Drive through solid and they've always been friendly. My experience with this Taco Bell is that they are friendly and helpful. The drive-through is always efficient and fast. I go here nearly everyday for lunch and am always asked if I would like to donate to their scholarship fund. Most of the time I do, but on this visit I wasn't asked, my total just happened to come out to a rounded number. So, I paid and got my food without a receipt. When I asked for it the guy at the window seemed very reluctant to give it to me...sure enough, he rounded my bill up for their scholarship fund without my permission. I left and called back up there, told the manager what happened only to find out it was the GENERAL MANAGER that rang up my food! I would've accepted it as a mistake, but with how reluctant he was to give me my receipt and the fact that he is the general manager, I don't think so... I don't think I'll be going back there if that is how they run things. Check your receipts y'all! The second star is for how great they have been during my lunch trips for the past couple months. Great customer service. A little before 9:30 my gals and I went to this Taco Bell after our Bible study for a sweet treat. When we saw the cinnamon twists on the menu we thought "You definitely can't go wrong with that!" However, when we received them we were disappointed. "They closed early for thanksgiving the day before thanksgiving" even though a car in front of me definitely got food but I guess they werent serving anyone after that. That's been nice to know or advertise considering I pass by two other Taco Bell's on my way home... In fact I could goto the FTC and outline how Taco Bell, the entire billion dollar + company systemically make it impossible for customers who are shorted to get refunds, tantamount to widespread fraud since I reported this multiple times and have not been refunded. I could go to the BBB, I could directly get the numbers for Taco Bell's CLO/General council and inform him your store was contacted to refund the difference of missing items and you didn't. So I know I can get the corporate number in about 5 minutes. But it literally isn't even worth my time, it's already (including this) taken up more than enough. My terrible experience today began shortly after I paid the cashier at the drive through window. As I was waiting for my order, I observed the cook that prepared my families food walk over to the drive through window and slam our bag of food onto the cashiers counter. He slammed it so hard that it went flying across the other side of the table. When I took possession of the bag of food, I noticed that my order was incorrect and missing several items. Sadly, the only items that I did receive were smashed from the cooks actions. Being that most of my order was incorrect, I parked my car and walked into the store to address the issue. I informed the nice brunette female cashier in the main dining area about my order being wrong and she apologized and told me she would have it corrected. She then walked over to the kitchen and explained to the same cook in question from earlier that my order was incorrect and missing items. He then threw a shit fit and began cussing. Although the restaurant was pretty busy today, that was no way to act in front of paying customers. I did not get the cooks name and all I remember was that he was a pale white male, about 19-21 years old, tall, skinny and had black hair. This guy has absolutely no business working in the fast food industry. I'm disgusted with his behavior and will not be returning to this location. read more

Like most other reviewers mentioned, this is the worst taco bell in the area. Save yourself the hassle and just drive to another location. The handful of times I have gone to this Taco Bell the staff has been rude and the order has been wrong. No care at all put into preparing the food. This last visit was the last straw. First off, they put my tortilla chips at the bottom of the bag where they were crushed and spilled all over. The crunch wrap looked like it was thrown together by a kindergartner, and the quesalupa shells felt like they were made of rubber. do not go to this taco bell. horrible customer service. do not take your children here as you may have them exposed to rude behavior and profanity, literally in front of small children by the staff. they are the most unprofessional staff i have ever met. i was in the drive thru with my family and the girl at the drive thru continued to rush me away as i checked my bag (no one was behind us!!!) after i said please give me a moment to check my order, she them called me a bitch and shut the drive thru window. i proceeded inside to report this. i was faced with a bunch of kids "managing" the store. one "manager" was about to give me the gm name and number until all of a sudden a second "manager" comes around the corner and blocks me from getting this information. the window girl then walked out into the restuarant and proceeded to argue with me while the "kid managers" were screaming for her to go back to the kitchen. i call a week later and told there is no manager there. no call back. i call a few more days later. same story. then all of a sudden i get a call back and its the kid manager now claiming to be the new gm. says he handled the situation but would not let met speak to a higher up to confirm this. he continued to block me from doing this as well as being completely unprofessional asking me to put myself in taco bells shoes... Lights were on I was behind another person in line my window was rolled up so I just assumed they had ordered and was pulling up to the window. After eating here a couple of nights ago, I felt like I was in an episode of Punk'd, and was looking for Ashton Kucher when I walked into the parking lot! I walked in and there were two guys eating, no one in line and two cars in the drive-thru. I placed my order for a 12 pack of tacos and three burritos, to-go. Pleasant enough cashier and no one behind me in line, so I waited a the counter...3 , 4, 5 minutes, then another customer came in so I sat at an empty table close to the counter. 8,9, 10 minutes and still no food, so I go to ask the cashier that helped me, but she was eating Ramen at another table. She politely got up and went back to the kitchen -12, 13, 14 minutes, then here she comes with my food. I commented that this was pathetic service, grabbed about 100 sauce packets and left. When I got home, there were the 12 anemic looking Tacos, seriously lacking in the lettuce and cheese department, but I got sour cream and tomatoes, which i did not order. Two Combo burritos ordered, but only one received, along with a Frito burrito that I did not order. The grilled burrito was fine, but under-stuffed compared to other locations. I also got a surprise Empanada which was also not ordered, so along with my order being incorrect, someone else got shorted and Empanada and a Frito Burrito! Hope they got the more expensive combo burrito that I paid for! Hope the manager/owner reads Yelp and sees this, but I'd guess not based on the performance of their employees! I once found a hair in my taco and I refused to go there for months afterwards. Now I go here again only to be disappointed by the customer service. The people who work here are not friendly at all and it seems like they're not allowed to smile there at all. Even when I'm friendly and drive up to the window smiling, I am greeted by a miserable looking human being. Not the way I would like my drive thru experience to be and if I was management, I would definitely get friendly people working the window. I work in fast food as well and it is not terrible.
