Every time I go to this Taco Bell my order is wrong. I pay for extra cheese and never get it. I add onions and they don't add them even though I'm paying for extras. This was the worst experience I ever had at a Taco Bell. The beef was so soggy that I couldn't lift any of the tacos ordered because the shell was soaked and stuck to the wrapping and it all just falls apart. My friend and I decided to stop by here before our movie. When we arrived, there wasn't many people in there (a few kids). Perfect for me; plenty of seats! Anyways, we walked up to the counter and looked over the menu to decide what we wanted. We were greeted by a cashier who took our order after waiting patiently for us to decide. My friend ordered the mini quesadilla and a burrito. I, myself, ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and 2 soft tacos. After paying, we sat down in a booth and it didn't take long for our food to come out (one of the great things about fast food). Which was great because I was starving! My friend looked at her food and was satisfied. As for me, my gordita crunch looked good but my tacos looked smaller than usual. When I unwrapped it, it was quite surprising. In the wrapper, all it had was a tortilla rolled up tightly with just cheese. It wasn't the two soft tacos I was expecting so I brought it up to the counter. I politely told the cashier that these weren't the soft tacos I ordered. His immediate response was "these are soft tacos." Forreals? And, then comes the irritation. Luckily, the manager stepped in (who was friendly) and asked a silly question: "you wanted REGULAR soft tacos?" Umm.. yes. Yes I did. I never gave specific requests and I never knew there was more that one soft taco. Never had a problem before with any other Taco Bell. Anyways, she briefly apologized and told me to keep the ones they previously gave me and stated she would make me regular soft tacos. She was fast and gave me the tacos minutes later and the cashier that originally helped us went back to what he was originally doing, as if nothing happened. This was not a great customer experience. I don't think I'm entitled to anything but it would have been nice to walk out there and feel like I wasn't in the wrong. But, it was thr complete opposite. The red sauce had insane flavor like it should. The bean to cheese to sauce ratio was on point really held it down didn't feel overwhelmed.
