I typically visit Taco Bell about once per week, it's my guilty pleasure. I've been to at least 10 different Taco Bell locations around Atlanta and this is easily the best Taco Bell in the Atlanta Metro Area. Every item I've ordered here over the past two months have been LOADED with meat and other toppings. At a typical Taco Bell, I have to get 3+ items to get full but at this location I rarely order more than 2. Drive thru line always has been super quick and workers are generally friendly and professional. If you're craving the best that Taco Bell has to offer, visit this location. I pulled up to the drive through and they said it was going to be an hour wait so we left. But we decided to go back because we saw the other 2 cars that were in the drive through get there food in less than 5 minutes and we saw multiple people walk out with their orders. So we went back through the drive through and they said it was going to be an hour wait long and we said that's fine and my husband said he wanted the number 1 combo and someone else came on the speaker and said we can't make that we are backed up. We saw there was no customers inside, there was employees sitting in the dinning area, another one was in their car, and another another one smoking by the dumpster so I don't understand why we couldn't place out order we were willing to wait if needed but clearly they just felt like not working today. This location refuses to take my order and stated that they were closed. There were a bunch of cars waiting in line and they refused all of them and lied saying they were closed when they were in fact not. I've had countless problems with customer service at this location and they refused service under their own circumstances. I had done a mobile order as well and they refused to complete said order even though the inside was open and it is a 24/7 location. read more

Got strong armed into stopping here and I regret it. I understand that fast food restaurants can be busy and there isn't always time to wipe up every little spill, but my shoes were sticking to the floor with every step. The same sticky feel extended to the tabletops, etc. I wasn't super hungry going in but the level of grime and gunky residue on all the surfaces really killed my appetite. My fiancé and I drove up to this Taco Bell literally five minutes to closing and thankfully still received service recently. My fiancé ordered two grilled cheese burritos and a crunchwrap supreme. The order was ready in no time at all, and the girl working the window was super friendly and joked around with us a little bit. I like that she was still in a cheerful, fun mood even at the end of her shift. It made us feel better about ordering even though they were just about to close up shop. All of the food was fresh and delicious - that combined with the great, speedy service makes this probably my second favorite location so far, besides the one on Indian Trail by Krystal. My girlfriend and I made a mobile order to pick up at this location, mind you, it being our first time making an order online through the Taco Bell app. We headed out to go pick up our order through drive thru and I let the employee know that we had placed an order online and we were here to pick it up through drive thru. The employee asked us for a name on the order, but our order only had an order number. We let them know that, and she told us, "I need a name for the order." There was nowhere that we saw to put a name for the order when we placed it, and we couldn't give them a name at drive thru, because it wouldn't have been on the receipt. So, we go inside hoping to clear things up and just grab the order and go, but the same employee wanted the name again for the order. I understand that there might've been a glitch where we couldn't put a name in, or we accidentally skipped a step sure, but we showed them the order & the order number, and on the app, it said the order had been received. So, it wasn't like we were trying to scam the taco bell for free food or anything. So the employee gave us an attitude for not having a name on the order and said we needed to have a name next time for the order. So, they walked off, and after about 10-15 minutes, we got our order. When the food was ready, the employee laughed when handing me the bag like my girlfriend and I were stupid for accidentally not putting a name on the order. If you can avoid coming to this location, please do. Especially if you have a mobile order. I made an account with my Apple ID with the Taco Bell app, I made a simple mistake by doing that and the account name had "apple user" I quickly updated my name, but unfortunately it was too late, my order was already processed. I went in to drive thru and told them what happened and the lady on the intercom immediately demanded that she can only use a name. So we calmly went in to explain what happened, and she showed us our order. It's the fact that, no, she didn't need my name, it could have easily been resolved had we just looked at what I ordered and figured it out peacefully. I understand that employees are over worked, anxious, tired, understaffed, and stressed. Mistakes are okay, but I don't understand why the employee immediately gets an attitude with us. We apologized and said sorry for the mistake, and she had the audacity to laugh at us as if we were stupid. Not to mention the 20-25 minute wait just for a simple order. And many of the other employees just stood there staring off into space without trying to help and putting all the work onto the drive thru worker. After reading the rest of the reviews for this location, I'm glad I'm not the only customer who has noticed the quality in the pleasant hill location for this Taco Bell.... This location has had a number of issues in the past but today they jeopardized my health and couldn't be bothered to give a shit about it. I ordered a zero calorie drink, verified at the window that it was zero calorie with the drive thru attendant. When i pulled away i tasted it and it was certainly not zero calorie, I am a diabetic and was able to test the drink on my glucose meter to verify. When i returned to request a refund the manager practically just told me "sorry" and refused to give me any kind of refund citing that she can't do anything about online orders. This could have put me in the hospital and cost me thousands in medical bills or possibly killed me. I LOVE Taco Bell, but officially WILL NOT EVER come to this location. Teddy T ruined it for me. I was craving a late night snack, and per the App, the location is open until 3:30am. I arrived at 2:28am.... I guess this was God telling me quit eating so late, but I don't wish this experience on anybody. Upon arriving all the lights were out, except for the light above the speaker at the drive thru, and a couple lights at the back of the restaurant. I thought that was quite odd. I sat at the speaker for about 2 minutes before I was greeted, and when I decided to order, Teddy advises, "Hold on, real quick". Disappears for about 3 minutes..... Comes back and I finish my order. I roll towards the window and wait about 7-8 minutes. Quite odd as there was only 1 car ahead of me.... I witness the driver snatch his food out Teddy`s hand and drive off. I roll up next. There was probably about 5-6 people in there clowning around, with 2 who looked like they didn't even work there, with book bags on....I had ordered a Cheesy Gordita crunch, Fiesta potato, and Frito Burrito. I asked to add a 5 layer burrito and was advised no add ons at the window, although I was the only one there. I then asked him to remove the Frito burrito, and I`ll drive around to the speaker to order again. I paid for the other two items and literally drove around about 5 seconds later.... I get to the speaker and sit at the speaker for 5 minutes. I wanted to see how long I`d have to sit there. As I sit there, all the lights get turned off. It's only about 2:48 by this time. Knock again, and here comes Teddy T with his blue du-rag on.....All he says is "Yes". I tell this rude ass kid, "You told me to drive around for an add-on which I did, and you cut the lights off, and made me sit at the speaker for 5 minutes. You forgot already!"... I tell him I need my burrito. I pay for the burrito, get home, and It`s some made up burrito I've never even heard of. Literally, ground beef wrapped up..... WTH Taco Bell. So I go to Social Media and DM Taco Bell. No response, which is odd because this normally works... I call Taco Bell and explain what happened and they send me a $5 off. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in forever! So that being said... I had the beefy 5-layer burrito with a Mexican pizza. The burrito was thick and big! I was surprised, because the last time I was here (same location) my taco and burrito had less filling. So yes, I'm glad that they improved. The only thing that bothered me was that the tables were wobbly and the seats were dirty. The women's restroom was decent. So overall, the food was great! Will be back next time whenever I'm in the area. Also, the manager seemed to know all of his regulars. I thought that was pretty funny. But that was nice of him to recognize his customers. How nice. Extremely long wait time in drive through. This used to be my favorite location but waiting for an hour for drive through pick up is ridiculous. The drive through for the evening shit has been this way for the greater part of a year. When will management step up and hire new people? I do not recommend this place to anyone. This review is based on speed of service on Thursday evening around 9:30 PM in the drive thru. The food was fine, but the line took about 15 minutes to get through after ordering. This is way too slow for fast food. I am not sure if this Taco Bell is under staffed or what caused the delay.
