When I questioned the discrepancy, the employee at the counter largely dismissed my concern instead of trying to address it. The situation became even more frustrating when I spoke with the owner/manager. Rather than taking responsibility for the confusion or acknowledging that outdated pricing was being displayed online, I was essentially told that I needed to admit I had read the wrong menu. The owner's attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What should have been a simple customer service conversation turned into an uncomfortable experience where I felt blamed and disrespected for raising a legitimate concern. Businesses make mistakes, but how they respond to customers when those mistakes are brought to their attention says a lot about how they value their patrons. I understand that prices can change, but customers should be able to rely on information posted by the business itself. More importantly, they should be treated with courtesy and respect when asking questions. Unfortunately, neither happened in this case. Because of the inaccurate pricing information and the poor way my concern was handled, I will not be returning.
