I have been coming here for years and have a somewhat complicated order (vegan) and they never get my order wrong or give me any attitude for a special order. My husband and I go to this Taco Bell all the time. The location is very convenient and easy to reach from Sunrise Blvd. in either direction. We've ordered many things from Taco Bell. One of my particular favourites is their Mexican Pizza: 2 thin, crips flour tortillas filled with ground beef and refried beans and topped with Mexican-style tomato sauce, cheese and chopped tomatoes. Their chalupas are also very good, as are their crisp tacos. This particular location features a Pizza Hut, so my husband usually orders a pizza. Their food is almost always delicious, and the last time we were there, I was impressed by the service. I'm on chemotherapy and have a very small appetite, so I asked one of the employees about the portion sizes of various menu items. He took the time to show and looked like he was happy to do it. We've had very good luck with the staff here, in general,,and if they make a mistake, they'll make it right. This is a great Taco Bell! read more

The ONLY reason why I came to this taco bell is because my daughter had a gift card and she needed to use it. I ordered a mexican pizza with guacamole on it and a taco with meat and extra cheese only. My daughter ordered a slush drink and a couple of double deckers. Well, when I got home my pizza looked like it had been inside a tornado! It looked like they shook it up before they put it in the bag, all the stuff was slid to one side and all jacked up. Well, it was really un edible and I just fed it to my dogs. Also, my tack was just a regular taco, NOT how I asked for it. I will never be back here to eat again, not even if I am starving. The "quality" of their food has drastically changed and I have tasted dog food that was better! Came here a week ago and got a burrito and two potato tacos with no cheese (lactose intolerance) they all came with cheese and I didn't notice until I had already almost finished the burrito. I came again tonight and I ordered the same thing and let the girl know what had happened the time before. She was apologetic and comped my meal. I felt very happy after leaving tonight. Thank you! The only thing I would add is that the burrito was quite wimpy and all the beans at the bottom and sauce and onions coming out the top, that is the reason for the 4 star instead of 5. read more

I'm rating a 4 because this is the location we always go to, and have had good service until today. The employee working the drive thru today was total garbage. When I went to order a breakfast crunch wrap at 10:05 he abruptly said "breakfast is over" in a rude tone. It was kind of startling. I ordered something else instead and when I got to the window he expression was very flat. When I got my food there was no sauce in the bag and I realized he had never asked. Sauce with your Taco Bell is basic. This was a first. It felt like he was so lazy, he wasn't willing to respond nicely, smile, or think enough to make sure your order was complete. I'm just relieved he wasn't the one making the food. I'm very confident that would be way too much work for him. If he can't remember sauce goes with food, there's no way he could remember the ingredients of a burrito and not because he isn't capable, it's because he isn't willing. This guy is a less than bare minimum type of employee. He takes zero pride in his work. Give that job to someone more deserving. You don't want that after putting in such nice upgrades to your location. read more

Normally dont have an issue with this location most of my visits here, but my experience tonight was honestly upsetting. Half of the issue wasn't their fault, ill give it that. I ordered through doordash and my driver delivered kikis to my house. I dont care for their sauce, so i reordered my taco bell. The food arrived ICE COLD. I thought to myself, theres no way this couldve happened in the short drive from there to my house. As i was about to throw the bag away while heating up my food, i pull off the receipt from the bag... upon examination of the time stamp on this receipt, it was the SAME FOOD that my previous dasher had not picked up!!! It was cold because it SAT on their counter for at least 40 minutes before it even got picked up. Not only is there no excuse for them to have not remade food that i RE ORDERED, the food was also made sloppy. One of my quesadillas came completely uncut. Very disappointed in my experience tonight especially after the good experiences ive had here in the past compared to other locations. read more

