Just spent about $50 at the drive thru asked for only extra meat and cheese nothing else and they put old expired lettuce on half the order I won't be going there again. I understand not liking my order but putting brown lettuce on my stuff isn't acceptable and I take it as an attempt to make me sick when they knew full well I didn't want any lettuce and they make sure it's the oldest they have. This establishment needs a reboot. Don't get me I like Taco Bell very much, but this place in particular has some major problems. Like the staff on occasion can be like they don't even want to be at their job. When Taco Bell is advertising breakfast. This particular establishment isn't even open for breakfast. I use to stop by this location years ago when I worked nearby. Now that I'm back in the area I've tried them multiple times and have been disappointed most visits. I order online to make the order less complicated and don't even say "fresco" to signify substitute the dairy for pico de gallo - Taco Bells lingo not mine. I don't even add tomatoes to my order to keep it simple. I simple say I do not want sour cream or cheese and want beans instead of meat - now with the veggie line I could order the vegetarian option and simply omit the dairy. Simple? I guess not. So many times I get dairy in my order and i can't eat it. I keep trying to give this location a try but am disappointed each time. There's also no option to get a refund or submit a complaint on their mobile app that will get me a response. I have Long COVID and one of my symptoms is extreme fatigue. I can't just come in every time my order is wrong and stand around until it's done correctly. Thankfully, I don't come often but even so, I'm disappointed every time. Always good when craving Taco bell. Can't say much about any problems with the food however I will say pretty much every time I've ordered, I never get everything. Last time, I ordered two of the 5$ craving boxes, 2 volcano tacos and 1 order of the 12 cinnabuns. I only got the boxes nothing else. I was so mad because not only did I spend money and never got it back for something I never got BUT the volcano tacos are special and limited and it was like the end of them so I was super excited and of course the thing I really wanted was missing. Was coming back from Foxwoods around midnight and pulled in for a burrito nightcap only to pull into what seemed to be a metric ton of underage Jason Aldean fans hootin and hollerin in the parking lot. Waited about 45 mins in the drive thru line, out of Baja Blast.... My vegetarian partner wanted a Crunchwrap supreme, cheesy potato, and cheesy roll up, where each item had something wrong. We ordered the Crunchwrap with black beans, onion and guac in it - no onion or guac in it. The cheesy potato was stale and mostly sour cream, and the cheesy roll up was no where to be found. Well where do I begin? My husband and I decided to go and get some Taco bell to help support local businesses during these trying times. We get to the drive thru and was greeted not so pleasantly. Then once we received our food it was stuffed into a small bag and on top of all that wasnt made with any pride. The nacho supreme was placed in bag upside down and given to us in this manner. The chicken quesadillas were not cut properly and not made properly. The taco had very little ingredients and was lacking. This was the straw that broke the camels back. We have been subjected to poor service before and let it slide, but this time it needed to be told. I think upper management or corporate needs to visit this location and revamp on how they do business there. The lines at the 3 Dunkins I pass in the morning were each a good 20 minute wait, so I decided to try Taco Bell's breakfast for the first time today. I. chose the grande scrambler combo, and the scrambler was delicious! Full of flavor, VERY filling, perfect ration of potatoes, eggs, bacon, cheese, and pico. Super disappointing! There were 6 people behind the counter, however, the service was unbelievably slow. After placing the order, we waited for an hour with no response from the staff. After getting tired of the waiting, we asked for a refund and again the communication was very poor. For some reason, the lady chose to refund us only half the amount and left the counter. We had to wait another 15 minutes to get a full refund. Overall, bad service, bad communication and a bad experience. 5 stars (compared to other taco bells in the area) These guys went out of their way to make my experience excellent. I stopped to grab dinner for a friend at the drive through. I drove away before they could hand me my beverage. They ran outside after me with my drink as I was about to pull out of the parking lot. Really dedicated staff. Always very friendly and attentive. The refried beans were bitter, the Crunchwrap supreme was completely cold and had a very disgusting taste that didn't taste like jalapeño sauce, the quesadilla was cold and soggy. I ordered through Eat24/GrubHub - mistake and I feel bad for my kids because it was their idea. They had the order nearly wrong, it took 2 hours, no sauces and when I called, they tried to blame the delivery driver after admitting they only had 2 GrubHub orders in the same time frame. Retrain your staff please or at least brush up on your reading because my receipt shows a bunch of NO's. Whoever answered when I called clearly didn't think it was an issue and did not offer any sort of resolution besides calling EAT24/GrubHub. Not going into further detail because I don't expect 5-star attitudes from fast food. The driver's only fault in this fiasco was not being able to read her GPS. EAT24/GrubHub was extremely sympathetic when I spoke to them about my experience. They have refunded a majority of my order total and my next delivery will be free. I am always extremely clear in these modifications whenever AND wherever I order for a few reasons: A - I have 2 kids and they can be picky (pretty obvious from my order) especially my son with the 'no cheese' situation B - I have worked in a restaurants and hospitality for the past 15 years, in mainly front of house positions through well named establishments.
