UNACCEPTABLE! My wife brought me 3 hard shell tacos from this store. When I opened them, I was flabbergasted to see that they were barely 1/2 filled. I usually enjoy Taco Bell's tacos, but these were terrible. They weighed an average of 1.9 oz, vs TB standard 2.9 oz. I could literally count the minute cheese hairs 6-8 per. The tacos must have been sitting out for several hours, because the shells were not crunchy. They were chewy. This store is on my Do Not Visit list. read more

Wish I could give it no stars. It is extremely slow. Waited for 10 min to order and then another 10 for my 2 tacos. I thought the last time we went and they were slow it was just a bad day. Nope. It's always like that. This past time we could see in while we waited for our food and there were 4 workers standing around chatting. Never going back there again. There's a McDonald's less than a block away, go there. That's saying a lot from me because I'm super addicted to Taco Bell. P.S. She was exceptional at offering options with me order and treated me as a human rather than a number in line. It was very busy at the drive through. She did great. read more

I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get my food, regardless or if I'm inside or in the drive through. The staff has always been nice and polite, and the menu is very reasonably priced. The food is good and very typical for what you would expect from a fast food establishment. read more

Really great experience here. My bff's and I enjoyed our trip as we were crossing through the home of the cheese. Friendly staff, delicious entrees, thirst quenching beverages. One star is generous. 16 minutes in drive thru and missed one part of the order. Taco salad had a cold hard scoop of bean paste right in the middle. Power bowl lacking enough ingredients to fill the bowl, black beans were crusty like they were scraped off the side of the pan, chicken was sparse and rubbery. Pretty sure I won't be back. read more

This place sucks. I've been here multiple times and it's always EXTREMELY slow and dirty. Every time. Just today I waited almost 15 minutes for a burrito. During this time, two employees clocked out to go home, and another was just hanging around talking. Napkins and sauces weren't stocked, and the place just looked trashy. There were people waiting far longer than they were told they'd be waiting. And those employees just went home anyways. DO NOT come here. Unless you want no napkins, no sauces, and you wanna wait 10+ minutes for a single taco. They have seemingly no respect for the people who are waiting for food and will poke around and just hang out instead of making sure sauces and napkins are available. Extremely under-staffed. The line of cars in the drive through moves 'maybe' every 3 minutes and walking in to order was no faster. Currently have been waiting for 10 minutes for only a quesarito and 5 layer burrito. This lady taking orders today, bless her heart, was also coughing all over without washing her hands. Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. But the service was awesome. They were so nice. Multiple times they went out of our way to assist us. Our kids were being a little finicky and the guy overheard what was going on while cleaning up trays. He came right over to help us out. read more

Haven't been to this place in a two months because they did s remodeling. We stopped in at 1:30pm on a Wednesday and the place looks good but is absolutely where it stops. They seem to have hired a new crew and that crew only seems to want to party. You could hear their annoying joking and laughter all the way out into the far side of the dining room. Here is where it gets interesting. They took almost 20-minutes to get the order out (due to laughter) and the order was wrong. Took it back and the cashier was extremely sorry (even tho it was not her fault) and acted like she did not want to be there. Order remade but where we got to our table and opened it up, we found that our gordias had MOLD ON IT! That was enough. Took it back up to the cashier again, she took it to the Manager who was on the line fixing where he just said "give them their money back".
