all 3 things that come in the box and only the chalupa came with no beef. This Taco Bell location has messed up my order numerous times when I use the drive-through. They usually short me items or they don't get the order correct. It's happened so many times I don't believe it's an accident. This evening I got home to realize they'd done it again and I was fuming. I drove in and gave the manager a piece of my mind. The manager made the situation right but I told her to keep an eye on the employees. The quality of this place is falling down every day. I got some nachos with beans a few days back which did have all the ingredients put into the same - because they were "out of stock". They said they will make it again next time I went. Got there yesterday along with a bean chalupa. The bread tasted so stale that I almost choked on it. I visited Taco Bell on 8/30/2018 around 4:30 pm. I realized that they were having issues, because the drive thru lane was long and the lane inside was short, but not being attended to. I was willing to look past that. It happens sometimes at fast food places. Employees don't show up, someone gets delayed etc. What got me really cross was the lady who was taking orders. I ordered a burrito and asked that jalapenos be added it and qualified the sentence with extra jalapenos. Guess what she did, she charged me for an order of jalapenos and added another charge for extra jalapenos. I questioned her and she tells me I said Jalapenos and extra jalapenos. Either she was pretty dumb or just cranky and dishonest. If I were the owner, I would ensure that you train sullen employees like her. I worked for Taco Bell Corporate for more than 6 years and know how the restaurants are supposed to operate. On every single visit of mine to this location, the staff consistently fails to accurately fill orders in the drive thru, and there in every single one of my orders there is also some degree of contamination from the steam line - i.e. most of the time it is onions or lettuce in a bean burrito (bean burrito, no onions please). It happened AGAIN today at the drive through about 12:30pm and of course, i failed to check the order before i left the parking lot. AND i asked for mild sauce and got FIRE SAUCE. Threw the food away, since it wasn't worth turning around and driving back and walking inside. The division manager should take notice and have secret shoppers visit the drive thru. Terrible service. The girl at the window seems to be a borderline mute. I don't expect any ground breaking conversation but, just blankly staring at you and not saying any words is a tad awkward. Also ordered a "Chicken" Catina Bowl, got home and no chicken. I guess next time I'll need to double check if there's chicken before leaving the parking lot. I would think since it's in the name of the item it should've been obvious. Also, for some reason there's no cantina menu after 11 PM. Had one of the worst experiences that I have had in a very long time. The situation here just upset me so bad that I wanted to physically fight with the antagonizing employee!!! Manager did absolutely nothing to de-escalate the situation even when I told her to turn around and look at the employee antagonizing the entire time. Even at the end, manager flat out ignored my initial request. She did not provide me with steak Enchirito that I thought I had ordered. I sat down and left after I noticed that she did not care. This Tacobell location is very close to my house as well as my kids school. I always go there and lately the experience is just not pleasant. The biggest thing is they are rude including manager. 2nd u can't be dine in in this location cuz it's always way too cold where people freeze.. so now I used the drive thru service and seems like they have issue there as well. No utensils offer, u have to ask for different sauce, in simple beans & chz burritos the forgot to put the sauce and the tortilla was steal as well.
