This place was not so great. We have been there a few times. Ever since the restaurant was remodeled, they have messed up our order every time. Not impressed with this location. Today, we ordered 3 fiesta potatoes and only got 1. Everything that was supposed to have jalapeño sauce on it didn't and the items that aren't supposed to have jalapeño sauce on it did. Another time ordered a mini cheese quesadilla with black beans and only got beans in a tortilla. When I went to complain she opened the quesadilla and added cheese to the quesadilla and gave it back without warming it up. I had to ask for it to be rewarmed. The staff was friendly and our food was prepared properly. Our problem is with the old food and sticky something on the floor, out of some sodas, no forks AT ALL (although the cashier did go next door to Burger King to get us one). Management is responsible, not these employees. read more

It took us over 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and the lady literally sat in silence when we ordered. We didn't know if she got our order or not. When we got to the window we heard the employees yelling at each other with the window open and they barely even acknowledged us... it was clear she wasn't paying the slightest bit of attention the whole time. Perfect for late night eaters like myself. I recommend Taco Bell for those on a budget, are hungry, not really paying attention to calories, and like Taco Bell style burritos and/or tacos. The drive thru is convenient and their hot sauces are delicious. I think the package sauces have gotten smaller though as I have noticed I need 3-4 packs per taco/burrito. Try the combo #1 meal and be friendly to the servers and they will most likely return the favor. By far the worst taco bell I've ever visited. Upon entry I went to the mens restroom. Extremely dirty!!! No hand soap or towels to dry my hands. I then go to the counter to order and no one greets me. I ask why no service, they say go to the kiosk and order...I do so. I place my order and it declines 3 of my debit cards. I go back to the counter to ask the manager what's up with my order on the kiosk? She said you need to reorder and do it this way. At this point I'm frustrated beyond belief!!! Im standing with the manager "kayla" at the kiosk, you need to reorder, I say why is it not in your system, she says it's my fault and you need to re-order. Manger "kayla" at this point seems to not care about me as a customer and starts turning it around on me likes it's my fault/badservice excuse via covid. I was in ATL because we had brought tickets to a concert it did not finish until 216am. There was 14 us in our group and all of us was hungry and the place that was open and near to us was thos place so everyone wrote near order on a piece of paper.I do not know the employees names that worked at this store but t I say did a awesome job there line was out side there parking lot they close at 3am so we thought we will not make it but we did. This review is for the drive thru only since the dining room is closed for reconstruction after a car crashed through the glass wall and took out four tables and the whole west exterior wall. Fortunately, no one was injured and one employee had just finished cleaning those tables a few minutes earlier---too close for comfort ! Had there not been so many commercials for the nacho fires , I would not have waited as long as i did to place an order. During Saturday 12pm , 4 workers and 1 trainee. Every single one turned as I approached the counter to make a food order but no one said a word. 3 mins go by still standing right in front of the register. I grabbed a chair slammed it on the ground and everyone working turns and someone said "sone one will be right with you" I'm sorry but the dining area only had 1 guest. The drive thru was consistent but wasn't busy. Then an employee takes me to the touch screen to use the touchscreen ordering system they are pushing so for us consumers to use. Knowing I was paying cash I let the employee spend more then 5 minutes struggling to find where the food I was ordering. At the end she said insert your card. I responded with ""ohh I'm sorry I didn't say I was paying card I'm paying cash" moral of this 1 star visit , the staff here is terrible. Took an extra 9 minutes for them to say /call me name for the order. The food was thrown into a bag. two of the tacos were fully unwrapped lettuce all Over the bottom of the bag. So I place a web order, get to the restaurant to pick up through the drive thru. Lots of cars in line, which is a real problem at this location because the lot only has space for about a dozen cares anyway. Then some really old man makes the mistake of driving the wrong way through the drive thru area and jams traffic for about 15 minutes because "it's dark and he can't see to back up". By the time I finally do get to the window for my order and I just want to get out of there. Get home and of course, my order is incomplete. So I go back, calling the store on the way. I'm told that I'm out of luck because they are closed. At 8:10 at night? The manager has no staff, he's answering phones, he can't do it by himself, all sorts of excuses (most of which were irrelevant if he was closed). His voice sounds very much the same as the guy who handed me my order through the window. He also tells me that he can't refund me right then either, to come back tomorrow. I told him that I spent almost 20 years in retail management and his lack of desire to fix the issue and his lack of service skills was appalling. Since I was only a few minutes from the location and I still needed to get something to eat, I went by the restaurant. Sure enough, it was dark, with just a large wide man standing inside and behind the door. This was the same doofus that gave me my order at the window and I assume that he was now waiting on a ride. So that was the issue! Yeah, we screwed up your order and yeah, we closed early, but I run the store and I'm not fixing that screwup because I'm waiting on my ride. I'm not happy. I've called corporate and spoke to them. They offered me some coupons, but whenever that occurs, you can bet that's as far as it will go. So now I'm waiting on a call from the district manager. As Taco Bell's go, this restaurant is one of the best as of the time of this writing. The manager should be commended! I wish there was a Taco Bell this good closer to home...
