We stopped for dinner on our way back from a road trip. Fun, friendly atmosphere! The staff were all smiles and friendly. It was fairly busy, but we were never forgotten. A young woman came to check the restrooms were clean while I was washing my hands- I've never seen that at a restaurant before. I'm glad to see they're making sure their facilities staff clean and welcoming. It's Olive Garden- so you should know by know it's not as cheap as day McDonalds, but the food is way better. I had a glass of Malbec wine I like so much the waitress grabbed the bottle so I could write down the info for a later date.Our waitress checked on us enough to keep is happy without being stalker like or pushy. I had the vegetarian lasagna primavera with chicken off the lite menu. The chicken was quite salty for my typical low sodium taste buds. Overall though the meal was still quite good. A big portion as well, I couldn't finish it. My hubby got the trout with broccoli and liked it enough that he'd get it again. A great restaurant to bring friends, family, or a date. read more

For this review I will have to say it was not great, but not awful. I removed on star because the Italian music being pumped into the men's room was super loud and was not conducive to a pleasant "go". I highly recommend turning the volume down! I removed another star because the food was not good. The chicken Marsala was a bit undercooked and the salad was a bit limp. The service was fine, although we had to wait 10 min for a seat, although the restaurant was less than half full. Olive Garden has always been something I remember being way better than it is, though it IS really good, but the last few times I've had it they've never really blown my mind with anything I've eaten. This location has terrible parking (you have to walk around the ENTIRE BUILDING to get to the entrance) and for some reason there tends to be a bunch of staff mingling at the entrance that are seemingly off duty every time I've been here. My main complaint about my experience here was the waitress who was exceptionally kind and all that but continued to interrupt our meal almost nonstop. We were even in a corner so it's not like she was passing by and stopped to ask how things were, she would go out of her way to come every couple of minutes and ask how things were tasting when we barely had a chance to have another bite or two. It made me have to eat a bunch of cold noodles by the end because it was awkward to keep eating while she was talking to us nonstop. read more

I did not get to eat at Olive Garden today. It was not the first time. When I am dining by myself, I always ask for a seat at the bar. Today I was told that there was only one bartender, so I could not dine there. I have been told that several times, or I am told that there is not a bartender. So, I do not understand how you can push customers away, when there is a bar with stools. I come to your restaurant because I enjoy your food. I do dine in the dining room when I am with people, but when alone I like to sit at the bar. If that is a policy, I would like to know. read more

It was not busy at all and the service was really quick! Although we didn't get our breadsticks and salad after we arrived, the food came out fast and was very good. The building didn't really give me an "Italy" effect even with ordering the "tour of Italy". The seating was spaced out very nicely tho. read more

I've had nothing but great experiences here so far! The food is consistently delicious, and there's such a nice variety on the menu. Their dumpling soup is perfect--warm, flavorful, and so comforting. The shrimp Alfredo is AMAZING, full of flavor and perfectly cooked, and the breadsticks are always fresh and tasty. Yesterday (March 23, 2025) Our family kind of took over the Olive Garden to celebrate the 25th anniversary of our daughter and her husband. It was an amazing experience and beyond. We had two servers (TJ and Savannah) who worked GREAT together in accommodating our party of 16. The food was absolutely delicious, and the experience is one our family will never forget. If you're looking for food that tastes like it comes from the heavens and God's hands himself, then Olive Garden is the spot. When walking in, I was kindly greeted by the friendly staff. Walking through the glowing restaurant, the decrotive elements displayed a fine start to my evening. Once at the clean, wooden table with the beautiful ambiance of the 11 lights in the room - all I could think about was the delectable food to come! To start, I ordered the breadsticks. These are the most delightful things I have ever eaten. right as you take the first bite, your tastebuds will scream with happiness as you enjoy the buttery, garlic flavor of these. For the main course, I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and added in broccoli. Let me tell you this was the most DELICIOUS thing I have ever had. The creamy sauce with a smooth, rich texture and the perfectly cooked chicken were luscious. Finally, the Italian donuts for dessert made me jump from my seat with excitement. I wanted to just stand on the table and start screaming and dancing about how good these were. I'm updating this review to a 3 star from a 4 star, and it has nothing to do with the food (Olive Garden food doesn't change), but the waitstaff more so. The waitress we had on our last visit here was a little over the top, and it just made for an uncomfortable experience. When she got to our table, she tried to sell us on the buy one, take one home pasta, which sounded like a good deal - but we were pretty set on soup, salad & breadsticks (because it's AMAAAAAAZING). We figured after one plug, she would allow us to order, but she reached across the table, like body across our table, grabbed the booklet and went through pages of things that she thought were good. Then asked if we wanted to try something she mentioned. We didn't, thanked her, and ordered our SS&B. She was back about every five minutes of us eating, asking how things were - which seemed excessive. Then after asking if we wanted dessert, we said no, and she pushed towards some of her 'favorites' again. Just a little over-the-top. I can handle most things, but with other customers, you'll probably get a real complaint. Again - the food was AWESOME. But I'm just not a fan of a 'sales pitch' when trying to enjoy my delicious food. read more

