Maybe I'm just old, but I remember the days when Taco Bell was a value menu place to eat. Nearly 6 dollars for a Mexican pizza seems a bit ridiculous! Additionally, at these prices, you think there would be somebody who could take your order! But no to that, you have to either use their app (on your phone) or use the kiosk at the front counter! Though the place is bright and clean, the seating is very uncomfortable... And frankly, there's nothing which we could inviting about the atmosphere. In the short period of time that we were in the store, two different delivery driver showed up to pick up orders. Both were told they were already picked up!? Makes you wonder about how well things are working here! We love the Mexican pizza, but not their prices. We may come back, but it won't be anytime soon. read more

I stopped by this location just after 8pm, Saturday night (I'm writing this review in the drive-thru of In-n-out just down the street) after getting off work and no one was there. I was the only car at the location. All other fast food places were packed. I guess that's why no one was here. I waited at the speaker for about 4 minutes then, just decided to leave. I've usually had decent service here but, today was not the day, I guess. I didn't see a soul as I drove around. Taco Bell is losing customers and this is a prime example why. read more

The last couple times I've come here the drinks all lacked carbonation or they just didn't have certain drinks at all and they don't tell you until you've paid for it. They just give you a flat drink and hope you don't come back to complain. Girl in the drive thru needs to speak up...can't hear anything she says and she just gives you what she wants instead of what you ask for. read more

Ordered a #7 (chicken quesadilla with crunchy taco), 3 crunchy tacos, and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Quesadilla had 2 pieces of chicken, filled with cheese and a disgusting sauce; part of the tortilla was completely empty. The cheesy bean and rice burrito had overcooked rice, and the cheese and beans were only at one end of the burrito. The tacos were incredibly skimpy also.. I get that it's fast food but this location has lost its credibility. There was a manager on staff that took our card for payment, so the low food quality is inexcusable. Once we got our food and checked to make sure everything was there, we noticed two missing items. No big deal it happens. However, we stood at the counter for a little more than 7-8 minutes just waiting for them to Acknowledge us. I go to this taco bell a lot and I'm always amazed at how clean it is. Im a clean freak and I took a photo of the area with the sauces bc it was so satisfying, but I can't find it now. I asked to purchase extra sauce which she said costs extra. Then this young girl refused. So I said please take back my order of one spicy potato taco and she refused that also. She literally said we can never take returns or refund in any circumstances. I asked to speak to the manager she said there is no manager ever. Ever. I asked her if she would. As we were pulling up the order number they said that we had to pull around because they had customers waiting, even though we were a customer waiting? Went for the newly added Mexican Pizza. Super slow drive through and the dining room isn't open. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I decided to go to South Lake location instead and even though there was a line there as well I was able order my food and get through the line in less than 10 minutes. read more

I really liked coming here for lunch because it was close to work. I always have my order messed up. They use to have free wifi but they stopped broadcasting about a month ago. I asked the manager about it and they only shrugged their shoulders. I will be eating down the street at another business that offers free wifi. Update* Decided to eat here again. This time I ordered a double decker taco and the cashier asked me if I wanted crispy or soft. WTF. it already comes as both. Second problem is that this store charges for extra red sauce. Seriously, just move on, don't eat here. Their prices are marked up $.50-1.00 compared to other Taco Bell's in the region, and they short on meat an egregious amount. Their burritos are all loose and flimsy because of how much they underfill. Worst service ever. It only took 4 times before I realized how badly this place is being run. You think all taco bells are the same, but you deal with bad customer service enough times you realize it all depends on the management telling their employees to be friendly. Or at least interact with the customers. The last time I will ever went there I pulled up after ordering and the guy opens the window and just looks at me. No greeting, doesn't repeat the order, doesn't give me the total. Nothing. Just a staring contest. A blank look. They have that box that has the dollar amount so I just hand him my debit card, he hands it back. I hear him talking to another employee about one of the orders not being right, so I know he isn't a mute. Then he turns to me and hands me my food and closes the window. This is possibly the worst Taco Bell I have been to in this country, when the manager was requested they refused to come out and sent a new customer service rep who tried his best to help but did not know how to explain what was on items so he showed me a picture of a chalupa. We were basically informed of it is not on the menu board they don't make it. Every other taco bell I have been to tries to make an old original item that brings me back the Enchirito. While previous experiences at the drive thru have been positive (quick and accurate), I was disappointed by my recent dine in experience. Specifically, the tables and floor were VERY dirty, covered with leftover food bits, straw wrappers and just plain dirty; not to mention the trash can was filled. I was most shocked by the kids' high chairs that not only have recent food, but also a kind of grime that looked like it may have been there a while! There was only another couple in the dining room and no one else came in after us, not even through the drive thru; so they weren't too busy. And, one guy came out and wiped down a couple of tables (that actually looked clean), but ignored the rest. I just don't understand. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like. :( read more
