The garnishing was just right, with dice red onions and cilantro laying over the tacos, and a side of lime, pepper, and radish. Now the tortillas? They have mastered the texture. For me, if the taco's tortilla isn't good it ruins the whole taco. But Xantolo knows how to get things done right.
