I would do negative stars if I could. Beside the fact they get the order wrong 99% of the time,, including todays order (they only get correct if you eat there), they didn't even put a small scoop of meat on my Gordita Crunch. $7.29 for a taco without meat. The service was very, very slow. I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes, then was asked to pull around to the front where I had to wait even more. The store manager, Christina, has proven herself both useless and dismissive. My daughter and I endured a frightening interaction with the shift manager, Cole, whose behavior was so abrasive and menacing that my 11-year-old was reduced to tears and physical trembling under his glare. When I confronted him, he attempted the oldest trick in the book--gaslighting--only to be undercut moments later by another employee who, while handing me my food, offered an unsolicited and heartfelt apology. When I asked why, he deflected but made it abundantly clear that Cole's inappropriate conduct is not an isolated event, but a well-known problem among staff. When Christina finally returned my call, I expected at the very least competence and accountability. Instead, I was met with a masterclass in invalidation. She insisted the incident was a "misunderstanding" and went so far as to tell me that Cole "is not like that," implying the problem was in my perception, not in his actions. And then--the pièce de résistance--she offered me the opportunity to come into Taco Bell so that Cole could apologize to me in person. As if I should subject myself, and potentially my daughter, to a repeat performance of his intimidation. The sheer absurdity of this "solution" would be laughable if it weren't so offensive. To compound matters, when I requested Christina's supervisor's information, she refused, claiming she "is not allowed" to provide it. The result is a store with a manager who enables misconduct, a shift lead whose behavior frightens children, and a culture that seems more invested in covering tracks than in ensuring customer safety. read more

I come here with friends often, and have had great service every time. Any mistakes they've fixed it without question. I love the food, especially the combos. Recently had an amazing experience with a worker named Noah, he was very attentive and kind. He also fixed a mix up with my friend's food. I've never met someone with that positive of an attitude at a fast food restaurant. read more

Got a Mexican pizza. It was freshly made and put together very well, with about the right amount of each ingredient. The guy who took my order and brought it to the counter was very courteous. But it cost $7 before tax, which strikes me as a lot of money for that kind and amount of food. read more

Omg what a waste of time. They only take one order at a time and they wait to take the next order after they've completed making that one. And then they tell you to pull around the building to wait for your order. As I started to pull around there were 5 cars lined up. And then it was several minutes in between each order that was finally brought out. All it is is assembly of premade food. How can it possibly take that long? read more

What an amazing experience! If you are looking to completely waste your time then this is the spot for you. You start your wonderful experience by being blocked into a narrow one lane drive through and simply wait. Of course, I waited for 14 minutes before I was even able to go to the menu board. Since you can't leave and have to commit, you just wait. But there is more! Not only did I wait 14 minutes, but was told to wait since it appeared that each order was being processed one at a time. Clearly they don't understand the concept of fast food, but after waiting an additional 3 1/2 minutes, I chose to take my business somewhere else. So again, if your looking for a wasteful time being blocked into a one lane drive through, go there! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT MINIMUL PORTIONS AND THE WORST MANAGER TO DEAL WITH. CHRISTINA P. (Manager?) WAS HORRIBLE. - we ordered 2 chicken flatbreads, at the end of the order we ordered 2 sides of nacho cheese and 2 sides of spicy ranch. Well they put all the sauces on the flatbreads. (I wanted the sauces for our other food) We told her we wanted it separately and that's why we said it at the end of the order. She straight up says "I made your food so give me the bag back and I have to charge you for the sides" we said you already charged us for the sides, we can give the flatbreads back to you, but you already charged us for the sides. She rolled her eyes and kept cutting us off. She said I'm charging you for the sides. We said we just need new flatbreads and the 4 sauces as we ordered it that way. She was so mean and had the biggest attitude. She probably spit in our food. We had to show her our receipt to show we paid for it and she kept telling us they put it on the flatbreads, so give the food back and she will give us new flatbreads, kept ignoring the fact we wanted the sides SEPARATELY. Clearly wasn't listening to us as customers. Finally, after we battled that we weren't giving her the entire bag of food back, she said give me your fLaTbrEaDS ThEn. So we did. She gave us the flatbreads with 2 pieces of chicken inside each flatbread just to make a point instead of taking responsibility. The SUPER NICE GENTLEMEN working the window handed us our food and apologized on her behalf. She was so mouthy but couldn't even finish the task of handing it to us as it was "fixed". The fact that she wanted the entire bag of food back, I told her our nacho fries are all over the bag and I don't feel comfortable with them going through our food when I can just hand her the two flatbreads. She kept saying "I have gloves on how do you think your food was made" so snotty. She was very offended apparently. I will never come back to this location. She doesn't belong at this store. I've worked at stores myself, never have I ever acted this way. And we both know, those gloves touch EVERYTHING. We both know she's not changing her gloves in between making each customers food. During the drive through, I said to my husband, wow that guy is nice. And then she ruined the entire experience by her prideful attitude. To then, give us new flatbreads with TWO PIECES OF CHICKEN, we have NEVER received flatbreads this way. Really disappointing and I will be sending an email to this corporation. This is not how to treat your customers when you want to bring business back. Oh, and the sides have barely anything in them. Not surprised. I don't understand what was so wrong about us wanting our food how we ordered it. The screen was correct, so I don't know why they put the sauces on the flatbreads? Needless to say, do not go here while Christina is working. The poor nice gentleman could make this place flourish by himself. And his name isn't on the receipt so I can't give him credit personally, but we came here at 12:00AM on Friday August 16th going into the 17th since it's past midnight. We should have just asked for a refund and given the entire bag of food back. What makes it worse is that we stayed calm and just tried reasoning with her, we just need what we ordered and paid for. At first she said "I won't charge you for the sides" but after she kept trying to say she was right and we kept saying no look at the receipt, then she said wElL I HaVe to ChArge YoU" uhhh no. The service is really nice but all we got were four cheesy bean and rice burritos and they were drier than a box of Popeyes biscuits. They were lacking in cheese, beans, and rice. Super thin with not a lot of filling. They also only gave us 5 packets of sauce for 4 burritos. read more

Great customer service I messed up my order and they apologized for it when I realized I messed up my order I apologize again and said I'll pay for the new order as well. The food was hot fast and the place was clean probably the cleanest Taco Bell I've been in years. read more
