Customer service at this location has drastically declined. The original staff members are not here anymore. It's all new people and they do not care about anything regarding this place or the customers. There was an issue with one of their ordering machines and the other one was occupied by a large group of people trying to place their order. I went up to the counter and one employee completely ignored me, walked away as soon as I asked if she could take my order, and came back only to go back to her phone and ideas texting. The "manager" also ignored me and only sort of spoke to me when I asked if anyone took orders at the counter. He told me I had to wait because drive thru orders were a priority. The last time I was here they were also very rude, they gave my food away to a random guy. I was the only female there and somehow my name seemed a lot like some guys name? A food delivery person was dealing with the same issue where this place just gave away the food they were picking up to some random person. Wait time is awful even when tbe restaurant is empty. Whenever going through drive-thru they make us go inside when we have ordered 20m ago. Its not just once but many times where everything is slow and feels like theirs no sense of time or urgency from the staff. There is one women who is nice however the rest are rude refusing refunds. read more

The service was fast and good but the food was trash. The chicken chalupas I had were very hard and it seems like there where sitting for a while and the steak quesadilla was just sauce and tortilla very very little meat overall I rate this experience a 3 out of 10 only because the service was good read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRRR! That girl (manager) was so rude and refused to give us her name because she knew that her attitude was trash! She was so pushy at the headset when we were placing our order. Not even finished with our sentence when she will cut us off with (anything else) with the worst rudest tone of voice. Then at the window she was talking about (4 o clock needs to get here because she was over it and needed to be off ) We lost our appetite and our night was ruined. This place is one of the best run Taco Bells I've ever been to. The service rivals Chic-Fil-A. It's always nice to bring my family here. Everything is nice, organized and clean. I haven't had anything but courteous service from the employees so far. There's always a chance you can get a bad employee, but I'd encourage you to give them a shot if you're in the mood for Taco Bell. read more

So I came in for a quick lunch... I ordered a deal #1 (chicken burrito with chips and drink) with an additional crispy potato taco, I got my deal#1 after the person behind me received his food and the person behind him got theirs.... so at that point I'm like oh well so much for a quick lunch. I get my burrito with no potato taco I ask why and they say they are frying the potatoes and it will be one sec, so after I finish my burrito i have to remind them about the taco to which they then pull them out and make them while this is going a lady from the drive through comes in to get her drink they forgot and a another lady comes in after with her order being wrong also they did give me two potato tacos for the wait but dude get your stuff together. Oh and! the chicken burrito was barely a burrito it was super skimpy. I will not be coming back. read more

Every-time i come to this location there's some kind of issue. I came around 10:30pm (their open till 2am) and tried to order chalupas. They said "our fryers are filtering we can't do chalupas". When they "greeted me" im such a rude tone they said "what's your order" nothing else. As a person who's worked in the fast food and restaurant industry for awhile, the fryer filtering definitely sounds like something that's should be done at closing not when you still have 3 solid hours of being open. I kept trying this Taco Bell hoping some improvement would gapping consider its closest to my house but after tonight m doing dining business with them. read more
