I came here today and got my "usuall" from the Ewa Beach taco bell, an order I get pretty often on the island. When I got to the drink portion I asked for a large ice water, the person taking the order said no you can't have that. I asked why that is, as I've ordered the same order at this taco bell, as well as a couple others on island quite a few times. Usually they just tell you they will charge for a soda and I say alright. The manager over the speaker said "you can have a medium". I told him I'd happily pay for the large, and twice, he interrupted me talking to just keep repeating my order. I guess I would have been happy to get the same thing I always get and to not to have to argue with some jerk of a manager, who was not only rude but interrupted me several times, all to get a flipping water. Came here to get a quick taco fix. Not too much to complain about this location here. The only thing that caught my attention was there poor professionalism. While making my order the cashier had left his mic on and he was talking random stuff and heard him sneeze as well. When I pulled up to the window the cashier guy was calling me bro. Tried to go to drive thru today. Long line. I went inside. Ordered 2 tacos. Waited 10 minutes. Not acceptable. I take my food home. Eat my taco. Taste something that shouldn't be there. When I made my order, i double checked the screen to see if it was right and it was. When i got to the window, my large baja blast freezes (2 of them) were instead made as the soda. When i mentioned it to the worker, he was very rude to me. When giving my card for payment, he yanked it out of my hand. It's Taco Bell, what can you expect? If they make the order fast and get the order right, there should be no reason to complain. Unfortunately we had to complain twice because they messed the order up on two occasions. I do admire their dedication though. On both occasions they vowed to make it right. We don't live close to this location, so they said next time you are around, please mention what happened and we will replace your order at no charge. My wife orders her taco salad without beans and both times instead of no beans, they gave extra beans and no meat. Tonight they made the order right and we are happy. It's Taco Bell. I definitely prefer this place over Taco Del Mar in Kapolei. The line is usually long, and every time I go there they are usually out of something that I want. A couple times they got my order wrong. One of those times I sent my husband back in to get the rest of our food and when we got home we found out it was the wrong food. BUT... it's Taco Bell. It's fast fake Mexican food. I'm sure eventually I'll be back, but next time I will make sure I have all my correct food items before I leave the parking lot! read more

Best Damn Taco Bell on the island! If you expect high quality Mexican food, you're at the wrong place. If you want halfway decent food when having a few drinks, this is for you. If you're too lazy to cook and too cheap to go a sit down restaurant, this is for you. Drive thru ladies are always nice and attentive. Went during an off-peak time, just after 8pm. There were some cars ahead of me at the drive-thru, and the line moved okay. Ordered two tacos, one mexican pizza ($4!?!??!?!?), and buy one get one free beef taco supreme. Total bill came out to $9.17. Went here just when the clock reached 9PM. My husband and I were biking and decided to go to Taco Bell since almost everywhere else was closed. We approached the front door, and low and behold LOCKED. It seems that the dining room closes at 9PM. We asked the manager through the door if we could just walk in and order really quick. First off, I'd like to start by sharing with you all that I've worked here before. THIS exact location. At the time I was working, my boss was Heidi. Until this day she is still there. She always told me whenever I have a customer, DO NOT close the window. Last night I went to Taco Bell drive thru. I wasn't ready yet so I told whomever was on the other side that I was still looking. She responded, "let me know when you're ready." Once I was ready, she did not respond when I said "hello," SO I started ordering anyways. My order starts showing up on the screen. First of all, let me know when you can hear, communication is key. Anyways, I'm ordering & she was acting pretty wise through it all. I pulled up to the window to see a SMIRK on her face. She passed me my drinks & dropped one in my car. She did not apologize whatsoever. Instead, she shakes her head; did not even handle it in a mannerly way. After she pulls the drinks & while still shaking her head, in a SASSY tone she says, "LET ME JUST GET ANOTHER ONE." I on the other hand am already pissed because it was my MOMS car. The girl then proceeded, handed me my drinks. She had a smirk on her face the whole time afterwards. She eyed me out so of course that made me even more mad. After looking at me for a while, she removes her head phones & says "WHASSUP?" Or "What is it!?" (Not too sure which one she said.) It was AS IF SHE WAS CALLING ME OUT. I couldn't put up with the sheer rudeness so I start cussing out & asked "what you mean?" Cos I did not say anything at all." She was playing stupid. She responded saying, "Oh I didn't hear you. I can't hear anything. That's why I asked." Mind you she's smirking. It was a mocking act honestly. Help me understand. The girl was eyeing me out for how long & my lips did not move at all so why are you asking me whassup? I asked her "Did you see my lips fuckin moving?" All she did was laugh. She closed the window multiple times & mind you I can hear all the other workers talking about me. Very unprofessional. Afterwards I had Chanelle Wilson (another girl) come to the window to ask me if I was good, I replied with a "yes." She then asked me later if anything happened? I responded "that fucking girl is irritating." She apologized. Let me tell you something though, does a worker Just randomly asked if anything happened? No. That means she already knew what was going on. Meaning they were talking about the situation. It was pretty obvious, I over heard them speaking earlier. Anyways, she told me have a good one but once I drove off she said something OUT LOUD but I did not catch it. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. P.s I give NO star(s) I had to rate it at least one star in order to post this. My order was wrong. Taco bell when you want fast food. The dollar menu is good and just right for an afternoon snack. Most times the service is good if you get a person in the drive thru that is not in a rush even on non busy days! The meat is amount is skimpy so more than one is a must. 24 hours is a good thing on weekends when you just decide at 11 pm that you want something to much on. Went in yesterday for a bite, and I really don't think I'll be going back. Order taker at inside counter was extremely slow, and the person obviously assisting her wasn't much better. I'm sure the reason I got my order and it was totally wrong is because the noise I guess they consider music was so loud, the order taker and customers can't possibly communicate effectively. People patronize a 'fast-food' restaurant for just that - fast food. When incompetance backs things up, customers tend to get frustrated. The friendliest people, consistently smiling and courteous, work the drive-thru window. It is always a pleasant experience. Actually, they are the best of any fast food restaurant, so much so they must place special emphasis while in training. I've eaten inside a few times and it is always clean and quiet.
