If there was zero stars that's what they would get. It's organized kaos, most of staff doesn't understand the English language. The drive thru is closed but no sign indicates it. The manager hides in his office instead of helping. Ask for a receipt, I would of missed the mistake, it was taco Tuesday , I was charge regular price and after having it corrected ; I waited for my food, when I say waited that's normal everywhere nowadays, but the patrons (10) that came in after me all got served and walked away with their orders before I got mine. They had 3 elderly Indian females that could barley speak let alone read English & a young Indian girl the front that also can barley read English I watched them read 3 orders wrong and deliver them also wrong , I visit this location regularly and anytime these 4 are working my ordered wrong everytime , I pay for extra but never get it & when I order they never include my drink & I watched them forget a drink for almost every Uber that came , very careless at this location the only ones working hard and paying attention to detail there are the young black male who picks up everyone's slack and black female only time I get my order correct also the young Arab man. I love Taco Bell but the one on Innes is an absolute gong show. I didn't even get served and I was there for 15 minutes not to mention there were still many customers ahead of me who had been waiting for a much longer time. This is ridiculous, a man tried to help them but the ignored him, he was a sergeant. The ambiance was chaotic, I'm so disappointed, my family was waiting for me and I came out empty handed. I haven't had Taco Bell in years, and now I remember why, lol. I recently had the Beef Crunchwrap Supreme and it was mostly tortilla shell, sour cream, and lettuce. Where's the beef? Lol. Look at my picture, looks nothing like the advertisement. Ottawa does not have many Taco Bell locations, I think we only have 3. This one is a free standing store combined with a KFC. So as a kid, Taco Bell was my first exposure to "Mexican food" (yeah, I know, Taco Bell is not real Mexican food, hence the quotation marks), and my second exposure was Dainty "Mexican Rice" you know, the rice in a can, that you get at the grocery store, haha. Taco Bell was kind of all I knew when it came to tacos and I enjoyed it for what it was. But now that I've had real Mexican food, much better Tex-Mex, and all sorts of tacos, authentic and fusion, I can't say that Taco Bell is all that tasty. However, it reminds me of my youth, and that counts for something in my books (rightly so or not), so 3 stars, even though the taste is closer to 1.5-2 stars. I really only ate Taco Bell recently because my brother ordered from them through UberEats, as UberEats was having a buy one get one free special and he had some special offers on top of that. My brother is super sweet and often gets food for our family, which I am appreciative of, regardless of the actual taste of the food :) He got 12 (!) Beef Crunchwrap Supreme. This actual item is newer and not from my childhood, but the mushy ground beef and the other "Taco Bell" flavours it had were, haha. So first off, there was so little beef. I literally had bites with absolutely no meat. The meat was so little to begin with and it was not evenly distributed. Way too much sour cream for my liking. I mostly tasted sour cream, tortilla wrapping and lettuce. The regular price for these Beef Crunchwraps Supreme is $5.49 each. If I had paid that, I would have been miffed. Even at $2.75 each, I wasn't thrilled (even though technically, my brother paid for it). I think I'll pass on this item in the future. If I am truthful with my own feelings, I'd say that if I want some fast food Mexican, I would personally much rather go to one of the other chains like Chipotle, Mucho Burrito or Bar Burrito (I would not go to Quesada though, my experiences with the food there have not been good, lol). The only thing that would draw me to Taco Bell is nostalgia, which depending on the day, may win out or not. This location is in a plaza. I recently went to this Taco Bell, hoping to feast on some ever so lovely tex Mexican style grub. However, I was met with... nothing. That's right. Nothing. I stood in line for at least 10 minutes, not even being met with any sort of interaction with the staff. Not to mention there were several people in line in front of me also met with the same disappointment. I was very upset and I shall not be returning to this sorry excuse for an establishment. Food was average Taco Bell food, rice tasted funny in the burritos however. I give such a low review because the staff here are absolutely awful. The person on the cash register had 0 communication skills and barely even said anything. He acted angry at me when I stood there waiting for him to say it was ready to pay, rather than instructing me the machine was ready like a normal person. And 3/3 people who were inside the building at the same time as I was got their order completely wrong or taken by the wrong person because he wouldn't talk. I understand some people have social issues but that means they shouldn't be on the cash register. That employee was making the entire restaurant disorganized chaos... the cook had to repeatedly come out and fix the mix ups because the cash attendant refused to do anything. read more

Whenever I'm in the mood for authentic mexican cuisine I tend to drop into one of my favourite restaurants, which is here. I love their genuine latin hot sauce and the way it flows in my mouth. Although I am a big lover of this establishment, there is one thing I dread whenever I enter this eatery. The cramps. The bloating. The defacation. The hemarroids. The pepto-bismol. Apart from this and the fact that some tacos speak in return, the food is immaculate and I cannot stop from devouring 47 tacos here evey Saturday at 3:54 AM with my buddy Erik. This Taco Bell is bomb dot com. They make super fresh food and the staff is hella accommodating and they don't mind taking their time to make it right. Second time I've ordered. Missed my order both times. They say their machine prints the orders but it only beeps the once. Waited over an hour both times and had to call the store to enquire. Had 2 people to take our order for one thing and then to ask 3 taking at the speaker what drinks we want. Then getting to window asked again what drinks we want from a whole different person. We asked which drink was diet because one of us were diabetic and the guy just looked in a random cup and said this one which was iced tea and said there's a sticker which there wasn't.
