I get it- it's just Taco Bell. But I've been a life-long customer of Taco Bell and I'm a fan. My all time favorite has always been the classic- bean burrito. Occasionally, I like to have the Crunchwrap, fiesta potatoes, chips & cheese, or try new things. This Taco Bell has very friendly/sweet employees. The restaurant is clean and efficient, and everything is stocked. The food tastes great. I've been here 3 times now. The first couple of times the portion sizes (especially the bean burritos) were wayyy too small. I don't need it to be huge where they're throwing money away, but they were not filled even close to what they should have been. The last time was perfect portion sizes though. I'll continue to visit and hopefully update to 5 stars from 4. I ordered a bean burrito, and I also tried the mini taco salad, and the chips and nacho supreme dip. I loved the dip! DID YOU KNOW....? Some Taco Bells are owned by "corporate" and charge you basically the same prices as every other Taco Bell owned by corporate. But... Some Taco Bells are "franchised", and charge you whatever the heck they want, just because they can. This one is a franchise. For a bean burrito, they charge almost 200% of what a corporate location charges -- almost $2 extra. ...For a bean burrito. The whole thing isn't even worth $2. If you eat one bean burrito every day, in one year you could literally save up for a 5-day vacation in Mexico by eating at a corporate Taco Bell instead of this one. Because the Taco Bell on Groesbeck N of Cass is so awful, we decided to try this one, near Meijer at 15 and Utica Rd in Fraser. OMG! Is this franchised by the same person? And they don't provide ingredients for them too put together to fulfill orders? We were late getting lunch so got a snack, a taco for me, a bean burrito for my husband. Another crushed taco that had a greasy shell - ? AND no filling except a teaspoon of something - meat? - at the bottom, and a few strands of what I think was lettuce. The bean burrito filling was better than Groesbeck taco bell, but like the one on Groesbeck, this location also sells customers OLD tortillas, that were not pliable but instead are cracked and old, so he had to scrape the beans out and throw the tortilla - which didn't have cheese, either, just like on Groesbeck last week, just to have a snack before we got back to garden work. The food has gone downhill quickly, in less than 2 week's time. Two weeks ago the food was standard Taco Bell. Not great, but decent. That is no longer true. Not even for the simplest ingredients, namely taco shells and tortillas, and they don't put any ingredients in those anymore. read more

This is my favorite location. However some issues. I got the luxe box. The chalupa and dippers were absolutely delicious. I paid extra to get a nacho and cheese instead of the cinnamon twist. However the chips tasted old, stale, and like cardboard. It kinda upsets me because I did pay extra for them. So in the garbage they went. I also asked for extra sauce that I paid for. I checked my box entire leaving the drive through and I didn't get them all. The guys at the drive through was great. He handled it well and gave it to me with no issues. read more

The slowest service ever! It took us 33 minutes to get our order in the drive thru. By the time we left there were 9 cars behind us. The guy at window didn't even apologize for the ridiculous wait. The food was just eh. The hard taco shells were all broken and food was sloppily made. Next time we will choose a different location. read more

How the hell is this place in business. The ladies behind the counter have ZERO manners, customer, service, experience, or self-respect. I'm embarrassed for whoever runs this franchise. In my lifetime, I've never witnessed such apathy, neglect or sense of entitlement from a bunch of little girls. I wish that this review would have some kind of effect on how you are perceived when serving the public, but like so many from their godforsaken generation, they won't care. At all. The lady that took my order and the one that gave me my food were both super friendly and professional. Taco Bell is t gourmet but some locations do what they do much better than others and this one was top notch. The food was carefully prepared where sometimes it's sloppy. The staff was quick but didn't sacrifice the quality of the preparation. I do have to say I got enough hot sauce to supply a small country so I got a chuckle for the day to boot read more

This is my favorite taco bell I've ever been to, the workers are always friendly, quick to fix mistakes, and rarely get the orders wrong- when I say rarely I really do mean RARELY. The one time my online order was wrong was because someone had the same name as me on their order and thats a completely understandable mistake that they fixed without a problem. Theres one worker in particular who I think really deserves some recognition- her name is Miya (I'm not sure if I spelt that right) but I was here a few weeks ago and something was wrong with one of my food items so she offered to replace it on top of giving me a coupon. I've gotta say she's probably one of the nicest people I've met working at a fast food location, its a tough job so I never fault anyone for seeming lethargic or stressed but she's always got a kind attitude and handled situations super well. Overall, all of the workers here deserve some recognition for being pretty awesome! I don't leave reviews often but its been at the back of my mind to review this location for a while specifically because they've been pretty great in my experience :) read more

Terrible service 90% of the time I go I ask for all specific products taken off my food and almost always never do, resulting in a painful night. I was jsut there ordering a specific 6.99 box I have been getting for a few weeks and the lady told me they don't sell it. Then goes around and asks me if I'm asking for thr 6.99 box and puts it in the system. My mother got a $5 box ans never got her chalupa. They never Give my mom her full meal when she orders from there. And they 90% of thr time give us sass for no reason. Where do I start...seems like every night they run out of everything. Meat, chicken, potatoes they don't got it after 8 most days. I asked for a quesadilla with sour cream...so they put it in my quesadilla and shorted the chicken. Never had a Taco Bell put it on my food unless I added it to it. Ruined it cause it was all cheese and sour cream. Oh and after I was handed my food I waited to tell her she forgot my sauce and she literally just had to turn her head about a inch over to see me but instead I waited about 7 mins n made a line.