I work near this OG. It's the usual OG. But the staff is friendly and service is typically quick. I called ahead and got the chicken parm sandwich to go. It was after lunch hour so they had to charge me dinner prices....which is...kinda silly when it's the same exact portion. So I got the fries with that and I always enjoy that sandwich. The chicken is crispy and sauce is good and overall pretty cheesy, the fries are skin on and dusted with parm. Wouldn't it be nice if someone in EC did really good truffle fries! I digress. I got the soup not the salad. I took that home to my wife for snack later. Soupa Tosconna. Looked good. Plenty of parking. It's the OG....pretty typical. read more

Went here on 2 Jan to have lunch with my family. The waitress was amazing and clearly loved her job and had a great sense of humor. My wife and I had the lunch portion shrimp scampi and it was amazing. I was very impressed for a chain restaurant. I have been to other Olive Gardens in CA that were not as accommodating. There is so much to say about Olive Garden but everyone knows their breadsticks are kind of to die for!! The food is super good a little on the pricey side but otherwise super good. It's a great place to go before homecoming or prom or if you going on a date. I love this place and all they offer they also have a wide selection of wines that will fit anyone's taste!! read more

Sloooooow Friday night (added the extra O's to emphasize how not busy this place was). I was out for dinner with a few friends after moving back to the Midwest. Olive Garden, I feel, is generally a safe bet--you get your breadsticks, salad or soup, waitresses add cheese, etc. Simple, safe, predictable. Well no one could have predicted the mess that this visit became. I got a real good idea what our visit was to become when a friend asked for a wine recommendation and was looked at like he was speaking fluent Russian. Then a forgotten water then two forgotten straws. Our waitress, while kind, was off in space. Both a friend and I ordered appetizers at the time of ordering our entrees. We drank some wine and waited for the appetizers to show. They never did. Our entrees arrived at the tables before the appetizers did and my friend asked on the off chance if we would be seeing our appetizers soon. The waitress informed us that they had never been put in. We cancelled the appetizer order at that point. The fun doesn't stop there, either. We dusted off an order of breadsticks (they are amazing, right?) in a matter of minutes and was approached by the waitress as to whether we wanted another order (and who would say no to that??). No one that's who. However... Like our lost and forgotten appetizers, so became our second order of breadsticks. Then came the time for the bill...we split the bill three ways and again, the items were on the wrong ticket. Another "urgh" moment. After we had paid for our meal, some random lady came to our table periodically and took the dishes. I understand it was her job, but she didn't say anything and just kinda creeped me out. The stars earned goes for the food, which wasn't bad. After the whole appetizer fiasco we were given two free deserts in lieu of my coveted spinach and artichoke dip and my friends stuffed mushrooms. While it was a kind gesture damage was done. I did mention above that our waitress was kind and had good intentions--but isn't it that the road to hell is paved with good intentions? For a chain restaurant they are not bad. Zuppa Tuscano is an excellent soup. Black Tie mousse cake is an excellent dessert. Garlic Chicken dishs is good. Just recently they introduced a new appetizer...Artichoke Fritti. It's good but if in the Eau Claire area have the Artichoke Fritti at Draganetti's. Steak Gorgonzolla is very good. read more

My daughter and I love going to Olive Garden on Sundays right at 11am to enjoy the soup, salad, and breadsticks. Cost: 5/5: $14.75 (for 2) Quality: 4/5: it's olive garden. But unlimited soup salad and breadsticks are wonderful. Service: 1/5: waiter was pushing us to buy other items (appetizers, wings, new specials, wine, deserts, etc.), even after we stated we were here for just the soup salad and breadsticks with water. He would interupt us in out conversations and try to be a part of the conversation. Misc Factors: 1/5: waiter hit my daughter (accidently), when he was putting cheese on her soup and the cheese device slipped. Waiter also said would bring water, but when we waited for 10 min without water, had to take glass into bathroom just to get water (gross!). read more

I always like their salad dressing, however I don't like giant chunks of the middle of iceberg lettuce. Otherwise everything seemed fresh, no brown lettuce. I normally have excellent experience at olive garden. This evening they were incredibly busy. I did however, wait almost an hour for my food. I showed up at my designated time, 639 pm, and received my food at 724 pm. I know I will continue to go to olive garden, but I believe I will refrain from curbside in the future. read more

The food here may be Italian, but there is no flavor to any of it. It's very bland like it comes out of a frozen box. Go to Draganetti's or ZA51 if you want real Italian food that actually has some flavor to it. read more

I decided I would take my son to Olive Garden for dinner we both ordered spaghetti and meat sauce the food came out promptly but the soups that came with the meal were very brothy So I asked if I could get soup with less broth on it they brought the second bowl still With just broth hardly anything in it when we go to other Olive Gardens this rarely happens but always in eau claire I guess it's salad from now on! read more
