Upon entering the cleanliness is striking. It is almost 8pm so not real busy. Ordered our bowls. The employees are friendly and did a great job. Team work is apparent here!! Our bowls are delicious. Plenty of fresh items to choose from to build a bowl or burrito. I am hooked on the Hot Head Sauce. The Christmas tree is beautiful and so festive. This is not my first time here. My family and I ordered two items from the Milford location. My sons, who are not complainers and eat almost anything complained about each of the items so I did make it known to the website so that the management could be made aware. I was directed to a lady named, Chiquita Davis, and she is the one who handles complaints and there's literally no one else that you're able to speak to and she is as rude as they come. She asked for pictures and a receipt so I emailed them to her and she never responded until I emailed her a week later and she proceeded to tell me that these items did not come from hothead insinuating that I'm a liar. So now I not only have a bad experience with the food items and their quality, but also with the customer service in which they blame the customer and don't take accountability. Throughout this entire experience there was no genuine apology, or wanting to make things right.Wven when I first emailed about the issue, she said " we never have negative feedback at this store"All I can say is BEWARE, when you go to this restaurant. Five went for noon lunch. No waiting, good. Some got carnitas, barbacoa and vegetarian. Staff was very nice and helpful with choices. Food size was good. Price good. Lots of toppings and sauces. Hot Head sauce was good. Sweet habanero sauce was good and thick. In the end, it was all good. The final opinion was that Chipotle barbacoa and carnitas was better for taste. read more

Clean, fast, and friendly. From someone who is not a Chipotle fan, it looks a lot different from the other side of the fence. I don't like my food smothered in salty, pasty sauce. Hot Head has fresh, clean, simple ingredients, where you can taste the component ingredients, like the sautéed onion and peppers, the fresh tomato salsa, and luscious green guacamole. The staff is friendly, and since I am a repeat offender, they know me, greet me and know what I plan to order :-) Darren is an excellent weekday lunchtime manager! I've been a Hot Head fan since before they were in Cincinnati. In fact I have a tee shirt from back when you could trade your burrito bucks in for them. Anyway, this location is one of my top 3 of all time. I've never had a bad experience and I'm there a lot. Like 3 times a month. read more

I walked in for the first time and the customer service was absolutely amazing. A young man, His name was Carson and he did wonderful at providing me with all the food options and wrapping my burrito with ease. All the employees were very helpful and I highly recommend coming here if you're tired of chipotle. In conclusion customer service was amazing price was even better and anyone looking for a new place to eat I would definitely recommend, I will be coming here more often. read more

We are huge Chipotle fans, so when a Hot Head Burritos opened near us, we decided to try them for the first time. We ordered a veggie burrito bowl and a veggie burrito with sides of chips and the medium (green) salsa. Total cost plus drink was around $17, which is pretty comparable to Chipotle. I asked for veggies on my bowl and the girl put literally one green pepper strip and a couple of onions on the bowl (keep in mind that this is a veggie bowl) so I had to ask for more. Likewise, the burrito was mostly rice with very little veggies on it. Overall, we found the food to be overly bland and tasteless. The medium salsa was more like a green, flavorless soup. I also didn't care for the cheap decor of the place and despite it being new, it just seemed dirty (tables not cleaned off, dirty stove and food prep counters). Needless to say, our first visit was also our last visit. It's Chipotle for us from now on. read more

Eh. Came in on Taco Tuesday. Tried the pork verde and mango habanero barbacoa. Meat ok both was tender and fairly flavorful. Sauces and toppings were ok but nothing memorable. Biggest problem was despite being put in a steam warmer the tortillas were ice cold. Either the warmer wasn't working or they were frozen before that and needed longer. The tortillas and sauces kinda sucked all the heat out of the meat and you just ended up with cold, average tacos. Chips cost extra $1.30 for a small bag. The plastic bag inside the paper bag is the tell tale sign they aren't fresh. Queso was average. Place probably has potential but I wasn't impressed enough to go back soon. read more

These burritos suck. The sauces are rubbish, and the burritos are totally bland without them. All of the other places of this style have better food than this place. Also, their extreme habanero sauce isn't even spicy, its sugary (unless they put the wrong label on the bottle). read more

The interior seemed cheap, there was no music playing, the tables were dirty and the staff was unfriendly. If you're going to take on a giant fast food leader like Chipotle (less than a mile from this location) with virtually the same concept and menu, then you should at least be cheaper- but it's not. There was nothing unique about this experience- and I'm pretty sure I'll never eat there again. read more

Seems management cares a lot about customer service yet store policies and procedures always bring this company up short for offering 5 star services. You can't run a 5 star company with 1 star services; the portions here vary wildly on the employees attitudes and moods. Every time I come here I get (well order) the exact same thing and end results are inconsistent. We all like beans but we don't like soggy burritos from the bean juice. The sour cream is amazing!! If this company could figure out consistent portions I'd eat here more often. read more
