Called ahead on a Saturday for our group of 20. They were so kind to put tables together and welcome us in! Service was friendly. The food was delivered quickly but also hot and fresh. When an order is not correct, and the customer says "that's not my name" do not tell them "it's the apps fault" and not even look into the issue. They tried to force me to take someone else's order and suggested I contact door dash. I told them the order wasn't through door dash, it was through their website. Then they tried saying I ordered at the wrong restaurant. They were arguing with me so I had my husband email me the receipt to prove it wasn't my order. There was my correct name and order in the receipt. Then the guy (tall guy with dark glasses) looked at his queue and was like "there it is." He didn't apologize or anything. The woman who first helped me didn't even acknowledge her mistake by trying to give me the wrong order. I have been a Faithful Customer for over 2 years And never complained but this was the 2nd time and I was more disappointed I was told by the cashier cause there was no manager on shift they could not issue a refund or replace because they are not allowed to give away free food I was so confused how is that giving away when I paid for it there cilantro & onions that was on the side had dirt from not being washed properly and they started charging for To-Go Bags and don't even tell you your getting charged. I read the description, and thought okay, whole beans. Awesome. So I was excited!! I go and order my 2 veggie tacos, get them and leave. I get home and open the container and I'm thinking...these look...basic but okay let me try them. I bite one and the shells are hard af! Like they were microwaved, which I'm sure they were. I ordered their wet burrito with extra salsa verde, and I tell you not only was the burrito as big as my cabeza, it was delicious. I finished the whole thing then and there. Who doesn't love a good Mexican spot. I got introduced to Tacos Guaymas years ago thanks to my husband and when we're on this side of town we make a stop here from time to time. What I love about Tacos Guaymas are prices are reasonable and they have a big menu so there's something for everybody. Service here is really fast as well, you pay first then find a seat. Their wet burritos here are huge and soooo good. I mean who doesn't want a burrito smothered in sauce and coming with all the fixings. Let me start off by saying the food isn't bad. My husband wants to give this place 4 stars because this place is still better than most Mexican food here in WA, but I think 3 stars is fair. Portions are good, tacos are good, but everything else was bland! Rice was bland, beans were cooked in nothing so they were bland, my flautas were meaty but had no spices. Hell, even the salsas weren't spicy! I think it's all been tailored for super white folks who can't handle spice! The horchata was grainy, and the Sprite didn't have any syrup. I have always loved this place. However, since one of my favorite meals was the fajitas, I will NEEEEVERRRRR...be back. I went recently to Tonala Mexican on 38th where I was not happy with the anxiously ordered fajitas. Disappointing but ughhh...that's another review. We are here for this 'fast as an avalanche sliding DOWN HILL' place that used to hold a number one spot in my heart for the last 8 or so years. This is the place that me and my sister used to cherish and come to because they had some of the BEST fajitas that I had EVER tasted. A place where you ALWAYS received TENDER, thick sliced, beef strips in what I believed was an excellent, somewhat 'light limey', well-seasoned marinade. I mean these beautiful strips of 'Bovine'-- was what cows were born for! After leaving Tonala's last Sunday but remember that's (and don't worry...it's comin') another review...where I had ordered fajitas there-- I needed it to go back to 'where everybody knows my name'. Sike... These folks don't know me from a 'can of paint'. What does that even mean??? What does paint have to do with knowing someone??? Diiiiigresss, I do. After leaving there, I needed to get my fajita fix on since those were a disappointment. Yet to my amazement TGuymas... What a total, tough ass, piece of cheap, (unseasoned at that) -- old cow...this was!!!!!!!! And did I mention that I ordered a double steak??? Oh Noooo. What I got was DOUBLE DRY--COW ASS!!!! My Tourette's is welling up in my throat. It was SO bad that after staring at it--I literally just left everything on the table after making at least two fajitas with also dry corn tortillas I got up...and walked out. I don't make a habit of sacrificing my benji's--on compromised taste that clearly sends a signal to customers when serve 'poorness' such as this. You don't care about what you serve to stay on top. This is the red pork tamale and chicken enchilada combo. The flavor is great. I ordered this through door dash. Even tho it's not the best presentation it doesn't matter cause the food makes up for it. There is lots of meat in the tamale and it's super delectable. The enchilada is great as well. I am pretty picky with the Spanish rice and the texture and this tastes wonderful. Not too sticky and not too dry. It's just right. I love that this is close to my home as I door dash quite a bit and everything I have had is on point. read more

Been coming here for years and I can't believe I have yet to review this amazing, authentic restaurant. The staff and owners are amazing. The food is out of this world. Literally EVERYTHING on the menu is outstanding. I highly recommend the posole if you visit during the weekend. Today I had the birria tacos. I've had them before and today they were just as great as I had remembered. They are addictive. They also have it as a stew which is great as well. The beef is so tender and the exterior is so crisp I could literally eat these daily. If you're like me add a fried jalapeño on the side for some extra spice! read more
