Service was very very slow, one cook and two working the line. Although we were the first in line we waited for our food until all the sandwiches for multiple people were made. We did a search for gluten free bread before deciding to stop, only to find out they did not have gluten free bread even though they advertised and there were signs everywhere. Always delicious! So grateful to have it close to the medical school. It is so helpful having a healthier option close by when I can't find the time to cook a healthy meal. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Veronica for hooking it up when my order was wrong. Don't waste time placing a to go order through the app. Store is understaffed and has no time to do online orders. Worst service ever no one trained to do the work properly my sandwich was so soaked with vinegar and oil also asked for no salt and they put salt on it after I said not to the manager was no better and did nothing to correct it I was on my break and didn't have time to go anywhere else but i'm never going back wish I didn't get it but I was hungry never going back .
