This Taco Bell is so ghetto. Absolutely zero standards. Every time I go - there is something missing from my order. Just went today. There was a guy sleeping inside. There was a homeless guy in the bathroom screaming. And of course something was missing from the order. Every visit is worse than the one before. Honestly just moved to Gardena this past year so this has been the only Taco Bell I have been coming to lately and they never disappoint. The employees are always super nice and professional. They have never messed up my order or forgot something. I know it's not easy working in a fast food place especially during a pandemic but they are doing awesome! Horrible customer service. I was waiting in the drive thru line for over 15 min for my chalupa box and when I got to pay my cousin wanted nachos fries supreme. I go to Taco Bell all the time and I've come to this one only a couple times and there's a teenage boy with earrings who is always so so rude to me. Last night he just about threw the bag out the window to me. He didn't put in napkins or the sauce my partner and I asked for. And he couldn't even look at me. I suggest you check your bag before you drive off. This isn't the first time they forgot a few items that I ordered and paid for but it's my fault for not checking. I tried calling the phone number listed on the receipt which is the same number listed on here but no one ever answers and after the 4th ring it goes straight to a fax machine. So many food options! LoL Well, I pull up in the drive-thru and was immediately greeted with a genuine welcome (u know most fast food places you can tell if the employee hates doing that). I greet him back, ask for a moment because my kids were undecided (you parents know what I mean.... The argument of what they want (everything on the menu...NOPE!).....LOL. He said , sure. They finally decide. I asked if the kids food can be placed in their own separate bags (you know...to avoid the , "He touched my food! She touched my food! Argument while I'm driving. ***insert mommy eye roll here*** hahaha!!). They bag the food separately as I requested. The employees even put sauce and napkins in each individual bag, including mine. (As we all know the handful of sauces and napkins are usually dumped in one and somewhere at the bottom you'll discover your food.) I appreciated that. The employees were nice too. Maybe they go to the strip clubs nearby (behind the restaurant and across the street) on break for a refresher. JK! JK! If we're in the area again we will be back! :) read more

I live right down the block, I've come here pretty often for many years and i have never had a problem. I also always have a really small order but still, never any issues! The wait time here was kinda of bad and the funny thing is that it wasn't even crowded inside or the drive thru. That was the first thing and the second is that it had a very weird smell in there that I couldn't put my finger on what it was either. I shouldn't of ate there but I was just too hunger. The order went through on the app but they said that they never received it. The food was already paid for but they kept saying there was no order made and said they couldn't refund me. If I could give this place a no star I would. First of all I'm not a Big Tacobell fan but I do go for the bean burritos from time to time. I need sour cream, plus extra cheese and red sauce.
