I have ALWAYS loved their steak tostones, however, getting an order to go at the end of the night was no bueno. The steak was SUPER tough and not worth it at all. Queso was all clumped together as well with not many chips for the queso and salsa. Very disappointed. read more

Rosa Negra is a vibe. Their menu is interesting; they serve Mexican food, Italian food and American food. I ordered the shrimp and octopus ceviche, a side of charro beans, and a house margarita. Everything was good and the presentation of my meal was amazing. Very different from a standard Mexican restraint. The ceviche was very heavy on the onions. They have a ton of specialty cocktails. I really like that they fry their tortilla chips and make their salsa in house. I'll be back to sample more on their menu. read more

I pass by this place all the time and see so many cars out late at night. I told the hubs we had to try it out since we are withing walking distance. Just ahead, a few months and here we are at the establishment for lunch. Im from Cali so Mexican food is my jam and it's hard to find here in Georgia, at least good ones. Well, all be dawg gone. We found a goo Mexican spot for food close to home. We have the mozzarella sticks, barria fries and barria bowl. Both were really good and full of flavor in every bite. The atmosphere was nice. Its your typical decor but with a little bit of elegance. The staff were super friendly. I found out why it's so packed at 11pm. First time dining here. The restaurant has a large bar with many seats at and in the bar area. We were seated promptly at a booth and were offered a drink as we sat down. We both ordered fajitas; one chicken and one steak. There was very little seasoning in both fajitas. The steak was cooked medium rare as I ordered. The charro beans lacked flavor also. Had dinner here for the first time Friday evening. Was not at all what I expected. The Spanish Tapas restaurants I have experienced had much different Was pleased with the quick and hospitable service. After a Quick Look at the menu I asked the waitress what her number one favorite dish was on the menu. She didn't hesitate and said the Picanha steak street taco with pickled onion. Cooked medium rare the meat tender and.delicious. My dinner partner had fettuccini Alfredo ( not an item I excepted to see on the menu ). The tacos were really good. Ate two and took the third home. Dinner partner enjoyed the fettuccine . Service was very good snd even though it was quite busy I could enjoy a conversation without raising my voice. Seemed to be a lower noise level than one might expect. Cost was in line for the meal. So it wasn't what I thought the restaurant would be, but it turned out fine. Rosa Negra was incredible! The food is absolutely delicious - especially the chicken skewer with bacon (wow!). It was both tender and smoky. We also had the ceviche and tostones with shrimp and were surprised by how wonderful the seafood is. Loved the drinks as well - especially the mezcalita. We had so much fun there as well with the live singer. We danced and the owner Adrian became a DJ at one point and spun some great reggaeton tunes. More than anything, we loved the ambiance - it was colorful and bright while being very tastefully done. Can't wait to return for Latin Night or Spanish Night!! read more

An upscale Mexican place with a few Italian dishes thrown in there. Beautiful restaurant. The decor is modern and lively. Thick chips ( which I like) with average salsa. The service was fine. The food was just average. The fajitas lacked flavor. The calamari was very crispy with too much batter so you could not taste the calamari. We did not try the drinks as we were here on a Sunday at lunchtime. Maybe we will return and try some of their drinks. read more

Food is pretty good wait times are very long. Going in to place a to go order is terrible, no one acknowledges you just standing waiting while servers come walk right by you and do not say nothing. 3.5 stars I ordered to-go and had the Baja Fish Tacos, Skirt Steak Taco, and a kids cheese pizza. I put my fish track in the air fryer to warm it up and give the flour tortilla a little more umph. You can get them fried or grilled, in opted for it to be grilled. It lacked flavor, even after putting some of the salsa they give you with your order. I should've added some avocado or something to it. I also had the skirt steak taco which was wrapped in foil in comparison to the fish. Made me wonder if it should've been. It was not the best taco I've eaten but way better than the fish which might not be saying much since the fish lacked flavor. The plus though was my picky toddler actually enjoyed the pizza so for that I'm happy. read more

A bunch of my and my wife's neighbors got together and had a great meal and fellowship at a recent holiday. Food and staff were superb!

Went there for breakfast because we got a coupon in the mail. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with an egg over medium. The sandwich came out with the egg completely hard, no sauce, and american cheese. It was pretty disappointing. I don't get why they ask how I want my egg cooked for them to not listen at all. We also ordered pancakes and they barely drizzled syrup on them. So those were also dry. Pretty upset about the experience. Won't be going back for breakfast read more

Visited Rosa Negra for the first time and almost left before being seated. The music was way too loud. Once we were seated, it became a little easier to hear, but I don't understand why restaurants feel the need to blast the music. Our server was adequate. I can't be any more complimentary than that. The food was very good, but when my bill arrived, there was an upcharge for cheese sauce I was not expecting. I checked the website menu today, and there is absolutely no mention of an upcharge and the description of my meal stated it was topped with cheese, I highly recommend you check your bill if you dine there. read more
