A little hidden spot here in Carrollton , I really enjoy coming here for the Birria tacos , decent flavor & the margaritas they do sell alcohol at this location which is always a plus ! If you are in the area, definitely recommend this place very affordable prices on the food and looks like they have lunch specials every day plus deal on almost every day of the week like the tacos 20 for $25 if I'm not mistaken, And just to make it clear, after reading all the ugly comments about the customer service since ot doesn't meet every one expectations when it come to customer service , which I've been here so many times and I don't think the lady at front has ever been rude to me. Maybe a little language barrier but she's always being very friendly, but But yes you have to order at front and they bring the food out to you , this is not the place to go sit down where you get a waitress and take your order. And yes, I placed my seems little bit slow, which sometimes is nice if you're really hungry just wanna grab a quick bite don't want to wait too long but at the same time let's try to support more local businesses and definitely give them a chance and try out the food. The consistency is a hit or miss... Our first time, it was really good! We got the queso dip and chips + chicken flautas, 3 quesobirrias + 1/2 ramen + 1/2 birria grilled cheese. It was great. Tripa tacos are hard to find so when I saw they were a menu item I had to try. Tripas are my favorite taco meat so my expectations might be high but I will say these didn't hit the mark. They came out too crispy for my taste and the mountain of diced grilled onions wasn't normally what I'd expect. I did opt for fresh onion and cilantro that you can add. Topped it with their red salsa which was hoping to be spicy but tasted more like a salty Korean gochujang paste. I also tried their birria tacos because who doesn't like birria. (They had different combos to choose from like birria tacos, birria ramen, birria grilled cheese, etc.) The birria tacos were decent and came with a small consomé to dip. Was hoping the consumé had some meat inside but it seemed to be only broth. Overall this seems like a place that caters to tik tok trends and doesn't focus on authentic quality. read more

I visited this location for the first time to try their Birria. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I first opened the entrance door there was a cleaning product smell.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you have ever worked in a restaurant you know thats a big no, no. I recognized the smell as fabuloso product. The option for Birria was not on the menu which is fine. As I check outed their salsa bar, I noticed there was no radish. When I asked the cashier the response was "nope" with no apology or we do not serve radish. I ended up only ordering to small combos. 2nd time trying this place and OMG! The first time we had the Birra Tacos and Bistec Fríes. Meat was tendered and well marinated, they cheese was melted and gooey. The corn tortilla was crunchy. The second time, we had Birra Tacos and Bistec Gordita. The Gordita was so good! The Masa was cooked to perfection! It was nicely stuffed with right amount of meat, cheese, beans, tomato, and lettuce. The salsas are so good! We had the watermelon aqua and it was made perfectly. A must try!
