I placed a mobile order for pick up. The website kept saying my order was placed but didn't see the tracker move so I left the house after 30 min. When I went to pick up via drive thru, they made my drinks and then told me to park aside the restaurant and wait for the rest of my order. It was another 15-20 min wait before I got my food. I think part of the reason why it took a long time was because he thought this other car was mine even though I parked right where the mobile pick-up sign was located :/ There were some food items that I had special request like to have it be grilled so I was fine with waiting longer but turns out they didn't even grill it lol. I went through the drive-thru at around 9pm I saw 3 mice around the building and next to there shed and if you look against the building there are holes going under the foundation. I ordered Nachos off the value menu and Nacho Fries and a Baja Blast. On the screen my total had changed a couple times then i was told to goto the window. I arrive at the window and was told $8 and some change. Which was low for what I ordered. I was in the area for some testing/certification that I needed to get done. quick search on my map showed this place and I figure why not? kind of wished I hadn't. the tables hadn't been wiped down, floor was unswept, some of the stools were still upside down at 1:00 in the afternoon and the soda machine was plugged up. I had to use a kiosk to order my food while the staff chit chatted and laughed from the back area. my food was quick enough and I had to have the staff behind the counter fill my cup. even the A/C was having issues as I got dripped on by an overhead vent. Because even though they are advertising for it on 4 of the windows in the restaurant. They DO NOT sell it!!!!!! Taco Bell is one of many fast food restaurants in the Fife area, but tends to be the one I pick over the others. This Taco Bell is convenient and consistent with good customer service. There is a guy I enjoy having conversations at the window. He recommended trying cinnamon sticks with hot sauce, and I have to say, he was right, it works. Lol. As I'm pointing out, everyone is super friendly and a joy to interact with at this location. That combined with consistent food, I have no complaints for this particular location. :) read more

Normally we love Taco Bell food. However, that was not the case when we stopped here. The location was clean so cleanliness was not an issue. The issue was mainly staff. When we arrived we waited at the counter quite a little while. No one came to the counter and finally I started yelling "hello" "hello" to see if we could get waited on. That worked. We finally got to order our food. Employees were very intent on having their own personal conversation while preparing our order but we were happy when it was finally ready for pickup. Now the coffee was missing from the order. Again, it was "hello" "hello" to get my coffee. Then it was quite some time until the employee returned with the cup in her hand. So we took the food to go and ate while we moved down the freeway. That's about when we discovered the tortillas were burned. So, I ate mine but my husband didn't. I don't think they're following standard Taco Bell policies. There are only two single use bathrooms and they designated one employees only, despite a line of 7 people for the restroom. They also ask you to put your toilet paper in the trash, which is not conventional in the US. read more

The Breakfast value menu is pretty good, got a sausage flatbread melt, they used a pancake for the flatbread- hmmm interesting idea, and for a dollar it tasted real good! Can't beat that! Also the Cinibon inis are good, and love that they have Pepsi here :) good place to get a quick morning breakfast while on the run. Their excellent customer service, attention to detail, and "customer is always right" policies have served them well. However, recently their attention to detail has slipped drastically.
