The cheese they use was really delicious, as was the rest of the ingredients. I had the red salsa with it which was very flavorful and added a bit of spice. They open early in the morning for breakfast and close at 10 PM most nights, but they do close a little earlier on Sundays. These tacos were SO GOOD that I would just pay the original price to support them. The meat was cooked to perfection, tender meat, with a bit of a nice crisp for the carnitas. The garnishing was just right, with dice red onions and cilantro laying over the tacos, and a side of lime, pepper, and radish. Now the tortillas? They have mastered the texture. For me, if the taco's tortilla isn't good it ruins the whole taco. But Xantolo knows how to get things done right.
