My husband went to this Taco Bell for a late night meal and all I asked for was a bean burrito. Why they felt the need to basically give us an all onion burrito is beyond me. I found black mold behind where they keep the wraps because they didn't clean it and in their mop area. They get your order wrong, they rush you out of the drive through, it's sloppily thrown together, and we all know about the price gouging. Stop going to Taco Bell, especially this store. Never can seem to get the order correct. My drink was incorrect, I order an island blue raspberry slush and received a strawberry slush. The taco was not put together, it was all spilled out into the bag with the tortilla next to it. Simple mistakes that could be avoided with more attention to detail. Very disappointed. Besides the location issue, it seems the TB sour cream is super fake and their menu display is very deceiving in order to drive people into purchasing higher profit margin items versus just listing everything on their actual menu. I have gotten buried service at this Taco Bell. Sometimes they get my order wrong through DoorDash. That's hard to straighten out sometimes and you just have to eat whatever it is or throw it away and get a credit. That's a problem when you've ordered for a couple of people and one person can't eat their food. I went inside the restaurant a few months ago before this particular order and some of the employees one or two of the employees were arguing with the manager about some thing raised raised voices employees eating in the dining room, which I don't have a problem with, but they were just having an attitude with the manager. They looked like teenagers. It was just not a great experience so I don't go in anymore and actually I've stopped ordering from this place read more

7:14 PM Monday, December 23 The Torch Drive TB is is exactly what you'd expect and for that, they deserve the solid 3 stars. Here why: Drive thru communication was a bit of a fumble. We repeated our order and it was almost right. Luckily, we enjoyed our meal of shame in the parking lot, discovered the mistake, and were hungry enough to enter the restaurant and have it remade. We even got to keep the mess up, which was a major score for our pup pup. Food was standard but came out super fast. Corners were clearly cut on the chalupa shell, which was stale and def sitting out for an undisclosed amount of time. It's 4th meal, I'm not expecting miracles. The real thing that knocked it down a notch was that our trusty drive thru attendant used his shirt to straighten our lids, before securing them to our cups. I've had consistently good service from this location. Only one mess up in I'm not sure how many years--and I ate it anyway, so it's not even worth subtracting a quarter star. What made it go from good to great was when I went in for my online order tonight and realized they were finishing my food as I stepped up to the counter. Talk about the complete opposite of my complaint with the Charlotte store a few months ago! The kitchen staff, and cashiers are very sweet. I've been going here for about a year now, and I'm now pretty regular. I've noticed that the older female manager doesn't take any responsibility, and almost seems to have it out for her staff. (All teens/young adults) I've witnessed her leaving her staff unmanaged and without necessary food (taco shells, chips, and sauce) As well as blaming her staff for the mess she caused. This is the second time my husband has come home with a drive through order from the Grand Ledge Taco Bell to discover missing items in our bag. The first time it was just cinnamon twists. This time it was a burrito, chips and cinnamon twists. And my veggie bowl that was ordered without lettuce had lettuce on it. This is the second time that I have ordered from here and the nachos had a huge clump of beans, no beef, minimal cheese and about 1 TBS of sour cream. They were almost all chips and beans. Yuck! I just want to post that I have visited this location on multiple occasions as they are the only thing open on my way home from work at 11pm. On 3 separate occasions I have gone through this Taco Bells drive thru and the employee named Fred has been very cocky and rude to me each time. It was over small things like not knowing that their mild sauce is not called mild. My bad! I have worked in customer service for a few years as a waitress so I know what customer service is supposed to look like and Fred should not work in customer service with the way he speaks to customers for a simple miscommunication. read more

During my visit at this location I witness things I've never seen before. Its one thing to rush around and serve sloppy and skimpy food but at one point I actually seen a girl using her hands to measure out portions. She went from chunks of chicken, put them in one taco, to handfuls of steak and put them in another then proceed to use those same dirty fingers to roll mine..(a potato taco) which was especially tasteful considering I'm a vegetarian. I have never been to a fast food restaurant and left with a smile on my face and thinking.. "wow, that was awesome." (lt's face it, that NEVER happens) I have been to this location several times in the last month..(its close to work when my tum -tum starts to grumble.) Each and every time the drive thru of course... (I am a speed eater) and the employees have consistently been friendly. They ask how my day is going, always have a smile on their face (never looks forced) make jokes and definitely brighten my day after a sometimes insane morning. I always complete the little online surveys they hand out (to show my gratitude and.. well yes,, to try to win that $1,000) and make sure they know just how awesome they are.. The icing on the cake was Halloween week, they were all dressed up.. (head pieces) and offered me Halloween candy! I was pretty excited about that... so to all you XXL Chalupa peeps out there( my main reason for going this particular day) .. stop by the Grand Ledge TB... and leave with a smile on your face.... and a lovely smell in the car :) read more

Went into this Taco Bell for the first time tonight and was very disappointed....this is definitely one of the more run down Taco Bell's, which never matters to me as long as the service and food is good. In this case the food was terrible. My nacho bell grande was under half full, everything tasted stale and burned. It might have tasted burned because from the moment I walked in the store it was all smokey from them burning food. I have NEVER been to a Taco Bell and not liked the food. I will not be craving Taco Bell anytime soon because it was disgusting, and when I do want Taco Bell again, I'm gonna go out of my way to drive 12 miles in the opposite direction to a nicer Taco Bell. On top of this Taco Bell being run down, the food is terrible and the people that work their were unprofessional and bad at cooking the simplest things. Came in 8/27/2018, waited almost 20 minutes to get served and the order was terrible. Vegetarian ordered plain quesadilla and was given chicken. Also asked for none of the creamy jalapeño sauce and it was covered. Called to get a refund and have played phone tag for days. visited the grand ledge taco bell today. I went drive through and received pretty much nothing that i ordered. Its not the first time this has happened so usually i double check everything, this time i was in a rush. I did not receive my drink, i ordered a chalupa and got a burrito, asked for fire sauce and got hot sauce. I'm pretty sure most of the employees there are overpaid if they are making minimum wage. Hilarious because I ordered a Daredevil griller, which contains the same tortilla, same cheese sauce, same crunchy fried tortilla bits, and same meat ingredients as the Stuf't Nacho.