The food here is consistent in taste but the quantity is off at times. Sometimes there is barely any filling in a burrito and other times it is diarrhea-ing out the back end on every bite. The staff for the most part is friendly. The manager makes an effort to connect with the customers and smile. The wait time sometimes is insanely long. If you walk in and the drive thru is busy many times I have waited until the drive thru is completely emptied before receiving my order. I can understand if the cars ordered before me but many times the four that haven't ordered before me have come and gone when my food is finally done. Today I waited 9 min for 4 grillers for the hubs and I. That is just too long to wait at a fast food joint. I will keep coming back because Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure of mine and the food has never tasted bad. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell in my life time , I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes I ordered my food and I got my food didn't think to check it and drove 15 min to get home , I get home and I open my food for my kids and it's the wrong order, so I called up there spoke to Mike he said he was the manager I explained the situation to him and e said come down we will fix it, so I get in my car drive 15 min and wait another 10 min in the drive thru cause it's 10:20pm at night and I get to the window I explain my situation again to him I told him my kids are hungry and I've wasted 1hr of my time now and all you have to say to me is your Sorry, are you kidding me is this what customer service has come to I looked him in his face and said are you serious that's all you have to say to me and he slammed the window in my face !!! This guy needs to be FIRED, this place owes me my refund of $14.50 and my meal as a compensation for there screw up, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE LET ALONE GO THERE AGAIN I WILL WRITE. Probably one of the best Taco Bell's I've been to. Service was prompt and polite and the burritos were more generously portioned than at most other establishments. If there was a 0 rating for the Fair Oaks Taco Bell, I would have chosen it. I went into the lobby to place my order because the drive-thru was very busy. Turns out I should have gone through the drive-thru as no how far backed up it was, it was still faster than ordering at the lobby. After about 15 minutes of being ignored, I had to loudly call someone to give me a refund. he young man was cordial and offered to go to another workstation and make my order. By this time I had lost my interest in eating there. He called over the manager to refund my money. She was not pleasant and tried to excuse the poor service because "they have only a limited time to get the cars through the drive-thru..." I pointed out it seemed the walk-in customer did not count. She tried to tell me they do count. But, actions speak louder than words. With the changes they have made to the way they prepare the food and the choices offered, I feel it would be better to go some where else. read more

Menu and choices are good. You can get the $5 box which comes with quite a bit of food. It gets busy during lunch hours but that's to be expected . Tables could be cleaned more often but overall the restaurant is clean. read more

Hit the drive-thru today for a burrito supreme. In, out, no problem. Then I open my burrito... And it's just a bean and cheese. Which is fine; except I paid nearly $3.00 for it. Tried to call the # on the receipt and it's going to a fax machine. Had a baby in the car, was not going to deal with all that to walk in the error. There aren't a ton of drive-thru options on Sunrise between Madison and the 50, wish this TB was better. read more

Just came here after work. I sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes. I ordered two soft tacos and a large baja blast. I finally get up to the window and he starts to hand me a baja blast freeze. I said I wanted the soda, he said oh you didn't want the freeze? No I ordered a large baja blast I didn't say freeze. He tells me how much I owe and I am thinking shouldn't it be cheaper because it's a soda not the freeze. He didn't bother or seem concerned he had messed up. I end up getting the receipt and was charged 2.49 for a freeze I didn't even get, I am sure the soda was cheaper. The last thing I wanted to do was park and go in and fight the difference since I had just sat in the dang drive through for 15 minutes. I never thought I would leave a five star review for a fast food place but this place deserves it for my recent visit. I came in today with a very large order. All the employees were super nice and kept their cool with the order I had. Every employee there started working on the order immediately and it was done SUPER quickly. Do not go at night thru drive thru, one time I went and ordered a grilled stuft Nacho and instead of offering me a chicken or beef one she decided beef for me, then I told her i wanted chicken and then as I pulled up to the window I hear her saying "he never said chicken"..... Every time I go here the drive-through is painfully slow. I have spent 20 minutes sitting in a drive-through waiting for my food. It's never just one time it's every time I go, And when I sit in a drive-through that long I expect the food to at least be up to Taco Bell standards. The food is never consistent. Ordered in drive thru on 5/1/2019 around 10:30pm. There were about 5 cars in front of me so I said to myself ok everything should be fresh!! I ordered about $23 worth of food and it was all luke warm meaning not fresh at all.. I had to microwave my food at home!! Very disappointed with this TB!! Yeah if you want diarrhea then go ahead eat here. People just get wayyyy too personal when it comes to food issues in Sacramento sadly. It can seriously hurt someone to serve undercooked or food that has been altered or tampered with so if you want to get sick then by all means show up here. I love this location! Out of all the different locations I go to, this one is the best. My order is always exactly as I order it and the burritos are always filled and bigger than at other places. They always greet me with a smile and are super fast. The girl that usually takes my order in the drive-thru is really nice too. I think her name is Angela. She always makes sure she hears my order correctly. It can be hard for them to hear since the speaker is on the busy side of Sunrise. But she always gets it right. Love this Taco Bell! read more

I've definitely eaten at better taco bell/ pizza huts. The cheese in the bean burritos are never melted and the bread sticks with the pizzas are ALWAYS rock hard and over cooked. Customer service is very good, really nice and friendly. read more
