I just cant justify more than two stars. I came because I always pass by the place and had a taste for enchiladas. I see there is mixed reviews but didnt find it alarming. Sometimes the hole in the walls have good food. Not this establishment. I ordered the cheese enchilada plate and when I received it, the cheese was not melted. Actually, let me be more descriptive: Tasted like a cheap tortilla wrapped with Mozzarella I think and then shredded Mozzarella on top with lettuce tomatoes and crema on top. It seemed like a salad at first with rice and beans on the side. It was not melted! The rice and beans were not great either, oh my gosh so sad for me! $15 wasted and I really could have went to taco bell and got my moneys worth. I would not suggest the place but it is up to you taking a chance on a very low level mexican food place

One of my favorite taco spots in Los Angeles County. Great pricing, great food. Anytime I am in the area I try to stop by and it never disappoints. Their tacos, burritos and enchiladas are delicious. Can't go wrong in my opinion!

Rice cold and even the plastic knife broke of how hard the tortita was

Menudo no flavor, the meat all hard. Bought some tortitas de camarón Those were the oldest tortas de camarón I've ever tasted. Never again will I come here.

Coming across Tacos Guadalajara thanks to their Fish Tacos Friday sign special was literally in perfect timing as we drove back on our way home. We pulled up with no expectations but are glad we stepped in we were greeted by the cashier who was a woman and very sweet she was attentive in answering any questions we had about their menu. The ambiance of the restaurant was very cute they had giant mirrors all around that made the place feel much bigger than it was. As for the food the fish tacos honestly were some of the best fish tacos I've had with their orangey sauce it was soooooo good the nachos were good as well especially because the meat had no grease falling off so it showed it was of better quality but still going back to the fish tacos I recommend coming in on Fridays for the special!

Me at a early dinner, what a great place!

This place is great!! The food is awesome, with large servings sizes, and the bathroom is so cute and clean, of course.

I order a wet burrito over DoorDash and I was impressed on how they packed their food, salsa, cheese, cream came packed separately so you can assemble once food arrives. The portions are huge!! They haven't lowered their quality pandemic and all!! This is a local business please order from here, so we can still have their food for more time to come.

Carnitas are just ok. Carne asada is tasty. Put that carne asada on top of fries instead of nacho chips and you have heart attack on a plate. Tasty, tasty heart attack inducing joy. I got that and decided that it was going to be the death of me. I want it now. I like that they have radishes and carrots on the salsa bar. It sometimes just hits the spot.

The restaurant is small, but we were able to get a table in the back corner. It was a little snug, but honestly, our hunger was more pressing. First up--the chips and salsa were THE BOMB! That salsa was so fresh, flavorful, and had just the right kick. I could have--and pretty much did--drink it. They also brought us a bowl of beans topped with crema, and my kids were practically fighting over them. My husband and kids ordered burritos: two steak, one chile verde, and one chorizo. They were a good size and were instantly devoured, which is always a good sign! I ordered their $11 special: an enchilada, chicken taco, beans, and rice. It was flavorful, filling, and straight-up OG Mexican food. I really enjoyed my entire plate, especially for the price. My only complaint was the noise level. We had a speaker directly over our table, so the music was pretty loud, and the table next to us was a little loud as well. It made conversation a bit difficult at times. But all in all, we will definitely be back! I'm so happy we discovered another Mexican restaurant to add to our rotation. Now, La Villa... I just need that salsa recipe! I need a few cups so I can drink it! I loved learning that they've been around since 1969.

Ended up ordering burritos, tamales, enchiladas, hard and soft shell tacos, etc. - Tamales were the best. Meaty carnitas - burrito was next best. Meaty, not too much filling. I'm from NM so love the wet style. It bugged me that you have to pay extra for Christmas style. Who really likes getting charged for a lick of sauce? How much does that sauce really cost the business? Look, I walked away and I still remember you wanted to charge me some nominal fee for the sauce. I told my friends. Now I'm telling my friends on Yelp. The owner should read up on pricing psychology. He probably doesn't want to be known as the guy who charges for sauce, is my guess. - Chicken taco was a nice size and tasted ok - enchiladas were mid Salsa is only free for the first 2 servings. Even for a table of 4, that bugged me. Again, he's known now as the guy who nickels and dimes. Sigh. Ambiance is dark inside like a pub. It would look more modern and family friendly with more natural light. As most would expect out of a restaurant. We came here during a World Cup game. The game was on. That was a plus We were thinking of coming back to order the family pack. Then no one at home would charge me extra for the salsa. ha!! I read just now in another review that this place charges for hot water. Ok then, the owners is STRIVING to be the nickel and dime people. Yelpers are talking and people are listening. Do yourselves a favor and reverse these dumb pricing practices. You'll never know the business you are losing for the $2 here and $3 there. It's never worth it!

The spot itself is super casual, eat in or take out, nothing fancy, nothing trying too hard. But honestly, the food and the service are the only "decor" this place needs. We normally call ahead to order our food, and it'll take roughly 10 - 15 minutes. Service is always solid - the workers are friendly and helpful. We normally get the carne asada/pollo fries and they're awesome. Fries are cooked perfectly (I swear there was a period of time where they coated the fries and that wasn't it, but thankfully they stopped), comes with the usual toppings like guacamole, onions, cilantro, etc. They top it with a hefty amount of juicy meat - both carne asada and pollo options are solid. Recently though I've been straying from fries and getting different dishes like the chicken flautas, enchiladas, and mulitas. Chefs kiss for each one. The rice and beans + salsa combo are also flavorful and pair nicely with the entree.

The wet burrito was the star of my visit, big, saucy, and exactly the kind of comfort bomb you want from a spot like this. The red sauce had that perfect balance of savory and tangy, and the burrito itself was stuffed generously. Every bite was so good, so delicious! And the tacos.....Fire. The homemade tortillas make all the difference, soft, warm, and with that fresh‑masa aroma that tells you they didn't come from a plastic bag. No... no... no! They hold up beautifully to the fillings without falling apart, and they add this subtle sweetness that elevates everything. Chips and salsa were simple but solid. The chips had a good crunch, and the salsa tasted fresh, bright, and not overly blended, the kind you keep dipping into even when you tell yourself you're "saving room for the burrito." "Maybe we were just hungry..hungry huh?" The drinks were honestly refreshing as hell. True Mexican style if you're going to complete the meal....que no?
