Very hit or miss. Sometimes it feels like it would be quicker to drive to the store and make your own chalupas. In my experience the slowest Taco Bell in town. That being said most times I go here it's fine, but the one in ten time it goes bad, it's terrible. Legitimately being stuck in their drive through for 20+ minutes. Also if you go inside lots of homeless use it as a spot to chill from time to time. 95% of the time that's no big deal, but everyone once in a while you'll get the guy pissing on the floor or the old lady screaming she's going to die. The worst fast food restaurant I've ever seen. Ordered online inside. Got our food but no drinks; waited 5 minutes for someone to finally come back to the counter to ask for drink cups. She handed them to me with her fingers inside the cups (no gloves) and rolled her eyes like an obstinate 14 year old. No straws anywhere so had to go back. The manager(?) walked over and said "did you not get your food or what?" Like I was the problem. In the meantime, the place was empty, but no one took the opportunity to clean the filthy tables. on a tight budget and craving some mexican food, Taco Bell if our only option. Sadly it's this location that's closest to us. Why? Well, we have gone through the drive thru order mic, and waited for quite some time for a person to say "how can I take your order"? I don't think it's our job to wake up the person napping on the job just for them to take our order. We always have to give them our attention that we are even there. Other complaints? If I could rate it a zero I would. This Taco Bell is downtown in the center of our city and it's by far the worst Taco Bell we have. It is slow, food is sloppy, employees are incompetent. I feel like this store needs different management and a new store owner. This Taco Bell should be the face of our town. Great and a easy place to get cheap quality food. 30 minute drive through. Went here on a lunch break and was late back to work. We have gone here several times with horrible service.

We stopped here around 930 on a Saturday night after a concert at park view field and waited over 30 minutes for food. The lane is only wide enough for one car so there is no leaving once you are boxed in. The drink was watered down by the time I got it but that would be expected after waiting that long. I assume this was an isolated case as it would not be in business if it was standard. The food was good though. read more

Went there and got some of their burritos, I asked for a lot of mild sauce and she actually listened! Filled my bag up with it haha. I made an order at 2:39pm at Taco Bell on Jefferson after waiting in line for almost 20 minutes and did not receive the food until 3:15pm. There was no concern for customer service and the manager who was filling in from Time Corners (Ashley) didn't once apologize for the inconvenience and she was extremely rude. There were two other employees making the food with no hustle at all, along with a cashier and a take out window person. This is one of the dirtiest places I've been in as there were no clean trays available and the employees were not concerned with hygiene. The tables were dirty and so were the restrooms. How long does it take five people to make a few tacos? I don't think I will ever come back and Ashley is not even close to being qualified to run, let alone "manage" a fast food restaurant. This was one of my worst food experiences and it was a complete disaster. Whoever runs this store needs to get it together. read more
