By experience from a different line of work, most people can't distinguish the two and call it in Hartford though some may bed to differ. I have visited this establishment on a number of times during bingo night. It's a fun engagement to the crowd while also grabbing dinner. It's most convenient that the foyer leads to both the ordering counter and dining area. It is even more convenient that QR codes are placed at each table and you can order from the app while being comfortable in your seat. It's most helpful if someone is trying to limit contact. The staff will bring your food right to you too. The food is always amazing!! Can't go wrong with any kind of chicken sandwich. My children do not care for the bread and usually opts for tenders. The Chick-fil-A sauce is also one of the things we love taking home after a visit. The overall expense is high though I think paired with an event, it makes it all worth it. They blocked off certain lanes and there were signs directing traffic. The drive through had two areas where lines could form. There were only a couple of vehicles ahead of me but they moved quick. They had a limited time special called the Hot Honey Pimento chicken sandwich. I love pimento cheese, honey, and spicy flavors so I had to indulge. The sandwich was expensive around $8 and change, but it was so good. I also got a 5ct chicken nuggets kids meal for my son and another 5ct chicken nuggets for my other son. Total was $20 and change, definitely on the higher side but I think Chick-fil-A has quality fast food and customer service. The person at the intercom and window was super pleasant. Typically I don't go to Chick-fil-A's too often because lines were long at every location I've seen; although, their lines do move fast when I actually do go. He was friendly and he helped me thru all the options. He was awesome. The dining room runner was quick and polite with the order and asked me if I need anything. We were shocked with how efficient and quick they were. The cars moved so fast! They had so many employees with iPads going up to the cars and taking everyone's orders. I love chikfila and the staff are friendly and apologetic, but every time you order drive thru they will pull you forward and it's a gamble if they forget you existed before you see everyone around you leave with their food.
