I ordered their new double berry freeze and a steak burrito special. I didn't decide immediately and there was no one behind me at the moment. The employee was flexible with me and then as someone was pulling up behind me, I finally decided my order. The freezie came out before I had paid, the steak burrito was reasonably fresh enough, tasty, and crunchy chips for a 12 AM meal especially. I understand but was still sad that you can't go in to order, the drive thru was packed and I think I affected the quality of my food but not the service. Even by Taco Bell standards, this place is rough. I asked for four different menu items and was told they were out, before finally landing on something they had - a steak quesadilla. Fifth time's the charm! The quesadilla didn't even have the signature sauce, and was cut so lopsided that it was falling apart by the time I got it. When I went their they had the drive thru closed because they were fixing their signs..they still could have had the window open so people who know what they want can still drive thru. Because of this the inside Line was way too long and because no one was running the drive thru so they had more employees for inside their was no excuse for a long line. Only veg option in the vicinity open and they messed up the order, so in the garbage it goes. How do I know that "fresca" means to remove the cheese but the staff doesn't? I don't normally eat Taco Bell or any fast food, but I hadn't had it in a few years so my girlfriend and I decided to get some on a whim. We went through the drive-thru here in Cortland and weren't impressed at all. We waited in the drive-thru for about a half hour before we got our food. Then we realized they forgot something in our order. The doors were locked so we had to go back through the drive-thru. We then waited again for about another 20-30 mins just to get our food they forgot. They never apologized or even said anything at all when handing me the bag. I work construction and stay at the local hotel. The one thing I look forward to is having taco bell once per week while away from home. I have been here 3 weeks and each and every time I have had my order missing the supreme option, even though I paid for it. The food was great but it could have been better, apparently GREEN sauce and FIRE sauce means hot and mild. Fucking green sauce comes in a green packet. Grwat flavors like always but our orders which were small orders took FOREVER!! My Mexican pizza was so sloppily assembled I almost sent it back. My Fritos burrito order was 90% Fritos chips with very few beans or rice. The person who talks to u when you order your food in the drivethru has a horrible lip dysfunction, which makes it EXTREMELY HARD TO UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH THE FOOD IS! Yes, It is under new management and it is much better. Usually a pretty good store, at least during the day...it is a small store that tends to get really busy so sometimes they do not always have everything, but the people are polite. Good prices also read more
