The extra star or two has always been for the great customer service - because that's important too. And the service is still good. Although - they get way too busy for the staff that they have. And while last night we did see a few new staff members - they were not servers or food runners. The service is always fairly quick and is always very friendly and welcoming. But it can't overcome the food. Again - this has always been very mediocre food. But the dining options in Brown County and Clermont County are nowhere near what we had in Hamilton County or can find in Butler and Warren County. The last few times we ate here the food has been inedible. So bad that I've let the entire meal sitting. My meal was so overcooked, gooey and cold a couple of weeks ago that it was nasty. Last night the fish was so overcooked that pieces were impossible to chew. But at least this time it made it to the table while it was still hot. And my husband's bean burrito he ordered last night looked like dog food. The taste was worse than it looked. After taking a few bites my husband said, "I think we're done with this place."

Mine was so unappetizing that I couldn't eat it. Got a box to go and then forgot it on the table when I left. I ordered the Enchiladas Suiza. It comes with green sauce. Not mine. It was served with melted cheese and a couple of pieces of canned green chilies were sprinkled under the cheese. I've had this elsewhere and know what to expect. Also, their menu here shows the green sauce that is typical for the dish and it mentions the green sauce in the description. The chicken pieces were dry, unseasoned and very chewy. The tortillas were gooey. My husband's Coconut Shrimp was so overcooked that it was hard to bite into and hard to chew. The rice with it was terrible. The mango salsa served with the shrimp was the only decent item on the plate. He left most of his food also. We won't return. We gave this place three tries. It's just not good food. The service was friendly and quick. It's the only thing positive about this restaurant.

My beer, Pacifico draft, arrived in a frozen mug and the beer was exceptionally cold. I loved it. My wife had a lime Margarita on the rocks and she said it was very good. The chips were warm when they arrived and their salsa was excellent. I asked for an order of Jalapeños, the pickled kind from the can, and they showed up to the table pronto! We were really glad that we chose this restaurant for dinner with many other choices in this small town, and the prices were reasonable as well. Corn chips aren't the best. Salsa is too liquidy. I was thrilled to see mushroom tacos on the menu, but it certainly lacked flavor. Patio seating was beautiful with flower pots everywhere and huge sturdy umbrellas. We were able to bring our dog and she enjoyed basking in the sun.
