I did wait quite a while to place my order, then again for my food. They had a long line and were clearly short staffed, for which they apologized. The cashier was holding it together like a boss!! She was taking orders, getting food for people, and she even put on gloves to help make food at one point. Though I waited for a while, everyone was pleasant, my food was correct (and hot), and I was really impressed by how they held it all together. I came to this restaurant, I ordered at the drive-through. I waited in the drive-through about 15 minutes before my food was ready. When I got the mail it was cold, without a receipt so if I called I didn't have a receipt number to reference for a complaint with the manager. Came to this location last night with two other people. We didnt know what we wanted yet and Terrence was so polite and gave us time to figure out our order. We had a fairly large order but it took less than 5 minutes for us to get our food. They didn't miss any items and everything was made correctly. I've been to this Taco Bell so many times, it's close to my house and on my way to work. I've been letting a lot go because of COVID. Never complained when my quesadilla or taco has barley anything in it. Honestly it's a bit or miss, completely depends on the staff running the joint that moment. The young man working the drive through window this morning was very pleasant. I was the first one there, they had opened about 10 minutes before. And let me note that there by no means were a lot of people behind me. Just one other car, the whole time I was there. They asked me to pull up, okay cool, I got my food about 5-10 minutes later, cool. Went home, unpacked my baby and looked in my bag, no chips with my cheese sauce, alright whatever, I'm sure I have some at home to dip. But into my quesadilla, no sauce on it. Tried to call, of course the line is busy, tried again, still busy. Then it occurred to me that their phone was turned off, so they weren't going to answer.
